This research was conducted in Cakranegara Mataram 4 elementary school by studying and examining using observation method, interview, and documentation. Some of the findings obtained from the research show that the strategy of strengthening students' morale is implemented in some aspects: first on the vision and mission of the school where the school arranges the vision and mission and goals of the school which implies the value of faith, piety and religious, in order to strengthen student morale. Secondly, on activities, both activities within the school environment and activities outside the school environment relating to religious activities in order to increase religious value. The third is the application of teacher modeling which aims to provide good moral examples for students so the students can learn from existing models, that is, the teacher. Fourth, school facilities and infrastructure. Fifth, school rules are arranged based on the school's vision, mission, and goals. The results showed that the strategy successfully strengthened students' morale. However, there are still some obstacles found, such as the number of students who are not balanced with the number of classes and the number of less ideal teachers, the lack of maximum utilization of existing facilities, the lack of commitment of school residents, especially the lack of cooperation of parents in efforts to strengthen student morale.

Abstract

The ferry port that connects Java Island and Sumatra Island with a distance of 15 miles and is the most populous ferry port in Indonesia is Merak Port. Ships that serve crossings from Java Island through Merak Port to Sumatra Island through Bakauheni Port Lampung are Ferry types that serve passenger and vehicle transportation. Merak Port is a commercial port, in the business process at Merak Port there is a dualism of business entity functions that manage the port while managing the ship. This research uses descriptive analysis, with the research approach used is a normative legal approach. This research focuses on applicable legal norms, both those contained in legislation and literature, especially business competition which will then be analyzed and deductively drawn conclusions. There is dualism in the function of a business entity at Merak Port, apart from being a Port business entity, it also doubles as a Ship Operator. This condition is very vulnerable to the emergence of unfair business competition, for this reason it is necessary to separate the functions between Port Operators and Ship Operators in order to create a conducive business climate, justice and legal certainty and each business entity can focus on the quality of service to consumers / service users. Keywords: Legal Studies, Business Competition, Ferry

The subjects in this study were GDPK, amounting to 54 people. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research phase consists of data collection, data analysis and concluding. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is performed together with data collection in the field. The data that has been collected is then presented in the form of a table or diagram and then described. Based on the results of research, most of the GDPK talent has not been identified. PDBK whose talent has been identified is in the high class, whereas for the low class the talent has not been identified. Most PDBK have talents in sports, art, and a small proportion have logical-mathematical, linguistic and recitational talents. AbstrakBakat merupakan kemampuan spesial yang dimiliki seseorang, tidak terkecuali dengan Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus (PDBK). Socio-cultural changes are very fast and touch changes in value systems, so that they have an impact on the intensity of socio-cultural problems. The research approach uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design type, and the research design uses a nonequivalent control group design. Then use the purposeful sampling technique, or judgmental sampling. Research data collection techniques using tests identified through pretests and posttests and non-tests through observation, interviews, and documentation studies Data validation analysis techniques use validity tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests, and normalized gain tests. The results of the study show that (1) it can be identified before using the LKPD that there is no significant difference in the pre-test results between the experimental class and the control class before learning begins. (2) There are significant differences in pretest results between the experimental class and the control class before learning begins. (3) The attitude of students towards the application of student worksheets in general shows a very good attitude, and the attitude of students towards the application of student worksheets for everyone shows a very good attitude and influences the increase in student motivation. Thus, LKPD-based learning plays a role in supporting the increase in learning motivation in students.

In human development, there are changes that are more or less permanent and cannot be repeated. Development refers to changes in a direction that are both fixed and progressive. The research method is a quantitative approach to this type of correlational research. The research design used was ex post facto and was conducted in class VIII SMP, Al-Musadadiyah. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling, which provides equal opportunities for each element or member of the population selected to be the research sample. After the data was collected for hypothesis testing, the product moment correlation test and the coefficient of determination test were used, which were processed with the help of SPSS 16 for Windows and Microsoft Excel. The results of the study describe that there is a relationship between the stages of cognitive development of students and the effort to understand population dynamics in social studies learning.
