Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, penempatan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Medan. Dengan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan asosiatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 52 dengan sampel sebanyak 52 pegawai, dimana pengmabilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diproses dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Lalu melakukan uji kualitas data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dengan menggunakan, Corrected Item Total dan uji realibilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Untuk uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti menggunakan uji t, dan uji F serta melakukan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.  Dan secara simultan kompetensi, penempatan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between work environment, work discipline and the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of public figures on purchasing decisions, to find out and analyze brand image on purchasing decisions, to find out and analyze brand equity on purchasing decisions and to find out public figure, brand image and brand equity towards jointly against the decision to purchase Yamaha motorbikes in Medan. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all consumers who used Yamaha NMAX motorbikes in West Medan District, while the sample was determined by nonprobability sampling so that the number of respondents was 80 people using incidental sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t Test and F Test, and Determination Coefficient. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 21 software program. The results of this study indicate that Public Figur has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Yamaha NMAX Motorcycles Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Yamaha NMAX Motorcycles. Brand Equity has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Yamaha NMAX Motorcycles

Abstract

Human resources in an organization are an indistinguishable unit, since they play a part in fostering the capability of representatives to support the organization. The possibilities of workers will decide the accomplishment of the execution of exercises inside the organization. Given the significance of Human resources, each organization endeavors to engage the capability of representatives to accomplish most extreme execution. To accomplish greatest execution, the organization should have the option to make conditions that can urge and empower representatives to create and work on their capacities and abilities ideally. To accomplish this objective, organizations need to focus on correspondence and work discipline. The consequences of this review show that the factors of Correspondence (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together have a positive and critical impact on Worker Execution (Y). This study means to decide if there is an impact of the workplace, management, and inspiration on worker execution at the HR Advancement Organization of North Sumatra Area. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Beban kerja dan work life balance pada kinerja karyawan wanita selama pandemi covid 19 di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Witel Medan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan wanita di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Witel Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Liner Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 25.00. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan dampak Beban kerja dan work life balance berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan wanita selama pandemic covid 19 di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Witel Medan.Kata kunci : Beban kerja, Work Life Balance dan Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank SUMUT Kantor Pusat Medan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank SUMUT Kantor Pusat Medan yaitu 78 karyawan. Metode pengambilan data dengan menggunakan angkat (kuesioner) yang dibagikan kepada karyawan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh secara parsial pada variabel pelatihan terhadap kinerja dan variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan variabel Pelatihan dan Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank SUMUT Kantor Pusat Medan. Disarankan kepada pihak pimpinan untuk lebih memperbaiki pelatihan, dan mempertahankan hasil dari pengalaman kerja karyawannya.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Pengalaman Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to produce a Model Construction of Student Entrepreneurial Intentions Based on Proactive Personality, Self-Efficacy, and Anticipatory Entrepreneurial Cognitions. While the specific objective is to identify the factors that influence Student Entrepreneurial Intentions and generate Model Construction of Student Entrepreneurial Intentions Based on Proactive Personality, Self-Efficacy, and Anticipatory Entrepreneurial Cognitions. The population used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business from several of the best Islamic tertiary institutions in the city of Medan with the criteria that these universities have an Islamic vision and mission, and have a business incubator center or entrepreneurship center. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis with statistics used is Structural Equation Modeling with data processing using LISREL 8.80 software. The results of the study show that the Active Personality variable has a significant positive effect on Self-Efficacy. Active Personality Variable has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions significantly. Self-Efficacy Variable has a significant positive effect on Anticipatory entrepreneurial cognitions. The Self-Efficacy variable has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. The anticipatory entrepreneurial cognitions variable has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui semangat kerja pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik yaitu partial least square structural equation model, adapun yang menjadi hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dalam penelitian tidak terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dalam penelitian tidak terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap semangat kerja, dalam penelitian terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja, dalam penelitian terdapat pengaruh semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dalam penelitian kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan tidak dimediasi oleh semangat kerja, dan dalam penelitian ini disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang  dimediasi oleh semangat kerja pada PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is toTo find out and analyze the effect of work discipline and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirtanadi HM Branch. Yamin Medan. The research approach carried out by the researcher is associative research. The number of samples in this study amounted to 33 respondents. The data collection technique uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire and uses a Likert scale in the selection of assessment responses, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data analysis, the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has caused disruption in all sectors, including the economic sector. One of the economic sectors currently in the spotlight is the declining per capita income, while consumption must continue to run to meet daily life. The study aims to identify the financial behavior of Muhammadiyah people in Medan before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the aspects of consumption, cash flow management, saving, investment, and credit management. In addition, it measures whether there are differences in the financial behavior of Muhammadiyah people in Medan before and after the covid-19 pandemic, so that it can be a reference for what form of financial behavior should be. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is certainly a force majeure situation that can occur anytime and anywhere. Even though there are still many other force majeure events that can occur. It is a quantitative approach, with a statistically correlated parametric test (t test), if the data is not normal, then the Wilcoxon test is carried out. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were significant differences between the financial behavior of Muhammadiyah people in Medan before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
