Abstract

In today's digital age, internet access has become an integral part of everyday life, providing broad access to information and communication. However, these technological advances also bring negative impacts, including the potential for the spread of unwanted content or harm to society. The process of parsing negative site blocking datalog is a technique used to analyze and decipher log data resulting from site blocking activities. In this context, negative site blocking is not only focused on illegal content, but also involves efforts to mitigate cybersecurity threats, including phishing attacks, malware, and other malicious online activities. Use of Observation Methods (Observation), Interviews, Literature Studies where the author made direct observations at the Aceh Communication, Informatics and Coding Agency to find out about the negative site blocking datalog in the Aceh Equipment Work Unit, conducted direct interviews with Field Supervisors and staff at the agency to find out about the process of parsing negative site blocking datalogs at the Aceh Equipment Work Unit, collect and study references related to data parsing, negative site categories, websites, CodeIgniter 4 documentation, Bootstrap documentation, and information system design tools from various journals, theses, articles, and various other reference sources. The proposed system for parsing datalogs has clear functional and non-functional needs. Functional needs involve features such as login, blocking data management, category management, blocking graph representation and reporting. Meanwhile, non-functional needs include authentication security, responsive performance, and an intuitive user interface. Thus, parsing log data resulting from negative site blocking in the Aceh Device Work Unit is expected to provide significant benefits for Diskominsa Aceh in maintaining cyber security and morality in the use of the internet in its territory. These conclusions highlight the importance of implementing sophisticated technology solutions to understand, analyze, and manage block log data efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

The final achievement of learning in the distance study program is evidenced by a thesis, thesis, dissertation, final project, or design / art / other forms that are compiled and accounted for scientifically in accordance with the Higher Education program level. As time goes by from the establishment of the faculty of engineering until now and the increasing number of students graduating from the faculty of engineering every year, there will also be many thesis and internship reports that have been received and archived at the faculty. In thesis reports and internships of students of the Faculty of Engineering to avoid plagiarism which will hamper the process of publishing and printing thesis reports and student internships because of many plagiarisms. The purpose of this study is to accelerate the process of printing and publishing student thesis reports by speeding up the process of checking plagiarism of reports made using the Levenshtein Distance method. The results of this study are the original data of the thesis and student internship, where the thesis report test produces a similarity value of < 40%, while the internship report produces a similarity value of <10% and In testing the processing time in this system is influenced by the number of distances and the number of file sizes used, meaning that the greater the distance and file size, the longer the processing time produced.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to develop the potential of students to have spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and necessary skills. Educational technology, especially multimedia such as animated videos, has great potential in improving the effectiveness of learning. However, in Central Aceh, the use of animated videos as a means of education in socialization activities is still limited. This research limits the focus to the use of animated videos as a means of education for children in the Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Central Aceh. The problem formulation includes questions about the feasibility of using animated videos as a learning medium and their effectiveness in socialization activities in villages. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of using animated videos as a learning medium and measure their effectiveness in socialization activities in Central Aceh villages. The results of the study are expected to provide new insights on the use of animated videos in the context of education in Central Aceh, as well as provide recommendations for the Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office to improve the quality of socialization through innovative learning media.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama internet, telah membawa dampak signifikan dalam memudahkan akses informasi di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Namun, di beberapa daerah terpencil di Indonesia, akses internet masih menjadi kendala yang menghambat kegiatan seperti verifikasi factual yang dilakukan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU). Kabupaten Bener Meriah, Provinsi Aceh, salah satunya, dimana kecamatan Syiah Utama menjadi contoh daerah yang belum sepenuhnya terjangkau oleh jaringan internet. Dalam upaya memfasilitasi kegiatan tersebut, Quantum GIS (QGIS), sebuah perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis open source, digunakan untuk memetakan lokasi kantor pemerintah di Kecamatan Syiah Utama. Dengan demikian, laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses pemetaan kantor pemerintah tersebut dengan menggunakan QGIS.

