Abstract

Nowadays, there are many criminal acts of counterfeiting in various forms which point to the growing modus operandi of the perpetrators of crime. One of them is the act of falsifying the Marriage Book. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of identity falsification in the manufacture of marriage books and to determine the efforts of the Kebayakan Religious Affairs Office in overcoming falsification of marital identity in the manufacture of marriage books. This type of research is an empirical juridical research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data obtained from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The method of collecting data is through interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques will be analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study explain that the application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of falsification of marriage identities on marriage books is not resolved through criminal law, only resolved through the Sharia Court by requesting the cancellation of marriages by the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). The efforts of the religious affairs office are mostly against the crime of falsifying marital identity, namely: First, socialization efforts and second, repressive efforts (actions) against perpetrators of the crime of falsifying marital identity.

Abstract

This study analyzed the population dynamics of kawakawa tuna (Euthynnus affinis) landed at PPI Ujong Baroh, West Aceh, from May to August 2025, using length-frequency data and the Von Bertalanffy growth model. A total of 815 individuals were measured to estimate growth, mortality, and exploitation parameters. The fork length ranged from 22–69 cm, dominated by medium-sized fish (30–37 cm FL), with the length at first capture (Lc = 33 cm FL) notably smaller than the length at first maturity (Lm ≈ 42–43 cm FL). Growth analysis indicated rapid juvenile growth, characterized by an asymptotic length (L∞) of 90 cm and a relatively high growth coefficient (K), while recruitment occurred periodically throughout the year. Mortality estimates showed total mortality (Z) of 4.77/year, natural mortality (M) of 1.45/year, and fishing mortality (F) of 3.32/year, resulting in an exploitation rate (E) of 0.70, which exceeds the optimal reference point (E = 0.5). These findings indicate that the kawakawa tuna stock in West Aceh is currently overexploited. This study provides the first updated, location-specific population parameter estimates for E. affinis in West Aceh waters, offering a critical scientific baseline for regionally adaptive fisheries management. Science-based management measures are therefore recommended, including implementing a minimum landing size of ≥43 cm FL, seasonal closures during spawning periods, effort control, and strengthened fisher participation to ensure long-term stock sustainability

Abstract

Work stress is one of the factors that can lower immunity. The WFH (work from home) policy is made so that the working community can avoid Covid-19, but it becomes counter-productive if employees who undergo WFH experience stress and their immunity decreases. This research was conducted using correlational quantitative methods to examine the impact of work-life balance and learning agility on the work stress of employees who have to work from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research subjects/respondents were company employees in the Jakarta area who underwent WFH during the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 57 respondents using incidental sampling. Data analysis using SEM-PLS and obtained the results: (1) There is a significant direct impact of work-life balance on the work stress of employees who undergo WFH; (2) There is a significant direct impact of learning agility on the work stress of employees undergoing WFH

Abstract

Background: Research on adolescent volleyball athletes is limited, especially regarding the acute effects of competition on physiological responses such as Blood Lactate Concentration (BLC), sprint performance, and Countermovement Jump (CMJ). This knowledge is important to improve recovery strategies and maintain performance. Research Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of pre- and post-volleyball matches on Blood Lactate Concentration (BLC), sprint performance, and Countermovement Jump (CMJ) in adolescent athletes. Methods: The research applied quasi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest without a control group design approach. Furthermore, the research series was carried out in two sessions. In the first session, all research subjects underwent initial tests and measurements in the form of anthropometry, HR, and VO₂ max. Meanwhile, in the second session, before they did three sets of match simulations, the subjects did lactate, sprint, and Countermovement Jump (CMJ) tests as pretest values. In addition, lactate, sprint, and CMJ data were taken at 0 hours and three hours after completing the match simulation to determine the posttest value. Finding and Results: During the match simulation, sprint ability, countermovement jump, and lactate concentration in volleyball athletes experienced significant changes. There was a significant change with an increasing trend in lactate concentration (p-value < 0.05) and a decrease in sprint and countermovement jump abilities (p-value < 0.05), as well as the opposite condition that occurred three hours after the match. Conclusion: Volleyball matches impose significant physiological and physical demands, with BLC normalising within three hours but sprint and CMJ requiring extended recovery. Tailored recovery strategies and high-moderate intensity training modifications are vital for optimising performance and managing fatigue. Future studies should explore individualised training and recovery protocols.
