Abstract

The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is suitable for the decision making process because it can determine scores for each different criteria, then proceed with the best alternative selection process. In the SPK (decision support system) is used web-based that can be accessed anytime, anywhere. So that at school, high school students (high school) can access the system through the school's computer. Requirements analysis is divided into 2 types, namely functional requirements (Functional Requirements) are types of requirements that contain the processes that will be carried out by the system and non-functional requirements (Non Functional Requirements) are types of requirements that contain behavioral properties owned by the system. Criteria for test results is a requirement for decision makers in determining the selection of study programs in Higher Education, based on the DAT test, the results of which are divided into 3 criteria, namely verbal ability, numerical ability, and spatial ability. Of the 100% accuracy of the results on the system using the AHP method in this system only results in 75% of the accuracy of the results.

Abstract

Nowadays, online shopping trend is very popular and it is common in the era of advanced technology like now. This affects large companies in Indonesia to provide good, effective and efficient shipping services for customer satisfaction. Each delivery service has its own stages of distribution of goods in the process of sending goods from the sender's hand to the recipient's hand. In addition to the stages of distribution of goods, there are other things that must be considered by shipping service providers, namely effective and timely delivery routes. Graph is a science that can be implemented in the stages of distribution of goods and efficiency of delivery routes. The approach used in making freight routes is the Hamilton trajectory with a circular model.

Abstract

One of the open access Open Journal System (OJS)-based reading media is the Biramsamtani Journal, which is the official publication media of scientific articles published by the journal manager, namely the Institute for Research and Community Service of Gajah Putih University, Central Aceh, Indonesia. Until now, the number of scientific articles that have been published is 76 articles with a total of 26,938 viewers read in 10 editions, 7 volumes, and for 5 years of publication. In the Biram Samtani Journal, an uneven and erratic number of readers was found. Where the causative factors that cannot be determined are due to too many abstracts, the position of the article in the published edition or the category of the article that needs to be adjusted to the month of publication. This problem will be studied using data mining by analyzing data using Bayesian Classification. From the test results obtained to predict the number of readers, the best obtained is model 2 with the composition of training data and 80:20 test data with an accuracy of 79.92%, accuracy of 80.15% and recall of 72.36% while for the classification of the number of readers in Biramsamtani journal articles based on the probability value of 47.7% (Low), 30.76% (High), and 21.53% (Medium).

Abstract

The swift progression of information technology has profoundly influenced diverse sectors such as government, private enterprises, and education. This research delves into the utilization of information technology within the housing sector, pinpointing the issues of inefficiency inherent in the conventional method of requesting uninhabitable homes in Aceh Tengah, Indonesia.The existing manual system employed by the Aceh Tengah Housing and Settlement Agency frequently leads to delays, loss of data, and inefficiencies. To address these shortcomings, this study suggests the creation of an online system that enhances the efficiency of the submission process. The goals of this study involve the digitization of the request submission process for uninhabitable residences, thereby increasing convenience for residents, Centralizing data storage to enhance data reliability and diminish the likelihood of loss or damage, and Improving both the accuracy and efficiency of data reporting and analysis. Through the introduction of an online platform, the Aceh Tengah Housing and Settlement Agency seeks to offer a service that is more efficient, transparent, and responsive to its residents, with the ultimate aim of enhancing the quality of housing and living conditions within the area.

Abstract

PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau is a company focused on providing essential building materials in Riau Province. This is driven by the rapid development in the region, including office infrastructure and road networks. The company was established to support the significant growth of construction in Riau, and due to its high competitiveness, it must maintain strong performance both in terms of product quality and customer service. To ensure that the quality and services provided by PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau align with the company's vision and mission, it is essential to evaluate the extent to which the organization’s IT goals support its overall business objectives. This evaluation is carried out using the COBIT 5 framework, focusing on the EDM (Evaluate, Direct, Monitor) domain. The research process involves three stages of analysis: assessing the current IT capability level, identifying the desired capability level, and analyzing the gap between the two. Data for this study were collected through questionnaires. The results indicate that the IT processes at PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau have been effectively implemented, achieved, and well-managed.