Abstract

In order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of population administration, the government has developed a population administration information system (SIAK). SIAK is an integrated information system used to manage population data. The Population Administration Information System (SIAK) is one of the systems used in printing Population Identity Cards (KTP) in Indonesia. In conducting research at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Takengon city, the method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques using a goggleform-based questionnaire. The method analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Secondary data collection methods provide a basis for understanding aspects of population administration in terms of documents and forms used in SIAK. It is important to ensure that the data collected comes from legitimate and trustworthy sources. This system has a very important role in managing data and information related to the population of an area. Implementing this system is not easy, and various challenges such as suboptimal data quality, information security, and integration with other systems are the main focuses that need to be overcome. However, information technology has great potential to transform public administration to be more efficient, transparent, and responsive to society's needs.

Abstract

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life is an important effort to improve the health and development of babies. Objective: This aims to optimize maternal health knowledge in Sukamulya Village in order to increase their compliance with breastfeeding. Method: This service program involves several main activities: (1) Health Education: Holding training sessions and seminars regarding the benefits and techniques of breastfeeding for mothers in the village. Education is carried out by medical personnel and nutritionists. (2) Individual Counseling: Providing personal consultations for mothers who experience difficulties or have questions regarding breastfeeding. (3) Providing educational materials: Distributing brochures, posters and practical guides on exclusive breastfeeding to mothers in Sukamulya Village. Results: After program implementation, maternal health knowledge regarding breastfeeding has increased significantly. Data shows that adherence to breastfeeding increased from 45% before the intervention to 75% after the program was implemented. Feedback from participants shows an increase in understanding and application of breastfeeding practices in their daily lives. Conclusion: Optimizing maternal health knowledge through education and counseling is effective in increasing compliance with breastfeeding in Sukamulya Village. This program shows that a knowledge-based approach can improve awareness and practice of breastfeeding, contributing to the health and well-being of babies. Recommendations for further program development include sustainable implementation and strengthening community support.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pemanfaatan Drone pada saat sekarang ini telah banyak membantu dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu salah satunya dalam bidang pemetaan dan identifikasi tata guna lahan. Penggunaan Drone sebagai sarana sarana monitoring dan evaluasi lahan mempermudah manusia untuk mendapatkan data-data dari foto udara dengan cepat dan bisa didapatkan kapan pun.Pemanfaatan Drone dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana penggunaan lahan diKomplek Perkantoran Pemda Aceh Tengah yang berlokasi di desa Belang Bebangka Kec. Pegasing Kab. Aceh Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan disini adalah interpretasi secara digital menggunakan aplikasi Agisoft dan Avenzamap. Dari hasil interpretasi foto udara drone tersebut kemudian diolah menjadi peta kelerengan, peta kontur, peta tutupan lahan dan peta foto udara penggunaan lahan komplek perkantoran Pemda Aceh Tengah. Setelah dilakukan identifikasi lahan berdasarkan peta yang dihasilkan diketahui bahwa lebih dari 50 % lahan sudah digunakan dengan baik yaitu sebesar 57.14 % sedangkan sisa lahan sebesar 42.9 % merupakan lahan terbuka yang masih bisa dimanfaatkan untuk hal lain. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan lahan Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah daerah Aceh Tengah tergolong sudah optimal.Kata kunci: Drone, Lahan, Identifikasi, ArcGis Abstract - The use of drones at this time has helped a lot in various disciplines, one of which is in the field of mapping and identification of land use. The use of drones as a means of monitoring and evaluating land makes it easier for humans to get data from aerial photos quickly and can be obtained at any time. The use of drones in this study is to identify the extent of land use in the Central Aceh Regional Government Office Complex located in Belang Bebangka village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh District. The research method used here is digital interpretation using the Agisoft and Avenzamap applications. From the results of the interpretation of drone aerial photos are then processed into slope maps, contour maps, land cover maps and aerial photo maps of land use of the Central Aceh Regional Government office complex. After identifying the land based on the resulting map, it is known that more than 50% of the land has been used properly, which is 57.14%, while the remaining 42.9% of the land is open land that can still be used for other things. Thus, it can be concluded that the land use of the Central Aceh Regional Government Office Complex is considered optimal.Keywords: drone, land, identification, arcgis

