Abstract

The coding Organization regulated in a government organization, requires a planning for the implementation of activities. Based on the pre-existing Grand Design or based on Principal Tasks and Functions of the positions of each organizational unit, it can be used as a form of making a Roadmap by making milestones the basis for implementation. Roadmap is used in the framework of a Fish Bone Diagram as a causal diagram, as well as with modern methodologies for using Project Management Life Cycles.

Abstract

Abstract Today, web-based applications more accessible because it can be used in various computer platform only by running the web browser. The developers of the website create some applications that are accessible to all people normally by installing the application in the server. Modern web hosting system, in each of the server, manage multiple web applications. Along with the increase in quality when the presence of high availability requirements of a web service then the server load will increase. Each web application has a dependency on one operating system specific versions of packages including intact as well as well as the provisioning system into application problems for the server. Software engineering with Docker container has been recognized by many developers because it is considered as a solution to current trends. In addition, Docker has a simple application deployment process. This research used Docker Container with the result that Docker container can provide solutions to web applications developers who need to perform a maximum spread of Docker application. The analysis of the information systems was used as a research method in developing a Docker container-based application. The result showed Docker Container could increase developer productivity, reduce server load and the storage. Keywords: Web, App, Docker, Container Abstrak Aplikasi berbasis web semakin banyak digunakan karena dapat diakses di berbagai platform komputer hanya dengan menjalankan web browser. Para pengembang website agar aplikasi yang dibuat dapat diakses semua orang biasanya melakukan install aplikasi ke dalam server. Sistem web hosting modern, di dalam setiap servernya, mengelola banyak aplikasi web. Seiring peningkatan kualitas saat hadirnya kebutuhan high availability dari layanan web maka beban server akan meningkat. Masing-masing aplikasi web yang memiliki ketergantungan dengan satu sistem operasi utuh termasuk paket versi tertentu juga serta aplikasi bawaan sistem menjadi masalah untuk server. Software Docker dengan teknik container banyak dilirik para pengembang aplikasi karena dianggap sebagai solusi trend saat ini. sehingga Docker telah memudahkan proses penyebaran aplikasi. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pembahasan teknis kerja Docker Container, melihat teknis kerja Docker Container dapat memberikan solusi pada pengembang aplikasi web yang membutuhkan Docker untuk maksimal melakukan penyebaran aplikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis sistem informasi yang telah dikembangkan dan dilakukan penyebaran menggunakan teknologi Docker container. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah Docker Container dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pengembang, membuat beban server berkurang, dan mengurangi jumlah penyimpanan. Abstract

This paper discusses the theory of derivatives and integrals in the form of fractions with a particular order initiated by Lioville. Specifically, regarding the correlation between fractional derivatives and integrals, by examining definitions, determining the kernel function, and applying them to several examples, so a general formula will be obtained regarding the relationship between the two. This formula is the product of the fractional derivative of an order of a polynomial function of m-degree which is equal to the (n+1) th derivative of the related order fractional integral of a polynomial function of -degree that the truth is proved by using Mathematical Induction.

Abstract

Recently computers have been able to produce photographs that allow users to compose selfies with van Gogh paintings. Inspired by the power of convolutional neural networks (CNN), he first learned how to use CNN to reproduce famous painting styles combined with self-portrait images. The method used is called a neural network transfer. However, early versions of neural networks had optimization problems, requiring hundreds or thousands of iterations to transfer forces combined with a single image. To overcome this in-efficiency, researchers developed the CNS-style PerStyle-Per-Model (PSPM) transfer method. The development of force transfer using a deep neural network is also called NST by training the VGG-16 model to change any image in one feed, foward propagation. A trained model can adjust to any drawing mode with just one iteration instead of thousands of iterations over the network and to get the most objective possible style of transfer

Abstract

Lecturer academic position or known as functional position is a criterion to measure the quality of higher education lecturers. Functional positions are also a form of performance performance for lecturers to be more measurable. Currently, technology is a tool for universities to measure lecturer performance and monitor applications for lecturer functional position increases to avoid the subjective nature that occurs in many cases. This research proposes to integrate the Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS methods in providing recommendations to universities regarding the order of lecturers who are eligible to apply for functional promotion. This method assesses the relative importance of each criterion (education, teaching, research, community service, and support) and alternative (worthy and not worthy). The results obtained as many as 8 lecturers were declared worthy of promotion recommendations with lecturer 8 and lecturer 7 being the first and second order recommended for eligibility.

