Abstract

The advancement of computerized-based information technology which is able to play an important role as a tool in archiving documents such as incoming and outgoing mail, data processing, and can help solve small problems to very complex problems or even in decision support. At the Puruk Cahu City Health Office, the archiving of incoming and outgoing letters is still manual with notes in the agenda book which makes it difficult to search for letter files. This aims to create a system for collecting incoming and outgoing mail to make it easier for mail archiving and mail search. The research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the integrated design of the archiving information system at the Puruk Cahu City Health Service Office, it will be able to help the performance of the Puruk Cahu City Health Office employees.

Abstract

Computer Vision is a field that studies methods for capturing numerical or symbolic information. Some of the computer vision processes are image capture, image enhancement, segmentation, feature extraction, and clarification. AI-based Computer Vision technology allows the public to carry out more optimal surveillance to deal with Covid-19. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many people have adopted new normal habits by implementing health protocols. But not a few of our people do not understand the importance of implementing health protocols. Where after this year's Eid homecoming, not a few of our people have made trips to their hometown villages. In this case, there is already a prohibition from the Government not to make the Eid homecoming trip. These communities can be at risk of transmitting the Covid-19 virus to their families in their hometowns. This study describes how Computer Vision works in helping the community to monitor travelers from the city to minimize the spread of Covid-19. The paper wa presented using the literature review method. From the description result using the literature review, it has result that computer vision technology has enormous potential in spreading countermeasures Covid-19.

Abstract

This study describes how the Covid-19 impact mapping design in the Special Region of Yogyakarta uses the Geographical Information System. The spread of Covid-19, which is getting more massive and is increasing again in D.I Yogyakarta, requires evaluation of implementing government policies. Making it easier for the public to understand the presentation of data and the distribution of Civil-19 in each region in D.I Yogyakarta is important to be updated again because, with clarity and easy access, the public can easily find out the data on the significant distribution of Covid-19 and is supported by valid data. This encourages us to research by utilizing the Geographical Information System to carry out mapping in DI Yogyakarta by presenting it via the website and also an application that is always updated with the latest information related to Covid-19 distribution data in Yogyakarta. From the results of our discussion, it is clear that the presentation of geographic data from D.I Yogyakrta and mapping the areas affected by Covid-19 using GIS will be more profitable because the presentation of the data will be easier to understand by the public, and more updated in real time.

Abstract

Kanker payudara merupakan kanker yang paling sering ditemukan dan sebagai penyebab kematian utama kedua akibat kanker bagi perempuan. Deteksi dini kanker payudara salah satunya dengan SADARI (Periksa Payudara Sendiri). Peran kader kesehatan sangat dibutuhkan sebagai perpanjangan tangan puskesmas dalam memberikan edukasi kepada perempuan diwilayahnya. Terdapat tiga problem utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra terkait program Deteksi dini kanker payudara, yaitu: (1) Rendahnya keterampilan para kader kesehatan dalam kelompok KEKEP IBU terkait deteksi dini kanker payudara dengan SADARI; (2) Tidak adanya media berbasis aplikasi untuk melakukan pemeriksaan SADARI serta catatan dan pelaporannya (3) Tidak adanya data cakupan deteksi dini kanker payudara dengan metode SADARI. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan antara lain: (1) Pelatihan deteksi dini kanker payudara dengan metode SADARI dengan alat peraga bagi kader kesehatan; (2) Pembuatan aplikasi skreening faktor resiko dan deteksi dini kanker payudara; (3) Skreening faktor resiko dan deteksi dini kanker payudara pada wanita usia subur berbasis aplikasi. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan teori Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). Metode ini digunakan sebagai pendekatan proses belajar dan berinteraksi dengan komunitas atau masyarakat. Tahap pertama Assesment, yaitu pendataan cakupan dan keterampilan kader kesehatan tentang SADARI serta kebutuhan pelaporan cakupan deteksi dini kanker payudara bersama mitra. Tahap kedua Planning and development yaitu berupa perencanaan dan persiapan. Tahap ketiga Implementation yaitu pelaksanaan kegiatan. Tahap empat adalah Evaluation, yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa berupa meningkatnya keterampilan kader kesehatan dalam melakukan SADARI dengan alat peraga, terdapat aplikasi skreening faktro resiko dan deteksi dini kanker payudara dan meningkatnya cakupan skrening kanker payudara.

Abstract

Balita membutuhkan asupan gizi yang baik, oleh karena itu pemilihan menu makanan yang bergizi sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada balita. Kebutuhan energi pada balita yang dianjurkan untuk memenuhi Angka Kecukupan Gizi. Untuk membantu orang tua dalam menentukan kebutuhan energi pada balita dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan menu makanan yang bergizi untuk balita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan penentuan menu makanan balita dengan menerapkan perhitungan  Metode Weight Product untuk menghasilkan keputusan terbaik. Hasil perhitungan berdasarkan Metode Weight Product diperoleh nilai terbesar yaitu 0,078 pada paket menu J, dengan kriteria yang digunakan yaitu 5 kriteria dan 15 paket menu. Sehingga paket menu J mendapatkan peringkat 1 dan merupakan paket menu terbaik yang diputuskan oleh sistem.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era industri 4.0 telah berkembang pesat, salah satunya Sistem Informasi Sekolah pada MTsN 8 Bantul. Sistem ini dibuat untuk memudahkan dalam mengolah data di sekolah. Sistem ini masih belum diluncurkan karena belum melalui proses pencarian celah keamanan jaringan. Tujuan dari pencarian celah keamanan ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanan jaringan untuk menghindari adanya tindakan yang tidak diinginkan seperti pencurian data, penyalahgunaan hak akses, dan sebagainya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ISSAF. ISSAF digunakan untuk mengkategorikan penilaian keamanan sistem informasi. Penetration Test juga digunakan untuk pengujian keamanan dengan menggunakan tool yang sudah ditentukan yaitu Kali Linux, Nmap, dan WireShark. Hasil dari penetrasi menggunakan 3 tool menunjukkan bahwa tool Kali Linux tidak mengeluarkan hasil yang diharapkan, WireShark tidak support untuk capturing pada Localhost, dan Nmap yang menampilkan 11 data pada setiap percobaan sebanyak 10 kali. Hasil dari penetrasi pada Nmap dihitung langsung menggunakan Algoritma Naive Bayes yang menghasilkan nilai akurasi 72,72% dan telah memenuhi Threshold Limit Value sebesar 70%. Hasil akurasi ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Sekolah MTsN 8 Bantul aman dari celah keamanan.