Abstract

Background. The use of media in education is becoming increasingly important, especially in the current digital era. The Canva application has become a popular tool among teachers for creating interesting and informative learning materials. With a variety of visual features and ease of use, Canva allows teachers to create learning materials that suit students’ needs. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the influence of the Canva application in improving elementary school student achievement in West Sumatra and to understand teachers’ perceptions of its use Canva in learning. Method. This research uses a quantitative survey via Google Form which is distributed via WhatsApp groups to PGSD students in West Sumatra who use Canva as a learning medium. Research ethics were maintained by ensuring data confidentiality and voluntary participation. A total of 30 respondents. Results. This study explores the influence of the Canva application in improving the achievement of elementary school students in West Sumatra by collecting data from 30 respondents and six questions. From the analysis results, the majority of respondents actively use Canva as a learning medium, with most using this application every day or several times a week. The results of the analysis also show that the use of Canva in learning is considered effective in improving students’ understanding of learning materials, with the majority of respondents reporting an increase in student achievement after using learning materials created with Canva. Conclusion. Canva positively impacts elementary student achievement in West Sumatra by offering an intuitive user experience for teachers, enhancing student understanding, and boosting overall learning quality. It’s recommended to fellow teachers as an effective tool.

Abstract

Background. Quantum computing is a technology that has great potential to revolutionize various scientific disciplines with its extraordinary computing capabilities. Multiple fields, such as cryptography, optimization, and complex simulation, have begun to explore quantum computing applications. However, a deep understanding of how these technologies can be used effectively in cross-disciplinary informatics still needs to be improved. Purpose. This research aims to develop a theoretical framework that explains the role of quantum computing in advancing interdisciplinary informatics. The main focus is to identify potential applications and challenges faced in applying this technology in various fields and evaluate its impact on the development of science and technology. Method. This research uses a qualitative approach, a literature review, and theoretical analysis methods. Data were collected from various academic sources, including journals, books, and conferences relevant to quantum computing and interdisciplinary informatics. Analysis was conducted to identify patterns, themes, and relationships between quantum computing and cross-disciplinary applications. Results. The research results show that quantum computing has the potential to solve complex computational problems in various fields, including cryptography, optimization, and physical simulation. Quantum computing can provide more efficient and faster solutions than classical computing. However, the research also identified several significant challenges, such as the need for quantum-specific algorithms and sophisticated technological infrastructure. Conclusion. Quantum computing is essential in advancing interdisciplinary informatics by providing superior computing capabilities. The theoretical framework developed in this research can be used to further study and develop quantum computing applications in various fields. The identified challenges require special attention to ensure effective and efficient implementation of this technology.

Abstract

In an era rife with evolving cyber threats, government agencies such as the Aceh Communication, Informatics, and Cryptography Agency (Diskominsa Aceh) play a pivotal role in safeguarding information security. Diskominsa Aceh has implemented a penetration testing system to identify vulnerabilities in provincial government websites, enabling proactive mitigation of potential security gaps. However, the primary challenge lies in managing the penetration test data, which currently relies on Microsoft Excel, posing security and efficiency drawbacks. To address this issue, Diskominsa Aceh considers migrating data to a more integrated and secure information management platform. Engaging interns in designing a data management system can offer an effective solution, providing Diskominsa Aceh with innovative technical solutions while offering young generations practical skills development in information technology. Dalam era yang dipenuhi dengan ancaman siber yang terus berkembang, instansi pemerintah seperti Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian Aceh (Diskominsa Aceh) memainkan peran kunci dalam melindungi keamanan informasi. Diskominsa Aceh telah menerapkan sistem uji penetrasi untuk mengidentifikasi kerentanan dalam situs web instansi pemerintah provinsi, memungkinkan mereka untuk secara proaktif mengatasi potensi celah keamanan. Namun, tantangan utama dalam penerapan sistem ini adalah pengelolaan data hasil uji penetrasi yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang memiliki kelemahan dalam keamanan dan efisiensi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Diskominsa Aceh mempertimbangkan migrasi data ke platform manajemen informasi yang lebih terintegrasi dan aman. Melibatkan mahasiswa magang dalam merancang sistem manajemen data dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif, memberikan Diskominsa Aceh solusi teknis yang inovatif dan memberikan kesempatan bagi generasi muda untuk mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dalam teknologi informasi.
