Abstract

Abstract-Computers are a set of technologies that really help human work. Application is a computer application that is intended to help solve problems in a specific field, this system works by using job knowledge which is the most important thing because it has a direct effect on a person's survival. Data Applications for Job Seekers in the Special Job Exchange, System design is the stage where the author will design the application to be built. This stage is the stage where the author will go through planning flowchart designs, data flow diagrams, input display designs and output display designs. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn, the implementation of the Bengkulu City 1 State Vocational High School Special Job Exchange can run smoothly, the purpose of the Bengkulu City 1 State Vocational High School Special Job Exchange in increasing student competence and helping the distribution of graduates can be successful by Good. By having competencies that are in accordance with the needs of the world of work, graduates of the Bengkulu City 1 State Vocational High School can easily be accepted into the world of work. This is evidenced by the search results for graduates of the Bengkulu City 1 State Vocational High School which shows that graduates of the Bengkulu City 1 State Vocational High School easily and quickly get jobs.

Abstract

Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu is one of the hospitals are in Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study is to provide information on the results of predicting the amount of drug usage, as a benchmark in drug management at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu City. The implementation of Multiple Linear Regression Method in predicting the amount of drug usage at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu City can help provide information on the predicted results of drug usage in the following month and can be used as an evaluation material and illustration for planning drug purchases to be made by Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu. Based on data test from 5 (five) drugs, the results of predicting the amount of drug usage using the Multiple Linear Regression Method have a good level of accuracy from the test results in the Prediction Month of February and Prediction Year in 2024. Whereas, the prediction of drug usage amount is aqua 25ml as much as 630, aminofluid 500/bfluid as much as 8, aqua water irrigation as much as 189, aqua l liter as much as 91, and aqua 250ml as much as 33.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 03 Empat Lawang of South Sumatra is an agency that operates in the field of education, the objective that must be observed SMK Negeri 03 Empat Lawang of South Sumatra is the process of processing student value data, the procedures that occur in processing student value data are still manual or written, the values students and lecturers are collected in a large number of papers and it makes it difficult for teachers, admins to control them, the problems that occur include quite a few test papers, assignments, final semester exams being lost, students also have to wait a long time to find out their grades, therefore in this final assignment discusses the PHP MYSQL-based student grade data information system at SMK Negeri 03 Empat Lawang of South Sumatra. The software development method used is Waterfall, and in the research process the data collection techniques used include interview observation and literature study, this grade data information system designed to simplify the way teachers and admins work in managing student grade data such as per meter report cards, apart from that, students can also view and print their own report cards online.

Abstract

This study aims to create an expert system at Rafflesia Hospital of Bengkulu City, based on a website and using the PHP programming language, in diagnosing bronchitis using the certainty factor method, therefore the results of the diagnosis can be first aid when a user or patient suffers from bronchitis. The research method used is the certainty factor method, namely the certainty factor, thus the user or patient can choose. conditions according to the symptoms experienced from bronchitis. The program created is an expert system for diagnosing bronchitis using a website-based certainty factor method so that it can be accessed on laptops, computers, or mobile phones with the condition that it must be connected to the internet. This program can generate a percentage level of the possibility of how many percent of patients suffer from bronchitis, and this program also produces solutions to bronchitis therefore, it can be first aid when the user or patient suffers from bronchitis. Suggestions from the author are for agencies to be able to maintain and always update this expert system program, so then this system can run and be maintained properly.

Abstract

Hamster juga tidak bebas dari serangan hama dan penyakit seperti hewan lainnya. Perkembangan hamster akan terganggu, menyebabkan penurunan produktivitas jika hamster terinfeksi penyakit. Namun, membawa hamster ke dokter hewan untuk pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah sistem pakar, di mana sistem tersebut berisi pengetahuan dari seorang dokter hewan (pakar), sehingga diagnosis dan pengobatan dapat dilakukan sedini mungkin dan dapat diakses secara online untuk membantu pengguna atau pemilik hamster berkonsultasi secara mandiri. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode Ripple Down Rule dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Sistem pakar yang dihasilkan dapat memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan diagnosis awal penyakit hamster peliharaan secara online.

Abstract

Rekam medis merupakan kumpulan informasi yang mencakup riwayat kesehatan pasien, termasuk diagnosa, pengobatan, dan catatan lainnya. Ketika seorang pasien datang untuk pemeriksaan, staf medis perlu mencari rekam medis pasien yang relevan untuk memberikan perawatan yang tepat dan efisien. Namun, dengan jumlah pasien yang terus meningkat dan jumlah data rekam medis yang besar, pencarian manual menjadi tidak efisien dan memakan waktu. Dalam situasi ini, penerapan algoritma String matching mampu melakukan proses pencarian sebuah string yang terdiri dari pattern terhadap karakter pada teks yang dicari. Salah satu algoritma String matching adalah Knuth-Morris-Pratt. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah exact string matching, karena pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mencocokkan kata dengan tepat yang melibatkan struktur karakter teks. Implementasi system menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySql dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menerangkan bahwasanya Algoritma Knuth-Morris-Pratt berhasil diterapkan pada pencarian data rekam medik dengan pengecekan dari kiri ke kanan sehingga menemukan kecocokan string secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Abstract—E-commerce-based sales information system at Toko Sahabat Motor, to overcome the problems of the conventional sales system used before. This system is designed to provide convenience in managing product data, transactions, and store information in integrated manner, as well as making it easier for customers to obtain information and online purchase car spare parts. The research uses the waterfall method, with steps such as requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing using the black-box testing method. The results showed that the information system built can improve store operational efficiency, provide faster and more accurate services, and support digital marketing strategies. The system is also designed with key features such as product data management, user registration, order processing, and payment options via COD and bank transfer, which are relevant to meet the needs of customers in the target area. Abstract

Making information systems for “Paket C” participants is an urgent need for PKBM in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of non-formal education services. Based on these conditions the researcher tries to design a sales information system that is in accordance with the problems that have been analyzed, to produce an information system design that can help the next programmer create an application program in order to produce higher quality information, the programming language that the researcher plans is to use a web program which is expected to help work in data processing to be more effective and efficient. The analysis carried out is: context diagram, relationship between files, database design, menu and sub menu design, input design, output design, using the waterfall method. PKBM (Community Learning Center) Information System has enormous potential in improving the quality of non-formal education management, especially for Paket program. The implementation of this system can speed up the administrative process, facilitate the management of student data, and provide convenience in making reports that are more accurate and timely, With an integrated system, PKBM can monitor the development of students more efficiently, starting from registration, attendance, test scores, to graduation, To achieve optimal results, the implementation of this information system requires serious attention to several supporting factors, such as adequate infrastructure, training for managers and system users, and readiness to face technological challenges.
