Abstract

This study discusses the business transactions in the contemporary context. In the transactions, there are pillars and terms that must be done by a seller and buyer. The purpose of the study is to see the pillars and terms of the online transactions that are rampant at this time. This study uses a descriptive-analytic approach that compiles and describes the outcome of the problem. The results of this study is online transactions currently provide convenience in transactions for sale and purchase product for sellers and consumers. With so many models of transactions today, we should be more careful and conscientious in trading contracts without reducing the essence of pillars and the terms of transactions in accordance with Islamic religious law.

Abstract

This research   aims to know   how is parents education includes educational level and motivation to learn civics students in SD Islam Al-Khairiyah Cilegon. Sampling was conducted using random sampling (a random number). The sample of   research was 25 students (10% of the population). The conclusion is the education level of the parents in SD Islam Al-Khairiyah Cilegon belonging to the education level is still low. It can be seen from the calculation of the questionnaire that was answered by the students that most of the recent education graduates majority of their parents SD / MI alone. Civics students learning motivation level in SD Islam Al-Khairiyah Cilegon have very high motivation terutapa on citizenship education lessons.

Abstract

Translation is an attempt to divert the meaning of the text (discourse) of the source language (lughah al-ashl) into the target language (al-lughah al-mustahdafah) or transfer the language of origin (source language, al-lughah al-mutarjam minha) into the target language (target language, al-lughah al-mutarjam ilaiha). The meaning of language is always associated with lafaz (Tenses), structure (Takrib), and context (Siyaq) circumstances. Meaning of words of a language can not be separated from the root word, appointment, and the context of its use. Therefore in 'ilm al-dilalah found at least nine theory of meaning, namely: Al-Nazariyah Al-Isyariyah, Al-Nazariyyah Al-Tashawwuriyyah, Al-Nazhariyyah Al-Sulukiyyah, Al-nazhariyyah al-siyaqiyyah, Al-nazhariyyah al -tahliliyyah, Al-nazhariyyah al-taulidiyyah, Al-nazhariyyah al-wadh'iyyah al-munthiqiyyah fi al-meaning, Al-nazhariyyah moore-Quine, in the process of translation, a translator needs to pay attention to some basic elements in translating both language elements and non-language. The aim of  Research is to compare the  result of two different data translatios from  google translate and al ashiry Arabic dictionary. The results showed that 40% of google translation results are not as they should be according to the Urn dalalah theory.

Abstract

This article is the result of observations made by the author on the Webinar participants by distributing Google forms to them with the restrictions on the Covid 19 period, namely from the beginning of Covid 19 until the webinar was held on 18th. July 2020. The total of 1.401 participants signed up, 767 of who attended via zoom meeting and youtube. The participants came from various universities in Indonesia. There are 390 students (51,05%), 178 lecturers (23,30%), 189 teachers (24,74%), and 7 students (0,92%). As a result, it was noted that 42.1% of the lecturers conducted Online Learning between 6-10 meetings and 37.7% of students attended Online Learning for more than 11 meetings. In terms of implementing Online Learning, the majority of them answered that they preferred normal learning than Online Learning as evidenced by the results of their answers, namely lecturers 85.4%, students 93.1%, teachers 89.9%, while students 100% answered the same.

Abstract

Based on the readings and content analysis (tahlîl al-muhtawa) of Ibn Jinni’s book, al-khashâish and the other works related to linguistic thought, it was found that the notion of linguistic Ibn Jinni about the utterances and meaning are in the area of macro-linguistics that can not be separated from the study of phonology, morphology , syntax, and semantic. In addition, it cannot be separated from one another, utterances and meaning in Arabic, according to Ibn Jinni, it is used and developed as a medium of communication, both spoken and written. Therefore, word and meaning must be understood in the process, the events and the context of linguistic and socio-cultural context as a whole. Word and meaning of the object of study is the linguistic multiperspective, thus giving birth to the various fields of linguistic science. Linguistic thought about the word and meaning is important not only serve as a theoretical basis for understanding the text in Arabic, but also significantly to the development of learning 'ilm al-dalâlah (semantics) to the Arabic leaner or scholar.DOI: 10.15408/a.v2i2.2133

Abstract

This research aims to unravel Chomsky’s statment that generative transformation theory can be implemented in languages including Arabic. The main conclusions of this thesis was that generative transformation theory was carried out by Chomsky can be implemented into Alquran in all patterns. In Arabic grammar, however, especially in Alquran, these patterns were very diverse and varied. For example, there is a change in harakat, caused by the difference in position i'râb, al-ziyâdah which has lots of pattern or way, so did the placement pattern (al-ihlâl) and pattern i'âdat al-tartîb particularly at taqdîm wa ta'khîr and hadhf. However, the accuracy of Alquran sellection and the process of arrangement were truly remarkable, not only because of its i'jâz, but this is reflected in the results of the study and the findings of the theory of generative transformation implemented in Arabic Alquran.

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the professional competence of Arabic language teachers of MAN Jakarta,  in the aspects of the content of Arabic Skills, as well as their professional competence according to the Principal of MAN,  colleagues and the assessment of students.  Data collection techniques used were: questionnaire,  interview,  observation,  analysis of content/documents,  test,  and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results showed that the professional competence of the teachers on the mastery of the material were on the category of "less".  This was supported by the average score of the test results of their Arabic language i. e.,  52. 23.  While professional competence based on assessment of Principal was "good/high" with the average score of 4. 6,  the perspective of colleagues was "good/high” (average score 4).  Based on students’ perspective, the professional competency of the Arabic language teacher at MAN Jakarta was "excellent/very high" with the average score of 90.

Abstract

Language is essentially the sound, which is in the form of waves of air coming out of the lungs through sound pipes and across speech organs or sound devices. Arabic, as one of the Semitic languages, has special features in sound aspects that no other language has. Arabic is a language that has unique characteristics and is different from other languages in the world. The characteristics and uniqueness of the Arabic language between them is the language of derivation (ishtiqâq), rich in sound, language that is rich in form (ṣîghah), language of taṣrîf, i’râb, a language rich in expressions, various kinds of sentence techniques, languages that are rich in syntax (naḥw) and others.