Abstract

Persediaan merupakan aset suatu organisasi yang perlu dikelola dengan baik agar kegiatan operasional suatu organisasi dapat berjalan dengan baik pula(Kasus, Disdukcapil, & Pringsewu, n.d.). Kegiatan dalam pengolahan data persediaan banyak dilakukan dengan mencatat data barang dan memberikan identitas barang yang ada.(Universitas AMIKOM Yogyakarta, 2018) Untuk memudahkan dalam melakukan pencatatan ini, diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data persediaan barang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dengan tujuan merancang sistem informasi inventarisasi data. pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, analisis, desain dan implementasi. Sistem yang dirancang diharapkan dapat mengimplementasikan sistem untuk memudahkan pegawai dalam mengelola barang inventaris di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Aceh Tengah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi E-ARSIP (Electronic Archive System) dalam mengelola data pemohon pinjaman di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC.Takengon. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pengajuan dan analisis kredit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi terhadap proses pengajuan kredit yang sedang berjalan, wawancara dengan nasabah dan petugas bank terkait, serta rancangan sistem dan implementasi aplikasi. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, aplikasi E-ARSIP dikembangkan dengan menggunakan hardware seperti laptop dan software seperti Windows 10, Xampp, dan Sublime Text. Database dibuat menggunakan phpMyAdmin. Aplikasi E-ARSIP memungkinkan nasabah untuk mengajukan pinjaman secara online, mempercepat proses verifikasi data, dan mengarsipkan persyaratan pemohon secara elektronik. Meskipun pengiriman agunan masih dilakukan secara konvensional, aplikasi ini tetap memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan input data, dan memberikan layanan yang lebih cepat dan efektif kepada nasabah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem perbankan syariah yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatkan pengalaman nasabah dalam proses pengajuan kredit.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggabungkan fleksibilitas infrastruktur Cloud Computing dengan ketangkasan metodologi Scrum dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah ketidakstabilan performa tim dan kompleksitas dalam pengelolaan sumber daya pada infrastruktur tradisional. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data mentah diolah melalui teknik normalisasi Min-Max dan Z-Score untuk menciptakan parameter evaluasi yang objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi ini meningkatkan produktivitas tim sebesar 25% dengan rata-rata uptime sistem mencapai 99,8%. Selain itu, model prediktif yang dikembangkan menggunakan Python berhasil mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 88% dalam memproyeksikan keberhasilan Sprint. Hal ini memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data (data-driven) untuk mitigasi risiko teknis secara proaktif. Kesimpulannya, penggabungan ekosistem cloud dan kerangka kerja Scrum tidak hanya mempercepat siklus rilis produk, tetapi juga memastikan transparansi dan stabilitas kualitas perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan. Dokumentasi seluruh proses dan kode program disediakan melalui repositori terbuka untuk mendukung pengembangan riset di masa depan.Kata kunci : Cloud Computing; Metodologi Scrum; Normalisasi Data; Model Prediktif; Abstract - This study seeks to integrate the adaptable nature of Cloud Computing infrastructure with the agile characteristics of Scrum methodologies in the software development process. The core issue addressed involves performance instability within teams and complexities in managing resources within traditional infrastructure setups. Employing a quantitative research approach, raw data is processed through Min-Max and Z-Score normalization techniques to establish objective evaluation parameters. The research findings indicate that this synergy enhances team productivity by 25%, with the average system uptime reaching 99.8%. Furthermore, a predictive model developed using Python achieved an accuracy rate of 88% in forecasting Sprint success. This enables data-driven decision-making for the proactive mitigation of technical risks. In conclusion, the fusion of cloud ecosystems and the Scrum framework not only accelerates product release cycles but also ensures transparency and stability in the quality of the software developed. Documentation of the entire process and program code is provided through an open repository to support future research development.Keywords: Cloud Computing; Scrum Methodology; Data Normalization; Predictive Model;
