Abstract

This study examines the Innovation-Based Entrepreneurship (IBE) model to identify the factors that drive sustainable business growth among young entrepreneurs. Recognizing that innovation and entrepreneurial orientation are vital in navigating dynamic markets, this research analyzes how these elements contribute to long-term business growth and sustainability. Data were gathered from a sample of 200 young entrepreneurs across different sectors, and analysis was conducted using SPSS to evaluate relationships among innovation capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation, and support systems, such as mentorship and financial access. Findings indicate that innovation capabilities and a strong entrepreneurial orientation significantly impact sustainable business growth, and the availability of external support further strengthens this relationship. These results provide a foundation for enhancing entrepreneurship development strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and employee engagement within Indonesian corporations, focusing on how CSR activities in areas such as environmental sustainability, community support, and employee well-being influence employee commitment and organizational loyalty. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 400 employees from various sectors across Indonesia and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the strength and significance of relationships between CSR dimensions and employee engagement. Results indicate that CSR initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being and workplace conditions have the strongest positive impact on employee engagement, followed by community-focused activities. The findings suggest that CSR serves as a strategic tool to enhance organizational commitment by fostering a supportive and ethical work environment. This study offers practical implications for corporations aiming to boost employee engagement through socially responsible practices, particularly in emerging markets like Indonesia.

Abstract

This study evaluates how digital transaction administration enhances efficiency and sales at PT Lion Super Indo. By replacing manual methods with integrated Point of Sale systems and digital payments, the company successfully reduced "administrative friction." Key findings reveal that digitalization slashes inventory audit time by 66.67% and improves order fulfillment speed by 50%. These tools, including QRIS and e-wallets, streamline the checkout process, directly boosting customer satisfaction and transaction volumes. Despite challenges like high initial costs and the need for staff training, the transition provides a vital competitive edge. Ultimately, automating backend tasks allows PT Lion Super Indo to transform its administrative functions into a strategic advantage, fostering long-term consumer loyalty in a rapidly digitalizing retail market.
