Abstract

Kata Kunci: Eosinofil, hipersensitivitas tipe 1, IgE total Abstract Type 1 hypersensitivity is a complex immune reaction typically characterized by elevated levels of Immunoglobulin E (IgE) and eosinophil activation; however, existing literature presents inconsistent findings regarding the linear relationship between these two biological markers. This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between total IgE levels and eosinophil percentage in patients diagnosed with type 1 hypersensitivity to elucidate the underlying immune response patterns. Employing an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach, this study involved 114 patients who met the specific diagnostic criteria at the study site. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test revealed no significant correlation between total IgE levels and eosinophil percentage (p = 0.241). These findings indicate that although both IgE and eosinophils play central roles in allergic pathogenesis, they may represent distinct immune activation pathways or different inflammatory phases, where elevated IgE levels are not necessarily accompanied by peripheral eosinophilia. Consequently, other factors such as individual variability, mast cell activation, or alternative inflammatory mediators should be considered, suggesting that clinical diagnosis requires a comprehensive multiparameter approach rather than reliance on a single biomarker. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Bingo media based on Augmented Reality (AR) in teaching Arabic vocabulary to eighth-grade students at Ruhama Islamic Junior High School. The research was motivated by students’ low mastery of vocabulary due to the dominance of traditional, less interactive teaching methods. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving two groups: an experimental group taught using AR-based Bingo and a control group taught using conventional methods. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests and analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests, the Mann–Whitney U test, and the N-Gain formula to measure learning improvement. The findings revealed a statistically significant difference between the two groups, with the experimental group achieving a higher post-test mean score (85.4) compared to the control group (36.1). The N-Gain average reached 81.57%, categorized as high effectiveness. These results demonstrate that AR-based Bingo is highly effective in enhancing students’ vocabulary acquisition, motivation, and active participation, while also promoting a more engaging and meaningful Arabic learning experience.

Abstract

Islamic orthodoxy in Indonesia has been substantially shaped by the transregional transmission of scholarly texts produced outside the Arab core. This study examines how the works of five Kurdish ulama, namely Ibrāhīm al-Kūrānī, Ja‘far al-Barzanjī, Muḥammad b. Sulaymān al-Kurdī, Muḥammad Amīn al-Kurdī, and Bediuzzaman Said Nursi were transmitted to and appropriated within the Indonesian Muslim context. Employing a historical-anthropological and literature approach, this study traces the intellectual networks connecting these scholars to Jawi students through the Haramayn and Cairo as primary nodes of scholarly exchange. The findings demonstrate that Kurdish scholarly texts were not received passively; rather, they underwent active epistemological negotiation through philological practices including ḥāshiya, sharḥ, and interlinear translation across manuscript, print, and digital periods. This transmission reinforced the Ash‘ari-Shāfi‘ī-Sufi synthesis that defines Indonesian Sunni orthodoxy, while enabling adaptation into local devotional rituals and ethical literacy movements. Theoretically, this study challenges the center-periphery model in global Islamic studies by repositioning the Kurdish scholarly tradition as an autonomous and productive transregional axis in the intellectual formation of Indonesian Islam.
