Abstract

ABSTRACT Reward is needed as a motivation to improve the employee performance. The existence of disciplinary employment problems and the lack of work facilities resulted the non-optimal of a reward application by the BKPSDM Jembrana Regency. The aims of this research is to determine the effect of reward on the employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method with associative approach, to measure the effect of reward on employee performance. The population in this research counted 40 employees, therefore is using a saturated sampling technique. The result of R2 show that 32.5% of employee performances is influenced by reward and 67,5% is explained by other factors. The result of a Simple Linear Regression Analysis obtained tcount > ttable = 4,276 > 2,024 which means that reward variable have a significant effect to employee performance in BKPSDM Jembrana Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of E-Billing Program Effectiveness to Individual Taxpayer Compliance in North Badung Tax Service Office.The purposee of this research is to knowsthe effectiveness of e-billing programs on individual taxpayer coumpliance in North Badung Tax Service Office. This research was include in associative research with quantitative approach and involving with total 100 individual taxpayers of sample that registered in North Badung Tax Service Office. The indicators of this research were tested using validity and reliability test, and hypothesis test using simple linear analysis. The result of R Square in this research is equal to 0.130, it shows that the compliance of individual taxpayers was influenced by the effectiveness of e-billing program by 13%. Abstract

ABSTRACT Badung Regency tourist destination thatalways crowded with tourists, especially in Kuta. Traditional Village of Kuta, or simply Kuta, is most favorite destinations. However, in 2015-2018 there has also been increase the number of theft crime in Kuta so the Australian Embassy issued a Travel Advisory. The purposes of this study are to find out and analyze the role of the Tourism Government Official of Badung Regency and the Government of Kuta in minimizing the criminal acts using the role theory of Henry Mintzberg. The role namely Interpersonal Role, Informational Role, and Decisional Role. The results showed that the Tourism Government Official of Badung Regency did its role but not by optimally, while the Government of Kuta has carried out role optimally in minimizing the crime by installing 100 CCTVs, doing night patrols, the formation of SJBS, as well as the completion of Awig-Awig and Pararem. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mengwi terminal is a type A terminal that began operating on October 23, 2017. This terminal managed by Central Management Land Transportation (BPTD) XII Bali and West Nusa Tenggara Province. Purpose on this research is to get an actual view about obstacles from optimization management public services in Mengwi Terminal. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques such as in-depth interview, observation and documentation. The indicator that used in this research are procedure services, time services,budget services, product services, insfrastructure, officer competency. The result of this study indicate optimization management public services in Mengwi Terminal is still not running optimally. It can be seen from the six indicator that only procedure services and product services running well, while the others such as time services, budget services, infrastructure, officer competency are still not running optimally. Abstract

zABSTRACT Providing electricity power in Indonesia according UU 30 Tahun 2009 Concerning Electricity is run by the BUMN specifically PT. PLN due to the strategic value of electricity power to the Nation and the State. PT. PLN as the BUMN is the sole holder of the right to sell electricity power. This study aims to find out about how the public services carried out by PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribution of Bali UP3 South Bali The unit of analysis of this research is evaluation and service’s quality, namely the PT. PLN ULP Kuta. this study described the evaluation criteria proposed by Dunn in Agustino (2008:187) effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsifeness. and services quality proposed by Levinne (1990) responsiveness, responsibility, accountability. The Informants is determined by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate public services conducted by PT. PLN ULP Kuta still experiencing problems and disruption. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar city is currently trying to protect negilited childern to get the same protection as general children. Therefore, through synergy between Social Service of the Bali Province, Social Service of Denpasar City and Sayangi Bali Foundation are expected to be able to give the best handling for negilited children in the Denpasar City. This research used descriptive qualitiatif method with data collection techniques1 in the form of observation1, interviews1 and documentation1. This research looks how the synergys between Social Service of the Bali Province, Social Service of Denpasar City and Sayangi Bali Foundation in handling negilited childern in Denpasar City by using Najiyati’s synergy indicators consisting of communication and coordination. The result shows that the synergys it’s been going well based on communication and coordination indicators. But there are still a few things need to be improved, so the synergy can run more optimally. Keywords : Synergy, Negilited Childern, Child Protection.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to describe The implementation of PPDB zoning in Bali province especially in SMA N 1 Abiansemal. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive type with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis using policy implementation theory according to Van Meter and Van Horn with indicators of size and objectives of policies, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, disposition of executives, communication between organizations and implementing activities and social and political economic environment.Based on the results of the analysis above, the conclusion of the results of this research is the implementation of PPDB zoning in Bali province, especially in SMA N 1 Abiansemal has succeeded in the efforts to tell the access and quality of education. Abstract

ABSTRACT­ The Regent Regulation No. 24 of 2017 concerning the deduction of land and building tax regulates deduction of the tax on house and agricultural land under certain conditions. This policy has a purpose for prospering the community and protecting the agricultural land in Badung Regency. This study aimed to find out the application of the policies on agricultural land in Mengwi District, Badung regency in order to decrease the agricultural land conversion based on the policy implementation theory by Van Meter and Van Horn. The result of the analysis shows that implementation of the policy has achieved good result on some indicators, such as: resources, relationship between organizations, social, economy, politics conditions, and implementer disposition. However, it’s not achieve the maximum result on standard and target indicators and the characteristics of implementing agent because the objectives of the policy have not been achieved and the lack of field supervision. Abstract

ABSTRACT Ubud Writer & Readers Festival is one of the tourism event that promotes edutourism in order to increase the number of tourist to visit Ubud. Through a collaborative governance system, the expected of the implementation can have an impact to all stakeholders in Ubud. Over all the collaboration faced problems, especially in communication between stakeholders and trust among them is still minimal. The research method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The analysis uses the Collaboration Process indicator by Ansell & Gash and the Collaboration Measure of Success by Deseve. The result shows that the dominance of the foundation is so large that it makes the role of stakeholders in it is invisible. The Ubud Writers & Readers Festival is expected to be run through a collaborative system, but the fact shows that the implementation is carried out self handedly by the foundation. Abstract

ABSTRACTl The House Renovation Program is a public policy implemented in the Canggu Village of Badung Regency, the purpose of which is to provide a decent house for poor people who have a house unfit for habitation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. Indicators used of this study are (1) standards and policy objectives, (2) resources, (3) characteristics of implementing agents, (4) attitude of aimplementers, (5) Communication limplementers, (6) lsocial, economicl environment and politics. Thel results ofl the research from this Program show that the implementation of this program has been carried out well, but not completely. Whereas for resources there are problems in the budget or funds provided, then the attitude of the implementer and the social, economic and political environment there are obstacles in the understanding of the community towards the implementation phase of this program is lacking.
