Abstract

Intisari - Metode Penapis Gaussian dan Penapis Median merupakan dua dari beberapa metode dalam pelembutan citra (smoothing image). Kedua metode tersebut digunakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas citra. Efek dari pelembutan citra adalah citra menjadi blur. Penapis Gaussian adalah penapis blur yang menempatkan warna transisi yang signifikan dalam sebuah citra, kemudian membuat warna-warna pertengahan untuk menciptakan efek lembut pada sisi-sisi sebuah citra. Untuk Penapis Median ini, data yang digunakan untuk menghitung Median terdiri dari kumpulan data yang ganjil. Hal ini disebabkan oleh jumlah data yang ganjil diharapkan piksel yang akan diproses dapat berada ditengah. Pada Penapis Median digunakan matrik berdimensi NxN. Dari matrik tersebut, kemudian data yang ada diurutkan dan dimasukkan dalam sebuah matrik berukuran 1X (NxN). Hal ini berguna untuk mempermudah menemukan median dari kumpulan data yang telah urut tersebut. Hasil perbandingan Penapis Gaussian dan Penapis Median Sesuai nilai PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise), dimana semakin besar nilai PSNR maka semakin baik hasil rekonstruksi gambar. Dari 30 gambar uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam kasus ini metode Penapis Gaussian lebih baik dari pada Penapis Median dalam pelembutan citra.

Abstract

The Cyber Counseling mobile application allows users with different backgrounds to visit, so evaluating the application's user interface is necessary. Usability has attributes to determine the user interface that users can use easily to achieve a goal. Emotions are subjective and conscious events illustrated primarily through psychophysiological expressions and biological reactions. Moreover, emotion is a complex feeling that affects the user's performance. In this study, usability testing uses a System Usability Scale questionnaire, and emotional responses will be measured by measuring affective reactions using the Self-assessment Manikin questionnaire. The results of usability testing using the System Usability Scale questionnaire show that the perspective of test participants about the Cyber Counseling mobile application is to have acceptability ranges in the acceptable category, have a grade scale with category C, and have an adjective rating in the good category. The results of measuring emotional responses using the Self-assessment Manikin questionnaire on the pleasure indicator have a happy emotional response, the arousal indicator has an enthusiastic emotional response, and the dominance indicator has an emotional response capable of operating the Cyber Counseling mobile application.This research has a contribution that by combining the usability method and measuring the user's emotional response, it not only provides information on the ease of using the application but also provides information about the affective reaction of the user when using the application

Abstract

The competition is an event for the success of a school in showing the success of a school educating their students, one type of competition is the paskibraka competition between schools, the problem that often occurs in the process of selecting prospective participants for the paskibrakan competition is to designate students who are considered to meet the expected competencies, this will have an adverse impact on the consideration of interest, endurance and knowledge of the paskibra so that it is maximal in achieving the expected goals in a competition, subjective selection is considered inappropriate today, it is necessary to make decisions using technological assistance in order to minimize errors in selection process, in this study a decision-making system was used to obtain more structured results in the form of logical calculations, the use of decision support systems has been widely applied o by leaders in making decisions, the logic of decision making is in the form of calculations using the application of decision making methods, one method of application is the Simple Additive Weighting method in finding the value of the data to be selected, and to improve research results so that they are more accurate a combination of weighting methods for consideration such as the method AHP, a combination of methods or AHP-SAW hybrid get the results of 1.0 as the highest value

Abstract

Pemasaran telah menjadi aspek penting dalam perkembangan bisnis sejak zaman usaha kecil saat ini. Social project marketing dan pengabdian yang kami kerjakan bertujuan untuk mengedukasi para pedagang kecil yang memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keahlian dalam manajemen pemasaran. Tempat dari Ayam Bakar Ginessa 1 ini penampilannya kurang menarik , tidak terlihat karena tempatnya yang kecil, agak sedikit kurang bersih,dan juga tata letak meja dan kursinya agak sedikit sempit. Pemasaran yang dilakukan Ayam Bakar Ginessa 1 menggunakan pemasaran langsung dan juga pemasaran pribadi.

Abstract

The current recognition and learning system still uses magazines, books and websites. This makes the lessons of the topics taught still difficult to understand. In this study, a fruit recognition learning model was created in early childhood education based on Augmented Reality and digitalized teaching aids. Augmented Reality is a technology that embodies the merging of the real world (reality) and virtual world (virtual) where this technology is also known as Virtual Reality. The marker in the form of an image will be captured by the camera, processed and a 3D fruit animation will appear on the mobile screen. The purpose of this research is to produce a fruit recognition learning model in PAUD TK Aba Sukoharjo Kalasan based on Augmented Reality and to create digitalized teaching aids. By using Augmented Reality the application can be educational and attract interest in children's curiosity. The method used in this study is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The fruit recognition application has been applied to several child respondents. Based on research trials, before there was an application for interest in learning, children learned fruit recognition with a score of 73% with the predicate agreeing. The effect of positive trends on children to learn with augmented reality learning media is shown by a score of 81% of 30 child respondents stating that the application is very effective as an increase in the recognition of fruits

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari Pengabdian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi efektivitas suatu program pemberdayaan dan pengembangan UMKM dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen pada usaha Warung Nasi Hj. Ai. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian ini melibatkan survei konsumen, wawancara dengan pemilik warung, serta analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Melalui pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan yang komprehensif, termasuk peningkatan kualitas produk, pelatihan karyawan, dan strategi pemasaran yang inovatif, hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kepuasan konsumen. Hasil survei mengungkapkan bahwa konsumen mengakui perubahan positif dalam hal mutu produk, pelayanan pelanggan yang lebih baik, dan pengalaman umum di Warung Nasi Hj. Ai. Selain itu, pemilik warung juga mencatat adanya pertumbuhan pendapatan dan pangsa pasar yang lebih besar. Temuan ini menggambarkan bahwa penerapan program pemberdayaan dan pengembangan UMKM dapat secara efektif meningkatkan kualitas usaha UMKM serta menghasilkan keuntungan berkelanjutan dalam bentuk peningkatan kepuasan konsumen dan pertumbuhan bisnis.

