Poverty is a common thing that occurs in every community. Women-headed families are generally in a state of deprivation. Karangrejo village subdistrict. Manyar district. Gresik is a Jiipe National Strategic Project (PNS) area where the majority of the people are housewives whose livelihoods are uncertain, sometimes as fishermen, laborers from fish ponds and often have no income. Empirically, there are ± 50 headed by women who are in a state of deprivation or poverty (poor headed women) whose background is the death of their husband. Insufficient human resources are the main factor in causing poverty among heads of poor families in Karangrejo village, sub-district. Manyar district. Gresik. So that the resilience and economic coping strategies they apply are able to maintain their families. Problems arise when there is a big harvest in several areas in East Java, especially Gresik Regency. Efforts to utilize this fish so that it has a high selling value is by processing the milkfish into a semi-finished product, namely batari (milkfish with thorns removed). The price of thorn-pulled milkfish has a very economical price, in traditional markets the small size can reach IDR 10,000/head with a net weight of 130 – 180 grams, while the large size with a net weight of 330-380 grams can reach IDR 20,000/head. The location for implementing community service is Karangrejo village, a village where the majority of the population are pond farmers, approximately 75% are pond farmers and 25% are factory workers. The aim of implementing this community service activity is first to open business opportunities and employment opportunities. Second, foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the community and third, produce processed thorn-pulled milkfish products. Through coaching in this community service program, it is hoped that mothers affected by the Jiipe national strategy project can utilize all parts of milkfish whose selling price is low into processed products with high economic value. The development of information technology is something that cannot be avoided in the current era. Technological developments have influenced several aspects, such as in education. A software that supports the course of education is a way to improve the quality of education. It is time for schools to develop an effective and efficient information system that handles school administration. PPSD Kedungsantren in payment of tuition still uses the manual system. So that at this time the empowerment of students was carried out through the Kedungsantren Mobile application in financial management at PPSD Kedungsantren. The empowerment of students is carried out for one month using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. The assets owned are human resources who are ready to run the KDS mobile application. The method used is Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny, where the method is a form of ABCD approach stages. The result of this empowerment is the creation of the Kedungsantren Mobile application which aims to make it easier to pay tuition fees

Ramadan is a special month for Muslims around the world, including Indonesia. During the month of Ramadan, Muslims will fast and increase their worship and good deeds. However, the month of Ramadan can also provide opportunities and challenges for the business world. especially for female entrepreneurs so that female entrepreneurs need to understand the cultural and religious context that surrounds the month of Ramadan, while still adapting to the ever-changing dynamics of business. This involves culturally sensitive marketing strategies, adjustments to operating hours, and innovations in offering products or services that suit consumer needs during the fasting month. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach was used, data was obtained using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Furthermore, the data was analyzed through several stages starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then data triangulation was carried out to test the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that women have great potential to achieve their success. Although faced with various challenges and obstacles such as changes in consumption patterns and limited time, women can take advantage of opportunities by implementing smart and innovative strategies. Some strategies that can help women face challenges and maximize business opportunities during the month of Ramadan include: a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences during the month of Ramadan, flexibility in adjusting operating hours and marketing strategies, creativity in developing products and services that are in line with the Ramadan theme.

Socialization is the process by which individuals acquire the culture of their group and internalize norms their social life to some extent, leading individuals to consider the expectations of others. By holding this seminar, there can be interaction between speakers and students at SDN Jatitengah about the dangers of drugs in children at an early age. Therefore, the work program chosen was a seminar on the dangers of drugs in children at an early age at SDN Jatitengah. This is also to prevent drug abuse in early childhood. Implementation methods include material presentations, seminars on the dangers of drugs in early childhood, question and answer sessions for students as an introduction and providing understanding for students regarding the dangers of drugs for young children and the importance of physical health as well as providing education in the form of information about dealers. and drug users. It can be concluded that after this counseling, students understand and know more about the dangers of drugs and the law for users and dealers.

This study in-depth analyzes the marketing strategies implemented by Sunan Drajat Restaurant, a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in an effort to increase revenue in the midst of increasingly fierce business competition. In this digital era, an effective marketing strategy is a determining factor for the success of MSMEs. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which involves data collection through direct observation, in-depth interviews with restaurant owners and customers, and documentation analysis related to marketing activities carried out. The results of the study show that Sunan Drajat Restaurant adopts a variety of innovative marketing strategies. One of the key strategies is the utilization of digital marketing through social media, which allows restaurants to reach a wider audience and build interactions with customers. In addition, the restaurant also establishes strategic cooperation with local business partners, such as raw material providers and delivery services, to expand market reach. Improving the quality of services and products, including menu innovation and improving restaurant facilities, is also a key focus in marketing strategies. The implementation of these strategies has proven to be effective in significantly increasing the number of customers and restaurant revenue. This research provides valuable insights for other MSME players in developing adaptive and innovative marketing strategies, in order to increase competitiveness and ensure the sustainability of their business in a competitive market

The principal's leadership is very important for the sustainability of the school organization, including the business center unit. The school principal is the driving force of the economy to make the school independent in terms of financing. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the principal's leadership role in managing the business center of Sunan Drajat Lamongan Vocational School. The method used is a qualitative research method based on phenomenology. The results of this research are that school principals must have a good entrepreneurial spirit to be able to manage school business units and must have good management to be able to control the school organization, including the business center.

The conditions in the field show that so far the utilization and management of rural resources is mostly done by men, starting from activities in agriculture, animal husbandry, small and medium industries, cooperatives, and other activities that are economic in nature. In fact, in society, women also have the right to use or manage existing resources in the village, although not completely like men. Therefore, it is necessary to have various activities that can be implemented for women in order to improve the family economy by utilizing and managing the surrounding environment. One of the programs that can be implemented by women in an effort to improve the family's economy, especially in the food sector is the Vegetable Plant Utilization (KANGKUNG) program. The purpose of this service is to improve the family's economy through an empowerment program for housewives in processing kale that is practical and minimalist in its manufacture. the method used is the ABCD method. So that the community can take advantage of existing assets in the surrounding environment to improve the family economy. In practice, how to process kangkung plants so that they become snacks and healthy. In its implementation there are several stages, namely analyzing problems, preparing program planning, program implementation and program evaluation. So the result of the mentoring program is that it has a significant impact on the community.
