Abstract

Tri Hita Karana is the local wisdom of the Balinese people that emphasizes the harmonization of relationships with God, fellow humans, and nature and is predicted to create an organizational culture in Society 5.0. However, studies showing the influence are still limited. Therefore, this study examines Tri Hita Karana's influence on adaptability, consistency, engagement, and mission as an organizational culture. This study is a quantitative study with an ex post facto approach involving 164 nurses with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The evaluation used PLS-SEM with a second-order formative reflective model approach for theoretical studies. The evaluation used SEM-PLS with a second-order formative reflective model approach. The main findings of this study identified that Tri Hita Karana affects organizational culture. Tri Hita Karana, which consists of spiritual, social, and ecological values, has a direct positive effect on adaptability, consistency, involvement, and mission. The study also indicated that the influence on adaptability has a higher effect size than other dimensions. The findings provide an understanding of organizational management and encourage them to consider the concept of Tri Hita Karana as an organizational culture for organizational sustainability in the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Introduction: Breast cancer is one of the causes of death in women in the world, caused by the lack of knowledge among women in detecting early signs of breast cancer. Breast self-examination (BSE) is one way that can be done to detect early abnormalities in the breast to prevent breast cancer. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of audiovisual videos on the level of knowledge of female adolescents about BSE. Methods: The research used a quasi-experiment with a pre-post-test nonequivalent control group design. The population in the study was all female students at SMA Negeri 1 Ubud, totaling 584 students. A research sampling technique using purposive sampling and the dropout formula comprised 17 respondents for each treatment and control group. Results: The results of the study using the Independent Sample t-test on the knowledge score of BSE after being given an audiovisual video in the treatment and control groups obtained p = 0.000 <0.05, indicating that there was an effect of audiovisual videos on the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about BSE. Conclusion: It is recommended that adolescent girls apply the method of early detection of breast cancer by doing BSE regularly. It would help to prevent breast cancer.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman masalah kesehatan mental semakin sering dijumpai pada remaja. Permasalahan kesehatan mental pada remaja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang salah satunya adalah pola asuh orang tua. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kesehatan mental remaja SMA di Kabupaten Gianyar. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode observasional serta rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik teknik simple random sampling sejumlah 317 responden. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden dikategorikan memiliki pola asuh demokratis yaitu sebanyak 203 responden (64,0%) dan sebagian besar responden dikategorikan memiliki kesehatan mental yang normal yaitu sebanyak 191 responden (60,3%). Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik nonparametric rho spearman pada tingkat kemaknaan α 0.05, didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,013 < 0.05.  Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kesehatan mental remaja SMA di Kabupaten Gianyar. Peran orang tua sangat penting dalam kesehatan mental anak, karena orang tua seharusnya menjadi orang terdekat yang bisa dijadikan tempat berkeluh kesah. Pola asuh demokratis merupakan pola asuh yang paling baik diterapkan pada remaja dilokasi penelitian.