Abstract

Laptops are currently one of the basic needs that are growing to become electronic devices that are widely used by the public. Laptops have various features and specifications that support graphic design activities. Supportive laptops can influence studying the field of graphic design because laptops that have specifications that are appropriate to activities will facilitate and support activities, whereas if you use a laptop that does not have the appropriate specifications, it will hinder activities and not even be able to carry out these activities. Users who want to learn about graphic design are confused about choosing the best graphic design laptop from the many choices of laptops currently available. In determining the decision to choose the best suitable graphic design laptop, it must be able to meet the criteria, including Processor, RAM, Hard Drive, VGA Type, VGA Capacity, Weight and Price. Because of this problem, a system is needed that can solve existing problems, namely a decision support system by combining the ENTROPY and WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) methods which aim to obtain the value and preference weight of the first ranking alternative. So that the recommendation for a graphic design laptop is the RAZER BLADE 15 ADVANCED which is in the A4 alternative with the first recommendation with the highest score of 3.79720

Abstract

A long with the times, the world of education is also developing. Technology has a very large influence in the world of education. Where technology is an important part of education. With the existence of technology, changes in the world of education are getting better day by day. This educational progress cannot be separated from the role of technology in increasing learning innovation in the education system. For this reason, technology is used as a means to create learning innovations in the current education transformation. The purpose of this research was to find out the use of technology in distance and open learning: educational transformation. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a research design in the form of a survey. The data in this study were obtained by filling out a questionnaire on the Google form link. The results of this study are that the Use of Technology in Distance and Open Learning: Educational Transformation, provides unique and interesting learning through the use of various technologies in the learning process. The conclusion from this study is that the use of technology in distance and open learning is very influential and suitable to be used to support distance and open learning as a change in the world of education or educational transformation, because students can learn anywhere and anytime even from home and the educational process is also supported. by the technology used. This research is also an answer from people who experience many obstacles in the educational process related to the time and place of education implementation. The limitation in this research is that researchers only conduct research at the school level. The researcher also hopes that further researchers will expand research to a higher level and the researcher also hopes that in the future other researchers will emerge who can develop this research and focus on one part of technology.

Abstract

Di era modern ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, begitu juga dengan instansi yang akan melakukan pendataan pascabencana seperti sistem informasi rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi. Pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah terdapat beberapa pengelolaan data yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional salah satunya yaitu pendataan rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi pascabencana. Proses seperti ini dapat mempersulit petugas dalam pendataan dan pembuatan laporan, sehingga hal ini dapat memperlambat dan menghambat kerja, serta memungkinkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh kurang akurat, kurang efektif dan efisien. Sehingga penulis mencoba membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Pascabencana pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Utara yang lebih optimal dan terorganisir dengan baik. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut, dibuatkan sebuah sistem informasi rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi pascabencana yang terkomputerisasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL sehingga mampu mendukung kinerja pegawai dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah. Dari sistem yang penulis rancang yaitu sistem rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi didapat kemudahan dalam memasukkan data pascabencana karena pada sistem yang penulis rancang tinggal menginput data sehingga lebih memudahkan petugas untuk bekerja dibandingkan sebelumnya, serta terdapat kolom pencarian agar lebih mudah mencari data yang sudah lama tersimpan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi rehabilitasi dan rekonstuksi pascabencana pada Kantor Badan Penangulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Utara yang dapat menyimpan data pascabencana, isu/permasalahan, rencana kerja dan juga laporan kegiatan di bidang rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi. Dari sistem yang dirancang ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan meringankan pekerjaan pegawai serta dapat dikembangkan lebih baik lagi kedepannya.

Abstract

Air pollution is a pressing global issue, particularly in urban areas where rapid industrialization and urbanization have led to deteriorating air quality. Jakarta, as one of the world's most populous megacities, faces significant challenges in managing air pollution and safeguarding public health. This research paper explores the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology for air pollution monitoring in Jakarta and quantitatively assesses the influence of air quality changes on public health outcomes. The study involves the deployment of IoT sensors to collect real-time data on key air pollutants, including particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), and ozone (O3). Statistical analyses, including regression and correlation analyses, reveal strong associations between air quality variables and health indicators. Findings indicate that elevated levels of PM2.5 and NO2 are linked to increased hospital admissions for respiratory diseases, and CO levels are associated with hypertension and cardiovascular diseases. The study also explores public perception through surveys and questionnaires, highlighting a high level of awareness and support for government initiatives to improve air quality. The results emphasize the need for informed policy decisions, including stricter emission standards and public awareness campaigns, to combat air pollution and protect public health in Jakarta.
