Abstract

ABSTRACT Bali is famous with many traditional food, one of the famous is babi guling. Local people until foreign tourists have been know about babi guling. Many Babi Guling Warung’s or some restaurant is famous here and have a some unique things every menu, but is not all of the Babi Guling Warung’s used technology for promotion. Technology is become help some babi guling warung’s in Bali to share and promotion with social media, one of the example is Babi Guling Candra in Denpasar. Babi Guling Candra is also used social media to share and promotion their food, for the example: they used a banner, facebook, and also instagram. This research used descriptive-eksplanative method to find there is some “myth” or not in the social media of Babi Guling Candra, because when a some opinion in social media, it means there is some “myth” there. In collecting the data, the authors use the technique of observation, semi-structured interviews, and also some documentation. Based on the research that has been done by using the theory of semiology by Roland Barthes that is consists to know there is some “myth” or not, and the authors can find it some  conclusion if a some babi guling opinion produces by Babi Guling Candra is didn’t have some “myth” for the every picture they already have, because when tha authors ask to informant, they said they can feel the same tasted when they are already to try it, and feel same when they are just see for the media promotion of Babi Guling Candra, and they also said if the tasted is almost same with the picture. Abstract

  This service aims to explore the potential of Karang Tunggal Village through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the active participation of the local community. This study will comprehensively explain how follow-up can be triggered from data analysis in the field and can be heard collaboratively with the Company, the Village Government and of course with the involvement of the community to synergize with each other to build Karang Tunggal Village. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) is one of the qualitative data collection methods that involves a group of people to discuss certain topics, In this service, FGD is expected to provide in-depth insight into the potential of Karang Tunggal Village from the perspective of the local community. (Rejeki et al., 2024). This FGD session lasted approximately 4 hours which was divided into the first 2 hours was the delivery of material by the Head of the Research Team, Mr. Yorgen Kaharapan Nahan., M.Si. The focus was on discussing the main problems that cause a large number of unemployed and explaining the causes of poverty. In addition, it discusses village problems and solutions to problems and explains how to make clear village planning as well as to develop useful villages and how to use finance correctly with openness or transparency. The village government needs to facilitate community participation in formulating programs that suit their real needs. The development of local products and training of MSMEs must be the main focus so that the community can maximize existing resources. The plantation sector as the highest income livelihood also needs to be encouraged to be optimized through modern technology and sustainable agricultural practices.

Abstract

This article discusses technological innovation in public services in the era of industrial technology. In the current context, the Indonesian National Police (Polri) has initiated the ETLE or Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement program as a breakthrough in the framework of electronic road traffic law enforcement. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis. The problem approach used in this study is to use socio-legal research. The findings in the writing explain that E-TLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) created by the Malang City Police Traffic Unit as a technology-based law enforcement model is one form of legal progressiveness to answer the demands of the community in facing current legal problems. In the E-TLE law enforcement system, the public does not need to have direct contact with officers in the field so that vulnerability to corrupt practices can be avoided. In addition, handling legal processes related to traffic violations becomes easier by paying fines directly at the Bank so that the public does not need to come to court at the local District Court.

