Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to determine the effect simultaneously leadership on human resource development in the scope of the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council of North Mamuju regency; (2) to determine the effect of partially leadership to the development of human resources in the scope of the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council of North Mamuju regency. Leadership theory developed using olehHersey and Blanchard in Gibson et al. (2010: 34), while the development of human resources using the theory of Armstrong (2006: 535). This type of research is quantitative descriptive and verification approach. This study population pegawaidi scope of the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council of North Mamuju regency numbering 70 people and drawn using census to 69 respondents because the leadership is not included in the sample. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) the influence of the simultaneous leadership on human resource development in the scope of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives District North Mamuju determined by saying (telling), sell (selling), participate (participating), and delegates (delegating), with much influence 62 , 1% and a degree of association "strong"; (2) The partial effect of leadership on human resource development in the scope of the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council of North Mamuju regency is determined by the dimensions of said (telling) a significant effect on the development of human resources; dimensions selling (selling) a significant effect on the development of human resources; dimensional participate (participating) significantly affects the development of human resources; and dimensions delegate (delegating) significantly affects the development of human resources

Abstract

Adanya pandemi covid-19 mengharuskan lembaga pendidikan melakukan pembelajaran secara daring sehingga pergerakan anak menjadi terbatas yang berdampak negatif pada kemampuan motorik kasar anak. Salah satu cara untuk menstimulasi kemampuan motorik kasar anak yakni menggunakan permainan tradisional mattewa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan permainan tradisional mattewa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Galung Lombok Kecamatan Tinambung Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berupa sampel jenuh yang diambil dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi berjumlah 10 anak dengan usia 5-6 tahun yang berlokasi di Desa Galung Lombok Kecamatan Tinambung Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi kemampuan motorik kasar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata kemampuan motorik kasar antara sebelum diberikan perlakuan (sebesar 16,9) dengan setelah diberikan perlakuan (sebesar 41,2) permainan tradisional mattewa. Jumlah peningkatannya sebesar 24,3. Hal ini berarti penerapan permainan tradisional mattewa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia 5-6 tahun selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Galung Lombok Kecamatan Tinambung Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Berbas Pantai–Tanjung Laut Indah di Kota Bontang sebagai intervensi sosial yang bertujuan mengurangi ketimpangan spasial, meningkatkan aksesibilitas wilayah pesisir, dan memperkuat keadilan sosial dalam pembangunan kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method dengan wawancara, survei, FGD, dan studi kepustakaan untuk menganalisis persepsi dan respons masyarakat terhadap pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Berbas Pantai–Tanjung Laut Indah secara komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Berbas Pantai–Tanjung Laut Indah di Kota Bontang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana peningkatan konektivitas fisik, tetapi juga merupakan bentuk intervensi sosial yang berkontribusi dalam mengurangi ketimpangan spasial, memperkuat kohesi sosial, dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas masyarakat pesisir. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat secara umum memiliki persepsi positif terhadap proyek ini, meskipun masih terdapat kesenjangan pemahaman mengenai tujuan dan manfaatnya secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan pembangunan sangat ditentukan oleh pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, serta integrasi dimensi sosial dan ekologis agar proyek ini benar-benar mewujudkan keadilan sosial dan pembangunan yang inklusif serta berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Berbas Pantai–Tanjung Laut Indah di Kota Bontang harus dipandang sebagai upaya strategis yang menyatukan dimensi fisik, sosial, dan ekologis untuk mewujudkan pembangunan kota yang lebih adil, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the construction of the Coastal-Tanjung Laut Indah Ring Road in Bontang City as a social intervention aimed at reducing spatial inequality, increasing coastal area accessibility, and strengthening social justice in urban development. This study uses a mix method approach with interviews, surveys, FGDs, and literature studies to analyze community perceptions and responses to the construction of the Coastal-Tanjung Laut Indah Ring Road in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. This study found that the construction of the Coastal-Tanjung Laut Indah Ring Road in Bontang City not only functions as a means of increasing physical connectivity, but is also a form of social intervention that contributes to reducing spatial inequality, strengthening social cohesion, and increasing accessibility for coastal communities. The findings show that the community generally has a positive perception of this project, although there is still a gap in understanding its overall goals and benefits. Therefore, the success of development is largely determined by a participatory, educational approach, and the integration of social and ecological dimensions so that this project truly realizes social justice and inclusive and sustainable development. Thus, the construction of the Coastal-Tanjung Laut Indah Ring Road in Bontang City must be seen as a strategic effort that unites physical, social and ecological dimensions to realize more just, inclusive and sustainable city development