Abstract

Documentation is a means of conveying information about software. A computer program cannot be considered software without documentation of the software. The compiled documentation can provide many benefits for developers. Proper documentation can shorten the time required to design, create, test, and utilize the software. Designing the back-office web for this mobile telemedicine application requires a formal and structured system design process and meets standards regarding software design. This can be achieved by compiling system documentation as a first step in the ongoing system development. Based on these problems, system documentation is needed in the backoffice web design process for mobile telemedicine applications from the beginning to the end of the design process. The research method used in this research will focus on preparing documentation for designing the back-office web system for mobile telemedicine applications. The application development model used is the waterfall model. The stages of preparing this system documentation are explaining the project background, user persona, user flow, wireframe, prototype, testing, and developing design. The testing process uses the black box testing method. The document preparation process adapts to the project being undertaken. This research results in system documentation, which the developer can later use on duty for further development purposes.

Abstract

Back Office applications have a vital role in a product, including in the context of administration. This application will be used by operators or admins whom the company has trusted to monitor and generate reports on the performance of a product or service. It should be emphasized that the Back Office application does not operate independently but has a function to monitor particular objects. This study aims to design and implement a Telemedicine-based Back Office information system application in the context of education. His background is in developing Telemedicine and the importance of efficient management in health administration. Through the type 1 prototype method approach, this research identifies user needs, builds prototypes, evaluates, and uses the system. This Back Office application is integrated with the main web-based application, enabling operators/company admins to monitor and report the performance of related products/services. The result is a system that can increase the effectiveness of education administration through information technology. This study underscores the importance of efficient Back Office management in supporting Telemedicine. Thus, this application can positively impact the delivery of education and health services through the Telemedicine approach.

Abstract

The Nutritional Status of Toddlers in 2022 at Puskesmas (primary health center) Kasihan 1 revealed 79 cases of short toddlers (2.9%). Although this number decreased from the previous year which reached 4.6%, in absolute terms the incidence of stunting is still quite high. The handling of stunting has so far been carried out by all stakeholders, namely from the BKKN, the Head of Service to the village level. Meanwhile, the role of Puskesmas is in the form of assistance and direct intervention in cases of stunting. However, the combination of all stakeholders makes it difficult to find a comprehensive program for stunting prevention. KEKEP Ibu (Mothers Support Group Class) Motivator can be an extension of Puskesmas by providing direct CIE (Communication, Information, and Education) to the community. Two main problems are found, namely: Health service programs and Information Technology Approaches. The priority problems encountered are (1) Health services and the lack of nutritional program aids at puskesmas; (2) There are KEKEP Ibu motivators who do not have skills in comprehensive stunting prevention; (3) There is no digital-based media as a tool for providing CIE. This Community Service Activity aims to help empower KEKEP Ibu Motivators in a comprehensive stunting prevention effort by procuring an assistive tool in the form of a KEKEP Ibu digital motivator handbook and service model with participatory learning and action. The first stage of the assessment was to collect knowledge of KEKEP Ibu Motivator about stunting prevention. Stage two was planning and development planning and preparation for the implementation of the empowerment program and making IEC tools in the form of digital handbooks. Stage three was implementing a mini-workshop in introducing a stunting prevention program, training on making complementary food menus, and CIE simulation. Stage four was the evaluation of re-collecting the knowledge of KEKEP Ibu motivator about stunting prevention. The results of this activity showed that the level of knowledge of KEKEP Ibu motivators in the low category decreased from the previous 43 people (84.3%) to 10 people (19.6%) while the knowledge in the high category increased by more than 100%, originally 8 people (15 .6%) to 41 people (80.4%).

Abstract

Education is the most important thing to educate the nation's life, but there are still many students who fail because of constrained tuition fees, in order to overcome this, the University of 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta provides internal scholarship assistance to students in the form of Student Study Assistance (BSM) scholarships and Scholarship Improvement Scholarships (PPS). Many students apply for scholarships each year. The criteria for submitting scholarships tend to be similar every year, resulting in data being used to assess repetitions or having similarities between old data and new data. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is a system that aims to solve a new case by adapting solutions found in previous similar cases. To simplify the process of determining the type of scholarship obtained by students, Case Based Reasoning is used. Similarity calculation for the case of determining the type of PPS and BSM scholarship using Euclidean Distance Similarity. The results of the K05 case similarity calculation are similar to the K02 case, the similarity value obtained is 0.86727, so the K05 case will get a PPS scholarship