Abstract

Technological innovation plays an important role in the current digital era, with a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including community empowerment. Technological transformation provides opportunities for society to improve the quality of life, reduce social inequality, and build economic independence. However, the implementation of technological innovation is not without challenges, especially in the context of diversity in access and acceptance in society. Research approaches must include elements of focused data collection, detailed analysis, and critical interpretation of findings related to the dynamics of technological innovation in society. Mixed methods, which combine qualitative and quantitative techniques, are often chosen in order to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the phenomenon under study. Community empowerment is a concept that emphasizes increasing the capacity of individuals and groups in communities to control their own lives. This approach focuses on developing local potential and independence, which can be done through active participation and collaborative efforts between various stakeholders. This research confirms that technological innovation plays a crucial role in empowering society by encouraging economic independence and improving prosperity. During the research, it was discovered that successful implementation of technology depends on accessibility and local adaptation. Even though there are challenges such as limited infrastructure and lack of public understanding, integration between various parties can accelerate technology adoption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini relevan untuk memahami peran Fintech dalam transformasi ekonomi dan dampak regulasi hukum. Dengan kajian yang mendalam, diharapkan hasil penelitian dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pemahaman Fintech di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif normatif deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dalam artikel fintech di Indonesia dari perspektif hukum dan ekonomi yang mendalam. Regulasi fintech di Indonesia sangat penting untuk mengatur perkembangan ekonomi digital. Undang-undang dan regulasi fintech di Indonesia berkaitan erat dengan upaya pemerintah untuk mengawasi dan mengatur perkembangan fintech dalam rangka melindungi konsumen dan menjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan. Berbagai regulasi seperti Peraturan Bank Indonesia dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan telah diterapkan untuk memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan fintech terhadap prinsip tata kelola yang baik, perlindungan konsumen, dan mitigasi risiko terkait layanan keuangan digital. Regulasi yang baik akan melindungi konsumen, mendorong inovasi, dan menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang sehat.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin maju, perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah memberikan dampak yang besar pada masyarakat. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai dampak sosial dari perkembangan AI terhadap pasar kerja dan kesenjangan digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Kesenjangan digital merujuk pada divisi atau kesenjangan antara individu, rumah tangga, perusahaan, atau wilayah geografis dalam hal akses dan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki peran kunci dalam penanganan ancaman disrupsi sosial. Sektor pendidikan perlu mengubah kurikulum agar siswa siap dengan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi AI, dan memberikan akses pada pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan non-teknis.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas secara komprehensif penggunaan teknologi yang dapat membantu masyarakat khususnya di Desa Rantau Asem untuk mengembangkan pemasaran produk lokal rotan. Sebagaimana yang terjadi saat ini, distingsi antara inovasi produk antara inovasi produk dan kualitas sumber daya manusia menjadikan permasalahan utama yang dikaji dalam penulisan ini. Metode pada penulisan ini menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) dan teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Hasil dalam penulisan ini menjelaskan pengembangan inovasi produk dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Desa untuk keberlangsungan kearifan lokal. Selain itu, edukasi mengenai pemasaran berbasis digital (digital marketing) menjadi salah satu fokus penguatan kapasistas masyarakat Desa Rantau Asem agar produk rotannya mampu bersaing mengikuti selera konsumen dan meningkatkan taraf ekonomi masyarakat Desa. Oleh karenanya, peningkatan skill sumber daya manusia dengan tujuan budidaya kearifan lokal yang dikombinasikan dengan penggunaan teknologi menjadi terobosan untuk memberikan banyaknya referensi baru kepada masyarakat Desa Rantau Asem, terutama dikarenakan melimpahnya kearifan lokal yaitu rotan yang secara garis besar pembahasan kasusnya karena belum mempunyai inovasi produk rotan dan cara memasarkannya sesuai dengan perkembangan trend dan kebutuhan dari pasar di masyarakat kota.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era brings major changes to Indonesia. This transformation also presents challenges, especially in terms of regulation, data security, and consumer protection. A deep understanding of the sociological dimensions of law is very important. In this article, the method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. In the research approach, the researcher uses a sociological legal approach. In the context of rapid technological developments and social change, the study of the sociology of law on the need to immediately carry out digital transactions is very relevant. The implementation of digital transactions is not only related to economic aspects, but also includes various important social and legal dimensions. The sociology of law sees that digital transactions represent a significant change in the way society interacts and transacts. This shift creates new opportunities, but also challenges, which require adjustments to legal regulations to remain relevant and responsive to the needs of society. In the context of Society 5.0, rapid changes in digital technology require the legal system to be responsive and flexible, so that it can answer the challenges that arise without hindering technological progress. The implementation of digital transactions towards the Society 5.0 era is not only an option, but a necessity to ensure sustainable economic growth, social inclusion, and effective legal protection. Therefore, collaboration between the government, private sector, and society is essential to create a digital transaction ecosystem that is safe, fair, and beneficial for all. The relationship between legal sociology, digital transactions, and the Society 5.0 era shows the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to understanding the social and legal impacts of digitalization.

Artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana problematika identitas yang rentan terhadap tindakan persekusiyang terjadi padaranah internet teknologi yang dilakukan oleh Aplikasi Pinajaman Online.Masifnya penyalagunaan identitas untuk disebarluaskan sebagai alat utama penagihanketika peminjam mengalami keterlambatanmenjadi tujuan yang tersubstansidalam artikel iniuntuk membedah bagaimana kontruksiserta mekanismedari sebuah rezim yang direpresentasikan oleh Aplikasi Pinjaman Online. Artikel ini menggunakan studi secara komprehensifdengan pendekatan teori masyarakat jaringanmilik Manuel Castells. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah Netnographyyang mana metode ini adalah kajian terhadapinternet untuk memahami ruang cyberyang didalamnya terhadap interaksi manusia dalam ranah internet untuk membentuk sebuah budaya, kebiasaan baru, dan sistem masyarakat sendiri.Pada Artikel ini secara subtansional akan menguraikan sebuah kesenjangan yang menciptakan sebuah alienasi pemikiran bahwa identitas menjadi ancaman baru ketika seseorang meng-uploadpada Rentenirdi era Digital yang akrab disebut Aplikasi Pinjaman Online.
