One of them is the QRIS which was launched as a standardization of non-cash payments where one of the users is the QR Code-based MSME sector as a unifier for QR Code-based non-cash payments in Indonesia. So that the purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence MSME interest in using QRIS services in their business by adopting several variables contained in the UTAUT 3 theory and also modified by the addition of Islamic financial literacy variables. The method used in this research is quantitative method using primary data sources and secondary data analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that performance expectations, business expectations, social factors, facilitating conditions, and Islamic financial literacy have no effect on MSME interest in using QRIS, but are influenced by hedonic motivation, price value, and habits. Abstract

The research aims to explain the impact of awareness, lifestyle, and halal certification on people’s buying interest in MSME’s halal food products in DKI Jakarta Province. To the best of researchers’ knowledge based on the previous articles, there are no research titles that discuss the three variables simultaneously regarding the influence on the buying interest. Therefore, this research has some aspect of novelty compared to previous studies. Quantitative method is used for research methods that refer to numerical data. The subjects for this research are 150 consumers of MSME’s halal food products in the DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data collection is used as a technical data collection. Primary data was acquired from the distribution of questionnaires to MSME halal food consumers. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis. The findings of this study among the three variables are used, two only have a significant influence on the buying interest whereas the three variables together have a significant influence on the buying interest of MSME products. To increase the buying interest of halal food products for MSMEs in DKI Jakarta, factors that can be considered important are halal awareness and halal lifestyle, because both have a significant impact on the buying interest. This can be interpreted if the two variables are increase it will also increase the buying interest of MSME’s halal food products in DKI Jakarta. On the other hand, if the three variables are considered simultaneously it will have a significant influence on buying interest.

Purpose – This research analyses the factors influencing Indonesia's largest Muslim communities' intention to utilize Islamic banking services. Method – Employing a quantitative methodology, this study targeted members of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah as the population. The sample consisted of 343 respondents, determined using Hair theory and selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to evaluate measurement and structural models. Findings – The findings reveal that normative beliefs significantly shape subjective norms and influence individuals' intentions to engage with Islamic banking services. Additionally, religiosity positively affects attitudes toward these services, reinforcing existing literature linking religious values to financial decision-making. Implications – Theoretically, this study implies the development of behavioral reasoning theory in Islamic finance. Practically, this study provides valuable insights into marketing strategies promoting financial inclusion among diverse religious communities.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic economy in Indonesia is due to the fact that Islam has a comprehensive and universal teaching in all human life aspects, including economy. One encouraging Islamic banking development in Indonesia is indicated by the operation of banks accommodating the Sharia principles. The rapid development of Sharia banking requires an immediate implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) System to provide a maximum protection for the stakeholders, especially customers. The implementation of GCG is expected to help Sharia banking minimize the poor financing quality, increase the bank assessment accuracy, infrastructure, and business decision making quality as well as become the early detection to high risk business areas, products, and services. The implementation of GCG system is greatly important since Sharia banking is the intermediary institution requiring the public or stakeholders’ trust.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cyberloafing, job stress, and organizational commitment on turnover among Generation Z employees in South Jakarta. The phenomenon of high turnover rates of young employees in the digital era is a significant issue that requires special attention in human resource management. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing structured questionnaires to Generation Z employees selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the direct influence between variables. The results show that cyberloafing and job stress have a positive and significant effect on turnover, while organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect, thus reducing turnover intentions among Generation Z. These findings provide a theoretical contribution by expanding the study of turnover models in the Generation Z group, which is still limited in the context of developing markets. Practically, the results of this study can be a basis for organizations to reduce cyberloafing behavior, reduce job stress, and increase organizational commitment through appropriate digital policies, training, and career development
