Abstract

Pentingnya perencanaan keuangan dan keterampilan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan bagi para anggota POKMAS sangat diperlukan karena kondisi masih banyaknya anggota POKMAS yang belum sepenuhnya memahami terkait kebijakan dan alur pengelolaan keuangan POKMAS dan Kinerja keuangan sekretariat POKMAS masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kebijakan manajemen keuangan dan alur pengelolaan keuangan, dan 2) Untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan Sekretariat POKMAS. Metode penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pelatihan Intensif, 2) Diskusi, dan 3) Pertanyaan dan Jawaban. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta POKMAS telah memahami tentang kebijakan, aliran, dan prosedur manajemen keuangan yang berdampak pada kinerja POKMAS. Sekretariat POKMAS dalam manajemen keuangan terdiri dari: Kebijakan Pembukaan Rekening Bank, Pengeluaran Pendanaan Kebijakan, Kas Kebijakan, Sistem Pembukuan Kebijakan, dan Pembuatan Kebijakan RAPB POKMAS. Selanjutnya, aliran Pembukuan POKMAS dimulai dari pencatatan transaksi pada masing-masing bukti berdasarkan jenis transaksi, kemudian bukti diposting pada setiap buku sesuai dengan jenis transaksi yang telah ditulis di bukti. Setelah aliran selesai dilaporkan Penghasilakan dan Pengeluaran, dan Rencana dan Pernyataan Realisasi. Sekretariat POKMAS memperoleh laporan keuangan bulanan, yang menjelaskan secara rinci perubahan keuangan dalam satu bulan periode dan laporan tahunan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji filosofis penerapan sanksi pidana maksimal terhadap pelaku tindak pidana Money Laundry. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa metode pendekatan yuridis normatif, yakni penelitian hukum kepustakaan dimana dilakukan secara deduktif dengan menganalisis dan mengkaji terhadap data sekunder yang berupa pasal-pasal dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur permasalahan yang dibahas oleh penulis, spesifikasinya bersifat deskriptif analitis, yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan, menuliskan dan menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dihubungkan dengan teori-teori hukum dan pelaksanaan hukum positif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pencucian uang berdasarkan Pasal 5 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010. Pelaku kejahatan pencucian uang dapat dikenakan hukuman penjara dan denda. Sanksi pidana penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp. 1.000.000.000,00 (satu miliar rupiah).

Abstract

Assistance in the framework of this community service has the aim of helping the creative industry UD Snack Bu Ernie Sugihan Lamongan Village in increasing production and income. The service method is PAR (Participatory Action Research) with observation stages through preliminary research, inculturation, Action Action and Evaluation. The result of the service is the lack of creative industry players who have a computer or laptop so that it is not optimal in uploading creative industry products in the digital marketpalce. The hope is the availability of adequate electronic media so that it is more optimal in utilizing social media and market places available in this digital era. Increased literacy regarding product packaging and marketing, maximizing social media in promotion and sales, and establishing cooperation with partners engaged in the creative industry or trade.

Abstract

Knowledge related to entrepreneurship and sharia finance is important for students at the high school level to have as a form of education. The aim of this community service is to provide sharia entrepreneurial education and basic sharia finance for Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan students. The community service method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). There are 4 stages of service activities, namely: first, preliminary research by conducting outreach and observations with the target object of service, second, inculturation, namely by determining the theme and focus of service as well as determining the object of community service where Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan is the target. Third, Action Action, namely by providing education through seminars for students to gain literacy about entrepreneurship and sharia finance. Fourth, evaluation is carried out in order to improve the quality of service in the future for a better process and has strong implications for community implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this outreach activity is to increase awareness of the role of utilizing plastic waste in the social and economic environment of the Tambak Lekok community, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province. Implementation methods include initial interviews, counseling, education, and final interviews. The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding and awareness after participating in the outreach activities. Participants better understand the importance of waste and plastic waste management in terms of sorting plastic waste, skills in making handicrafts and decorating the land/garden. This activity contributes to environmental cleanliness, environmental preservation, as well as added economic value to the residents of the Tambak Lekok community, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province.

The service method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is to provide learning in overcoming a problem. The result of the service is the socialization of digital marketing by introducing e-commerce and how to create it. Providing training on the CANVA application platform in designing MSME product logos. The achievement achieved by MSMEs or PKK is that they already have an e-commerce account and are ready to buy and sell digitally.

Abstract

In the post Covid 19 pandemic New Normal era, the learning system in Indonesia has changed from a face-to-face classroom system to a hybrid learning system, which is a learning method that combines the concept of online learning with face-to-face learning or PTM. This is done in order to maintain the quality of education in schools in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. One of the online learning methods that are widely used by schools is google classroom. Research on the use of Google classroom as an online learning media has been conducted with satisfactory results. The target audience in this service is teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Tomia, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. In the initial survey of the target audience, the team found that there were obstacles in the audience, namely the target audience had not mastered the use of Android / smartphone and laptop for online learning. So far, the target audience has only used online methods by using whatsapp groups to send materials and students collect assignments to school so that there is still contact between the target audience and students when collecting assignments. Based on these problems, the service team chose to provide training and assistance in online teaching using Google Classroom to overcome the problems of the target audience. The results obtained were very satisfying because they exceeded the achievement target of 99 percent from the initial target of 80 percent for mastering the use of Google classroom as an online learning media for teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Tomia, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan Daerah (SAPD) terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Daerah (AKIP) Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Buton, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner . Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Sederhana. Metode analisi data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, Jenis data yaitu kualitatif dan data kuantitatif, sumber data yaitu data primer dan data skunder. Populasi sebanyak 107 dan disampel dengan simple random sampling menjadi 45 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu survey pendahuluan, studi kepustakaan, survey lapangan dan kuesioner dimana semua data di tabulasi dan interprestasi. Hasil analisis menunjukan Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persamaan regresi Y = 0,422 + 0,973. Dimana 0,765 dapat diartikan bahwa korelasi hubungan antara variabel bebas Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan Daerah (SAPD) terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Daerah (AKIP) adalah positif, Nilai koefi sien determinasi (R2) = 0,585 dapat diartikan bahwa 58,5 % variasi dari peningkatan Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan Daerah (SAPD) dipengaruhi oleh Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Daerah (AKIP) (X) dan sisanya 41,5 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan Daerah (SAPD) terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Daerah (AKIP) pengaruhnya kuat.