Abstract

Many types of bananas are grown in Indonesia, indicating that it is one of the banana producing countries. Banana leaves are processed to make them stronger and more easily absorbed, so they are suitable as a composite mixture. Making banana stems as an alternative reinforcement for composite materials. Use ecologically safe substances and replace synthetic compounds. The aim of this research is to investigate the tensile strength and flexural strength of banana stem material as a composite fiber alloy in ship component materials in accordance with the review of the Indonesian Classification Bureau (BKI). The method used is experimental testing with a UTM machine according to ASTM D638-03 standards and ASTM D-790 standards. The results of the test experiments show that the tensile strength and flexural strength of banana stems as a composite and natural material are not yet suitable for use as boat component materials under water (hull skin construction), according to BKI's review, but can be used as an alternative composite material for boat component materials above the water line.

Abstract

Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara memiliki potensi sumber daya alam melimpah, namun menghadapi kelangkaan solar bagi nelayan. Berdasarkan survei, nelayan memerlukan solusi energi alternatif yang terjangkau, sementara limbah minyak jelantah memiliki potensi sebagai bahan baku biodiesel. Pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi biodiesel menawarkan solusi berkelanjutan, mengurangi ketergantungan pada bahan bakar fosil, dan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pelatihan produksi biodiesel. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara bertujuan mengatasi kelangkaan solar yang menjadi tantangan bagi Kelompok Perikanan Nenang Berlayar, melalui pelatihan pembuatan biodiesel B50% dari minyak jelantah. Metode kegiatan mencakup pelatihan langsung di workshop perbaikan kapal dengan partisipasi 10 anggota kelompok. Pelatihan meliputi penyaringan minyak jelantah, pencampuran katalis, dan pemisahan biodiesel dari gliserol. Selain itu, sosialisasi pemasaran diajarkan melalui pemanfaatan blog dan marketplace Facebook untuk promosi, serta peresmian Bank Minyak Jelantah yang memungkinkan masyarakat menukar minyak jelantah dengan harga Rp3.000 per liter. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memproduksi biodiesel secara mandiri, memahami strategi pemasaran, dan mengelola limbah secara berkelanjutan. Program ini juga membuka peluang ekonomi baru, mengurangi ketergantungan pada bahan bakar fosil, dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kemandirian energi masyarakat dan membuka jalan menuju pengelolaan energi yang lebih berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mewujudkan kemandirian energi lokal, memperkuat ekonomi kelompok, dan mendorong implementasi energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan di masa depan.

Abstract

Beaches often experience erosion or abrasion problems caused by various factors, such as climate change which triggers rising sea levels, high waves, human activities such as beach reclamation, and infrastructure construction that is not environmentally friendly, triggering erosion on the coast. In the coastal area of the city that supports IKN, which is located in the Balikpapan area, Manggar Beach, also experiences abrasion which causes land to narrow in that area. The abrasion that occurs erodes the coastal area around 7-8 meters every year. To produce environmentally friendly infrastructure, this research carried out the addition of coconut fiber waste components to tetrapod concrete used for breakwater construction. In this research, variations in the addition of coir used were 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%. The aim was to find out how much influence the addition of coconut coir waste to the concrete mixture had on the compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of the concrete in tetrapods. and produce concrete that uses coconut fiber waste as an alternative material for tetrapod concrete as breakwater armor. Based on the analysis results, the quality of the concrete was 23 Mpa. This value was determined based on wave generation analysis. In addition, it is known that variations in coconut fiber affect the slump, compressive strength, flexural and split tensile test values of concrete. Based on the slump test results, it was found that the greater the variation of coconut fiber in the concrete, the lower the resulting slump test value. In testing the compressive, flexural and split tensile strength, it was found that the optimal composition for adding coconut fiber was 3%, in this composition the amount of coconut fiber fiber was able to improve the mechanical properties of tetrapod concrete compared to other compositions.

