Abstract

Background: Consumers have the right to consume safe and healthy fresh milk. One of the factors that affect the productivity and quality of milk is the altitude of the location and environmental conditions around the farm. Objective: This research aimed to determine the differences in microbial quality and the somatic cell count (SCC) in milk between farms in the highlands (Cijeruk Farm, Bogor) and lowlands (Pondok Ranggon Farm, East Jakarta). Methods: This study observed the total plate count (TPC), the number of Staphylococcus aureus, and SCC. Microbial testing was carried out using the plate count method and the somatic cells count used the Breed method. The data were analyzed statistically using Mann-Whitney U and Chi-square. Results: The results showed that TPC, S. aureus, and SCC of milk from Pondok Ranggon located in the lowlands were higher than those of milk from Cijeruk located in the highlands. The average of TPC, S. aureus, and SCC in milk from Cijeruk were 1.6×104 ± 1.5×104 CFU/mL, 1.3×103 ± 4.2×103 CFU/mL, and 1,795,000 ± 1,838,791 cells/mL, respectively. The average of TPC, S. aureus, and SCC in milk from the Pondok Ranggon were 3.5×105 ± 1.0×106 CFU/mL, 1.7×105 ± 6.3×104 CFU/mL and 3,032,222 ± 4,348,654 cells/mL, respectively. This research showed that the location of the rearing area has relationship with S. aureus in milk (P<0.05). Conclusion: It was concluded that microbial status and the somatic cell count are influenced by differences in livestock areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Shopping Lifestyle, Price Discount, and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying among Gen-Z customers of Somethinc brand cosmetics in Padang City. The research employs a quantitative method with a causative approach to examine the relationships and influences between variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 111 respondents who met specific criteria, including customers who had made impulse purchases of Somethinc products and were aware of the product promotion program. The results reveal that Shopping Lifestyle and Hedonic Shopping Motivation have significant influences on Impulse Buying, while Price Discount does not demonstrate a significant impact. The regression coefficient for Shopping Lifestyle is 0.448 (p < 0.05) and for Hedonic Shopping Motivation is 0.254 (p < 0.05), indicating that these two variables positively influence impulse buying behavior. In contrast, Price Discount, with a coefficient of 0.026 (p > 0.05), does not significantly influence impulse buying decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program dapur DASHAT yang telah terlaksana di Desa Taeng. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dilakukan pada 3 Mei sampai 8 Mei 2023 di Puskesmas Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga pelaksana gizi, bidan dan kader puskesmas dengan jumlah informan 4 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam menggunakan daftar pertanyaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi evaluasi. Evaluasi tenaga membutuhkan pelatihan untuk program dapur DASHAT. Pada sarana diperlukan buku pencatatan harian untuk semua sasaran dapur DASHAT. Evaluasi dana menunjukkan masih kurangnya dana yang diperoleh dari dana swadaya. Pada perencanaan target sasaran yang mendapat program dapur DASHAT di kegiatan PMT dan kegiatan edukasi berdasarkan laporan pemantauan pemeriksaan antropometri disetiap bulannya dari bidan-bidan desa dan petugas gizi puskesmas. Pada ketetapan sasaran program dapur DASHAT yang dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan sudah tepat sasaran. Pada cakupan program dapur DASHAT di desa Taeng meliputi kegiatan pemberian MT (makanan tambahan) bagi balita gizi kurang dan kegiatan edukasi tentang makanan bergizi, bahan dan kandungan gizi pada makanan yang diberikan kepada anak, serta pola asuh yang benar.