Abstract

Public awareness of traditional West Javanese musical instruments is still limited, resulting in the loss of cultural identity, the decline of traditional music, and the weakening of national spirit, innovation, and economic potential. This research aims to overcome these problems by developing an interactive smartphone application that introduces and preserves the musical heritage of West Java. Using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle(MDLC) method with the stages of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, this AR application integrates the Speeded-Up Robust Features Algorithm for marker recognition, by ensuring robust image processing stages such as Integral Image, Grayscale conversion, Interest Point Detection, and Feature Matching. The InmusWJ AR application successfully introduced eight pages including the main menu, music list, application information, five AR camera pages, and menu buttons. This application displays 3D models of five traditional musical instruments (angklung, calung, celempung, kecapi, tarawangsa) along with their cultural background. Testing on markers with 10%, 30%, and 50% scratches shows that the marker can be read and is able to display 3D objects of musical instruments. and testing with 20% and 50% closed markers can be read and display objects, but cannot be read when the marker is 100% closed.

Abstract

The present coding is safeguarding public information, not only guaranteeing security against confidentiality, but on aspects of integrity, authenticity, accessibility, availability and non-denial of information. Security is not only in the password room and is not only done by Sandiman, but more broadly to safeguard ICTs and col-laborate with information security management systems. In order to carry out these functions, it is necessary to make a road map which is a detailed work plan for coding operations. The research method used is descriptive made with reference to Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Reporting. The results achieved in this study are roadmaps that can be used as a reference for regional governments in the Indonesian territory.

Abstract

This scientific article aims to evaluate a workshop held at SMP Negeri Satu Atap Cibarusah Bekasi to enhance the digital literacy of teachers. The workshop focused on creating written works in the form of Aksi Nyata Documents on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), introducing and utilizing the Canva graphic design application and Gemini Artificial Intelligence to support the writing process. Participants were also trained on the structure of writing Aksi Nyata that meet PMM’s Writing Guidelines to ensure validation, as well as how to provide effective feedback for various types of Aksi Nyata. The workshop consisted of three main sessions: (1) Introduction to the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), (2) Tips for passing PMM Action Plan validation, and (3) Hands-on practice in creating written works aligned with the theme "Literacy Enhancing Student Competence." Evaluation results show that teachers gained increased understanding and skills in composing scientific articles that meet PMM standards and can use technology to improve the quality of their writing. This workshop significantly contributes to strengthening teachers' digital literacy and writing competence, which is expected to be applied in educational development at schools.

Abstract

Kebalen Subdistrict as a suburban area with great potential, faces various challenges in sustainable development, such as low digital literacy among MSMEs, lack of public awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness, and a lack of green space. In an effort to overcome these challenges, the Group 07 Real Work Lecture (KKN) program is designed to support sustainable regional development through digital innovation approaches and environmental awareness. The aim of this research is to increase community digital literacy, empower local MSMEs, and encourage community participation in protecting the environment. The research method used is a participatory approach, where data is collected through direct observation, interviews and community needs surveys. The main programs carried out include training in creating web-based applications and WhatsApp Business for MSMEs, greening actions through tree planting, environmental cleanliness campaigns, and creative education for children. The analysis technique is carried out descriptively by comparing conditions before and after the activity. The research results show that the digital literacy of MSMEs has increased significantly, with 80% of participants successfully utilizing technology to manage their businesses. Greening programs and environmental cleanliness campaigns create real change by increasing public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. Creative education has also succeeded in instilling sustainability values ​​in children. With the integration of this program, Kebalen Village shows great potential to become a more sustainable, innovative and environmentally friendly area.