Abstract

Dalam perancangan arsitektural, kertas masih menjadi media utama untuk visualisasi desain, terutama melalui gambar teknis dan presentasi proyek. Namun, penggunaan kertas secara berlebihan berdampak negatif pada lingkungan akibat penebangan hutan dan limbah kertas, yang bertentangan dengan upaya global menuju keberlanjutan di sektor konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai media visualisasi yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Metodologi penelitian yang di impelementasikan menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan eksperimen, pengabungan dua pendekatan ini akan menghasilkan hasil yang lebih maksimal. Hasil analisis dan eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AR tidak hanya efektif dalam mengurangi limbah kertas, tetapi juga meningkatkan efisiensi proses desain dan komunikasi. Teknologi AR memungkinkan pengguna menelusuri desain bangunan dengan lebih rinci, mengidentifikasi potensi masalah lebih awal, dan melakukan penyesuaian desain secara cepat. Di samping dampak positif terhadap lingkungan, penggunaan AR juga mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dan kolaborasi antar-stakeholder melalui pengalaman visual yang realistis dan interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendorong penerapan teknologi yang mendukung keberlanjutan dalam industri konstruksi, serta pelaku industri untuk mengadopsi metode visualisasi modern yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Berbasis Video Animasi Materi Tata Cara Salat Fardhu Kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Sereang Kecamatan Maritengngae Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk1) Mengetahui Validitas pengembangan bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis video animasi materi tata cara salat fardhu kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Sereang.2) Mengetahui uji Praktikalitas siswa terhadap bahan ajar berbasis video animasi materi tata cara salat fardhu kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Sereang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D). sedangkan model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ADDIE yang terdiri lima tahap. Adapun tahapan pada model ADDIE yaitu Analiyze, design,development,implementation, and evaluation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:1) Hasil Uji Validitas oleh ahli media memperoleh nilai 79% sementara hasil uji validitas oleh ahli materi memperoleh hasil 95%.2) Uji Praktikalitas siswa terhadap bahan ajar berbasis video animasi yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti memperoleh nilai 92%. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil uji validitas tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis video animasi materi tata cara salat fardhu kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Sereang sangat layak digunakan.

Abstract

Waste carbide that is not utilized as well as other pozzolanic materials can be utilized in the contruction sector. Silicfume is part of the mineral admixture in the form of fine pozzolanic material, where the composition of silice is more.. waste carbide which is substituted for sand in the amount of 5% by weight of sand and silicafume which is substituted for cement in the amount of 10%, 20%, and 30% of the weight of cement. The test object used a concrete cylinder with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The tests carried out were the compressive strength and split tensile strength of the concrete at the age of 28 days. From the results of testing the compressive strength and split tensile strength in normal concrete have 25.89 Mpa and 2.34 Mpa, then the variation of 5% carbide waste is only 26.04 Mpa and 2.87 Mpa, the variation of silicafume 10% is only 26.62 Mpa and 3.05 Mpa, and variations of silicafume 10%, 20% and 30% containing 5% carbide waste had a compressive strength of 26.72 Mpa, 23.78 Mpa, and 19.72 Mpa, as well as the split tensile strength of the concrete. respectively 3.05 Mpa, 2.97 Mpa, and 2.77 Mpa respectively. The relationship between compressive strength and split tensile strength of silicafume concrete and waste carbide is obtained from the equation R2 = 1 where Y = 0,99971x0,34 MPa

Abstract

Concrete is frequently used as the primary component of building construction. Given its role as a former, concrete plays a significant role in the construction industry. To make pozzolanic concrete more useful as a mineral ingredient for concrete, coal briquette charcoal ash, and sugar solution are added to the mixture. The aim of this study was to determine the impact on concrete's compressive strength and flexural strength by adding 0.10%, 0.20%, and 0.30% sugar solution containing 5% charcoal briquettes. There were 39 specimen samples, including 16 samples of variance concrete and 23 samples of regular concrete. Concrete on the test object is treated by immersing it for 28 days. When the specimen was 28 days old, the concrete's compressive and flexural strengths were evaluated. According to the test's findings, variation concrete has greater compressive and flexural strengths than regular concrete. The compressive strength and flexural strength of the concrete mixture increase with the amount of sugar solution added
