Abstract

Pekerjaan las merupakan pekerjaan yang penih dengan resiko, karen berhdapan dengan potensi Bahasa antara lain panas, sinar , api dan setiap saat bisa mengancam jiwa. Karean potensi bahaya yang begitu besar maka fasilitas dan prosedur kesalamatan harus tersedia dan dilksanakan secara optimal. Pnelitian bertuuan untuk menilai fasilitas dan pesepsi pekerja las terhadap fasilitas perusahaan yang terssedia. Metode penelitian menggunkan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crosectional dan observasional. Hasil menunjukan bahwa fasilitas untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan pengelasan, baik peralatan maupun sistem kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja tersedia dengan baik. Indonesia, which has the largest population among ASEAN countries, soit will become net oil imports at the beginning of the 21st century. TheIndonesian government has developed a long-term energy plan that aimsto diversify energy to reduce the country's dependence on oil. Abstract

Industrial waste heat is waste heat that is used to cool production machinery. This waste heat will be discharged into the environment with a relatively warm temperature which is above 30o C. Cilacap as an industrial city certainly has become one of the problems that must be solved. Because if not properly managed, it will damage the marine ecosystem. Utilization of industrial exhaust heat is very important, one of which is to be used to generate OTEC. You do this by transferring industrial exhaust heat to the OTEC system, which is to the evaporator that is used to evaporate the ammonia sample flow.

Abstract

The role of leadership is very strategic and important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization, is one of the motives that encourage humans to always investigate the intricacies associated with leadership. Transformational leadership basically encourages subordinates to do better Behavior demanded by today's organizations is not only in-role behavior but also extra-role behavior. Extra-role behavior is also called the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.OCB is a term used to identify the employee behaviors that can be called a "good employee". If employees in the organization have OCB, efforts to control employee declined, since employees can control their own behavior or being able to choose the best behavior for the benefit of the organization. OCB will enhance transformational leadership because the good nature of OCB will influence the behavior of the leader. There is a significant influence with the value of P = 0.00 between OCB and transformational leadership. This shows there is an increase in transformational leadership due to OCB behavior

Abstract

Laut menyimpan banyak energy berupa ombak, angin dan panaslaut. Energi permukaan laut yang hangat dapat dipergunakan untukmembangkitkan energy listrik dengan cara membuat sedemikianhingga panas permukaan laut dapat menguapkan evaporator ataubolier dengan zat antara yang bisa menguap pada suhu kamar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengambarkan sistem hibrida pada pembangkit listrik tenaga laut (OTEC). Penelitian ini merupakanstudi literature yang dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk mengambarkan sistem hobrida OTEC. Hibrida OTEC merupakan penggabungandua sistem yaitu sistem OTEC terbuka dan OTEC tertutup. OTEChibrida akan lebih efisien karena efisiensi lebih tinggi karnamemanfaatkan panas lebih maksimal
