Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether SMEs have a role to economic growth and how big the role of SMEs to economic growth in Indonesia. Types of data used are time series data i.e SMEs data and Economic growth data from year 2003 until 2018 in Indonesia.Tool of analyze data used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of analysis shows that the influence between of SMEs on economic growth in Indonesia is only 12,5%, it means that Small Micro Entreprises do not have a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia, government to accelerate the development of SMEs in Indonesia in order to contribute to economic growth as in the economic crisis that occurred in 1998 SMEs are able to survive when many large companies are bankrupt. This may be caused by SMEs owners and workers in SMEs do not pay taxes to the government so that not much contribute to the economic growth of the Indonesia. In order for SMEs to contribute to economic growth, must export their products to other countries and support from the government is needed to facilitate SMEs in obtaining capital access from financial institutions.

Abstract

The community service activities in Kaduela Village, which were part of a matching fund program for the year 2023, were executed from July–December 2023 in accordance with the proposed activity plan. The objective of this initiative was to establish a comprehensive water pipeline infrastructure to provide clean water to the inhabitants of Bina Loka and Bina Bakti Hamlet, who lacked access to the numerous springs located in Kaduela Village. Proper and comprehensive piping planning was necessary to provide equitable distribution of water among community members in the two elevated hamlets relative to the water source. The process of addressing issues in Kaduela Village involved several sequential steps. These steps encompassed the collection of primary and secondary data, the depiction of the new piping network on a map of Kaduela Village, the simulation of the new piping network using Epanet software, the construction of the new piping network, and the subsequent commissioning of the system. The chosen pipe network configuration is a dead-end system, which was deemed appropriate for implementation in the Bina Loka and Bina Bakti hamlets, with the aim of providing water services to a total of 58 households in Bina Loka and 15 households in Bina Bakti. The process of pipeline network designing was conducted by Mechanical Engineering students from Universitas Pasundan and Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Cirebon, under the supervision of their respective supervisors, utilizing the Epanet software. In addition to receiving funding under the 2023 matching fund program, this initiative also garnered comprehensive support from the BUMDES Arya Kamuning as the primary collaborator

Abstract

Objective study This is For analyze factors that influence the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java in term long ( for 20 years ) namely post reform until moment this . While background behind study This is For to reveal phenomenon unemployment educated , namely phenomenon height level unemployment that is not caused by the level low education . Phenomenon This show level unemployment the more tall precisely when level education the more high . Research done with method analysis quantitative that is with analysis regression multiple . In simultaneous (F test), variable free researched that is Regional Minimum Wage (UMR), Rate Growth Economy (LPE), Number of Workforce ( AK) and Average Length of Schooling (RLS) have an influence to variable bound ( Open Unemployment Rate /TPT). However in a way partial (T-test), only There is two influential variables in a way significant to the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), namely Number of Workforce ( AK) and Average Length of Schooling (RLS). Variables Number of Workforce own Beta coefficient is negative which means the more high Labor Force (AK) then the more low Open Unemployment Rate (TPT). On the other hand , the Average Years of Schooling (RLS) variable shows number positive which means the more tall The Average Length of Schooling (RLS) figure then the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) continues to rise. Research results This to reveal phenomenon unemployment educated people that occur in Indonesia.

Abstract

Early childhood sexual abuse is a severe and traumatic crime with long-term physical and psychological impacts. This study offers an original contribution by critically analysing the effectiveness of Indonesia’s criminal justice system in addressing such cases, particularly from the perspective of victim protection and rehabilitation. The main objective is to assess how well criminal law in Indonesia provides justice for victims and to identify the barriers that hinder effective legal implementation. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with legal practitioners and child protection activists, as well as through document analysis and selected case reviews. The findings reveal that while Indonesia's legal framework theoretically supports child protection, significant gaps persist between legal norms and their enforcement. These include poor inter-agency coordination, low sensitivity to victims' needs, limited access to rehabilitation services, and the persistence of social stigma. The practical implications of this research suggest the need for targeted legal reforms, including enhanced training for law enforcement officers, improved victim-centered procedures, and the strengthening of rehabilitation support. These measures are essential to ensure a more just and effective response to early childhood sexual abuse.

Abstract

Baja dengan berbagai kegunaannya memiliki peranan penting dalam proses permesinan dan kontruksi. Dalam pengunaanya, baja dipilih karena kekuatan keuletan dan kekerasan yang dimilikinya salah satu jenis baja yang bisa dipakai pada proses permesinan adalah baja S50C namun dalam pengunaannya sebagai bahan pisau pengurai sabut kelapa. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah sebagai berikut yaitu mengetahui hasil kekerasan material dari hasil quenching dan hardening dengan variasi waktu penahanan (holding time) lalu mengetahui nilai kekerasan spesimen raw material dengan spesimen setelah hardening dan mengetahui pengaruh struktur mikro pada baja S50C dengan menggunakan air sebagai media pendingin dengan proses hardening. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah experimental dimana baja S50C diberi pre-hardening pada temperatur 650°C dengan holding time 10 menit lalu di hardening pada temperatur 900°C melewati temperatur austenite 727°C dengan variasi holding time 60 menit, 90 menit dan 120 menit, kemudian didinginkan secara cepat dengan air sumur dengan waktu 3 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai kekerasan tinggi terdapat pada variasi waktu 120 menit dengan nilai kekerasan sebesar 723,53 HV (meningkat 68,30 dari raw material) dan nilai kekerasan terendah pada variasi waktu 60 menit sebesar 560,71 HV. Dari pengujian struktur mikro pada baja S50C dengan pembesaran 500x menunjukan variasi waktu 120 menit memiliki struktur mikro martensite paling banyak.
