Abstract

This study investigates the connection between Customer Perception of Quality (CPQ) and Repeat Purchase Intentions (RPI) within the fiercely competitive Food and Beverage (F&B) sector, specifically focusing on Warmindo Konco Lawas. The continuous expansion of dining establishments necessitates powerful strategies for maintaining customer bases. CPQ, encompassing food standards, service delivery, and the dining atmosphere, is hypothesized to be a key predictor driving recurring sales. The research aims to analyze how the quality perceived by patrons of Warmindo Konco Lawas directly and indirectly influences their willingness to return and consume again. The outcomes are anticipated to offer practical guidance to F&B entrepreneurs on optimizing quality management aspects crucial for securing long-term customer loyalty and sustained business viability.
