Abstract

PkM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan jiwa edupreneur pengelola bagi guru SMK Informatika Ciputat. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan implementasi dan sinergitas dari program kerjasama prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi sebagai bagian dari pendidikan formal dengan SMK Informatika Ciputat. Edupreneur merupakan pengajar yang mengaplikasikan konsep wirausaha dalam proses pembelajaran. Seorang atau institusi pendidikan yang menjalankan prinsip wirausaha yang baik demi suksesnya pendidikan. PkM ini akan dilakukan oleh 3 orang dosen dan melibatkan 5 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan selama 6 hari yaitu pada tanggal 07 – 12 Oktober 2024 yang bertempat di SMK Informatika Ciputat. Kegiatan ini akan dimulai dengan melakukan observasi mengenai kebutuhan dari peserta kegiatan PKM dalam hal materi edupreneur, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Penguatan Soft skill Dan Quality of work life. Abstract

The purpose of the school field introduction (PLP) is to train skilled educators. PLP activities are designed to increase interest in education and knowledge about the teaching profession, even though not all students want to become teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine how school field introduction affects the enthusiasm of seventh-semester Economics Education students at Pamulang University in teaching economics. This study uses quantitative and associative research methodologies. The research sample consisted of one hundred students who had participated in the PLP. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. Simple linear regression was used to analyse the data. According to the research findings, the desire of Pamulang University Economics Education Bachelor’s degree students to become economics teachers is influenced by their field introduction. The inclusion of the school field had an impact on interest in becoming an economics teacher, as indicated by the estimated t value > t table (9.189 > 1.984) and significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), after which Ho was discarded.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab rendahnya literasi digital kritis siswa dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 5 Kabupaten Tangerang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis informasi digital secara kritis, memanfaatkan AI sebagai alat belajar produktif, serta memperkuat kapasitas guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran vokasional. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan literasi digital dan penggunaan AI, pendampingan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan analisis karya siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan literasi digital siswa sebesar 28–35%, meningkatnya keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan Canva AI dan ChatGPT, bertambahnya kepercayaan diri guru dalam menerapkan AI, serta terbentuknya Klub Literasi Digital dan AI sebagai wadah keberlanjutan program. Produk kreatif berupa poster digital, video edukatif, dan konten kampanye etika digital menjadi bukti peningkatan kompetensi siswa. Program ini terbukti efektif mendukung transformasi pembelajaran digital dan menghasilkan artikel ilmiah PKM yang siap dipublikasikan. Abstract

This study aims to develop a gamification learning model as an effective learning model to use during a pandemic which is 100% held in online learning. This development is carried out by considering the needs of students in economic education in pursuing the Basic Teaching Ability course which is a prerequisite course for participating in the field practice program which is mandatory for all education faculty students. This research adopts Marczewski's Gamification Framework which consists of 8 questions, namely 1) what is being gamified; 2) why is it being gamified; 3) who are the users; 4) how is it being gamified; 5) analytics are set up; 6) tested with users; 7) acted on feedback; and 8) released the solution. There are 25 students in this study. Furthermore, the result of this study finds 8 types of mechanics, 8 badges, and 4 trophies. There are 7 students who get platinum level, 10 students get gold level, 5 students get silver level, and the remaining 4 students get bronze level. In addition, there is an increase in the students' pretest and posttest from 66.28 to 82.20.