Abstract

Hypertension is the leading cause of premature death worldwide with 1.28 billion adults affected, mostly in low- and middle-income countries. This community service program aims to assess the effectiveness of an extension program related to risk factors, screening, and the impact of hypertension conducted in Bontolebang Hamlet, Kec. Tombolo Pao, Kab. Gowa. This activity involved 30 households with a post-test questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Fredman Test and showed a significant increase (p=0.000) in respondents' knowledge of hypertension. The study results showed there was a difference in the mean score of knowledge level of hypertension counseling after 8 months of counseling. This study recommends that efforts should be made to increase access to health services for routine blood pressure measurement in the community to reduce the prevalence of hypertension in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Effective inventory management is crucial in providing quality healthcare services. Predicting drug needs in the pharmacy warehouse is vital to ensuring adequate availability for patients. This study developed and implemented a prediction system using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method to forecast drug requirements. Training data comprised drug usage from January 2020 to July 2023, while testing data covered drug usage from August to December 2023. Through several experiments, the best model identified was 12-6-1, with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 6.817 and an accuracy of 93.18%. Predictions for Paracetamol drug usage in August were 4603, whereas the actual usage was 4785. This system is expected to enhance drug inventory management efficiency, reduce costs, and improve drug availability for patients.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan yang terjangkau dan berkualitas merupakan agenda penting dalam mencapai Universal Health Coverage (UHC) secara global. Di Indonesia, Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan menjalankan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) sebagai instrumen utama untuk mewujudkan UHC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan segmentasi wilayah di Jawa Barat berdasarkan jumlah penduduk yang terdaftar sebagai peserta BPJS Kesehatan pada tahun 2019-2023 dengan menggunakan algoritma K-means dan memvisualisasikan hasilnya. Penentuan jumlah klaster optimal dilakukan dengan metode elbow dan silhouette coefficient. Algoritma K-means menghasilkan tiga klaster wilayah, yaitu klaster 0 (501 kecamatan) dengan jumlah peserta BPJS tinggi, klaster 1 (222 kecamatan) dengan jumlah peserta BPJS menengah, dan klaster 2 (4 kecamatan) dengan jumlah peserta BPJS rendah. Evaluasi kinerja algoritma menunjukkan bahwa klaster terbaik adalah tiga klaster dengan nilai Sum of square error (SSE) terendah sebesar 1,67409 dan Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) terendah sebesar 0,36915605275672103. Visualisasi hasil segmentasi menggunakan Quantum geographic information system (QGIS) membantu mengidentifikasi wilayah prioritas yang memerlukan perhatian lebih dalam peningkatan pemanfaatan layanan BPJS. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi berharga bagi pemangku kepentingan, seperti pemerintah daerah dan BPJS Kesehatan, untuk merencanakan strategi dan alokasi sumber daya yang lebih efektif dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Jawa Barat, serta menyesuaikan pelayanan secara tepat dan efisien sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat di masing-masing wilayah.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah memainkan peran penting dalam pemantauan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) yang intuitif dan efektif untuk aplikasi pemantauan lingkungan berbasis IoT. Melalui analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pembuatan prototipe, dan pengujian usability, studi ini menemukan bahwa desain UI yang baik dapat meningkatkan interaksi pengguna dan pemahaman data lingkungan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan aplikasi yang mendukung kesadaran lingkungan.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Takhmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) adalah Madrasah Diniyah setingkat SD/MI untuk siswa-siswi sekolah Dasar. Peran Madrasah Diniyah Takhmiliyah Awaliyah dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan keagamaan sangat berarti bagi masyarakat sekitar, hal ini dikarenakan sebagian besar anak-anak yang berada di lingkungan peran Madrasah Diniyah Takhmiliyah Awaliyah tersebut tidak sepenuhnya mendapat pengetahuan agama di sekolah mereka masing-masing. Sama halnya dengan Madrasah Diniyah Takhmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) di daerah-daerah lain, MDTA di Sawah Tangah juga mengajarkan materi-materi bidang keagamaaan kepada siswa dimana yang paling utama adalah membaca al-qur’an. Sayangnya, dari hasil pantauan dan pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN dari UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar kebanyakan siswa-siswi di MDTA Nagari Sawah Tangah masih belum lancar memahami al-qur’an terutama dalam hal membaca, mengenali, melafazkan huruf hijaiyah dan menentukan tajwid pada setiap bacaan al-qur’an tersebut. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan literasi membaca dan menulis ayat al-qur’an siswa MDTA Nagari Sawah Tangah adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis ayat al-qur’an siswa di MDTA Nagari Sawah Tangah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi membaca dan menulis ayat al-qur’an pada siswa MDTA Nagari Sawah Tangah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode metode ceramah, tanya jawab, pembiasaan, dan latihan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Agustus-9November 2024 yang dilaksanakan setiap hari jum’at dan sabtu pada pukul 14.00-15.30 Wib. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan literasi membaca dan menulis ayat al-qur’an siswa Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) nagari sawah tangah yaitu siswa sudah lancar dalam mempelajari dan memahami al-qur’an. Kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa yang awalnya rendah setelah dilakukan kegiatan ini kemampuan siswa menjadi meningkat. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan kegiatan tersebut dapat meningkatkan literasi siswa dalam membaca dan menulis terutama pada ayat al-qur’an.

Abstract

Advances in technology and the growth of e-commerce have generated a large amount of user sentiment data, which can be leveraged to improve user experience. Shopee is an e-commerce platform in Indonesia that allows users to buy and sell various products online. Through the Shopee app, users can find a variety of products ranging from clothing, electronics, cosmetics, household needs, to food. However, sentiment data analysis is often constrained by data complexity and the low accuracy of conventional models. This research aims to improve accuracy in Shopee app users by applying Neural Network algorithm. Evaluation of application user sentiment is important for e-commerce companies, such as Shopee, because it provides an overview of user satisfaction and experience with the services offered. In this research, the Neural Network algorithm is used to process sentiment data by optimizing parameters to improve the optimal parameters, including the best K value that can improve model performance. Experimental results show that the best K value is 2, with model accuracy reaching 95.08%. To further measure effectiveness, recall and precision values were calculated for positive and negative categories. The recall result for positive sentiment reached 98.77%, while for negative sentiment it was 93.33%. In addition, the precision for the positive category was 93.73% and for the negative category was 93.33%.

Abstract

Background: The Cinnamon plant is used as herbal therapy and spices for cooking food in Indonesia. The content of secondary metabolite compounds has the potential as an antioxidant. Variations in particle size have been proven to have the potential to attract compounds from herbal plants. Purpose: The research aimed to determine the antioxidant potential of cinnamon leaf infusion with different simplicia particle sizes. Method: The research method used in this research was the DPPH method, using Vitamin C as a comparison, and the concentration of simplicia used to make the infusion is 5%. Result: The test results showed that a 5% infusion of simplicia microparticles had higher antioxidants than simplicia infusion with an IC50 value of 74.89 ppm, which was included in the classification of strong antioxidant activity. In contrast, the IC50 value of simplicia infusion was 110.61 ppm, which was classified as moderate. Conclusion: The infusion of simplicia microparticles from cinnamon leaves can be developed as an alternative antioxidant from natural ingredients.
