Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, workload, and work environment on employee performance which is mediated by work motivation at the Guntur II Health Center in Demak. Health is an investment in human resource development. Therefore, employee performance is important for the Guntur II Demak Health Center because it cannot be separated from the results that play a role in consumer satisfaction. However, the performance of the puskesmas is still not optimal, which is caused by the target not being achieved as set. This study uses quantitative methods with census techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique with a population of 60 people as respondents, data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) based on a Likert scale with a range of 10 (scale 1 to 10). Based on the results of the analysis using Smart PLS, the study found that workload and work environment had no effect on work motivation and employee performance, besides work motivation could not mediate workload and work environment. Work motivation has an impact on employee competence and performance. This also affects employee performance positively and significantly. Thus, work motivation can directly or indirectly mediate the relationship between competence and employee performance. Guntur Demak Health Center should pay more attention to increasing employee competence so that their work motivation increases.

Abstract

The service satisfaction is an indicator of success in the public services. An organization that is oriented toward public services such as human resources agency, education and training in district kendal has an important role in focusing all the activities to increase service satisfaction in the field of human resources included the promotion of civil servant service. But, based on a survey in 2022 and 2023, the responder's satisfaction fell down. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality to the service satisfaction promotion, analyzing the influence of innovation to the service satisfaction promotion, analyzing the influence of employee's performance to the service satisfaction promotion, analyzing the ability of trust in moderating influence of service quality to the service satisfaction, analyzing the ability of trust in moderating influence of innovation to the service satisfaction,  analyzing the ability of trust in moderating influence of employee's performance to the service satisfaction. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis through reliability, and hypothesis testing. The result showed that service quality affects service satisfaction. Innovation affects service satisfaction, employee's performance affects service satisfaction. Trust can mediate the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction. Trust can not mediate the relationship between innovation and service satisfaction. Trust is unable to mediate the relationship between employee's performance and service satisfaction. The research implication are expected to help in the development of human resource management theory by providing empirical evidence of how role of trust in increasing service satisfaction. The contribution of this research is that Agency of Employee, Education and Training can use the results of this study to develop more effective managerial strategies to improve service satisfaction through service quality, innovation, employee's performance, and trust of service.

Abstract

Pertamina EP Field Lirik merupakan bagian strategis dari PT Pertamina EP yang berperan dalam mendukung produksi energi nasional di tengah tantangan globalisasi, volatilitas harga minyak, dan persaingan sektor energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses transformasi organisasi dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja 7S McKinsey sebagai pendekatan utama. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi peran teknologi, regulasi keberlanjutan, serta pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam mendukung proses transformasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kasus di Pertamina EP Field Lirik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, studi literatur, dan analisis dokumen perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi tujuh elemen utama model 7S McKinsey, yaitu strategy, structure, systems, shared values, skills, style, dan staff, untuk menilai keselarasan antar elemen dalam mendukung transformasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi melalui teknologi seperti otomatisasi dan Internet of Things (IoT) dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing perusahaan. Selain itu, nilai-nilai bersama yang kuat membantu membangun budaya kerja adaptif dan inovatif. Kepemimpinan yang responsif dan gaya manajerial yang inklusif berperan signifikan dalam mendorong keterlibatan karyawan selama proses transformasi. Transformasi ini juga didukung oleh pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan yang relevan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model 7S McKinsey dapat menjadi panduan efektif untuk membantu Pertamina EP Field Lirik meningkatkan efisiensi, mengelola risiko, dan memperkuat daya saing di pasar energi yang dinamis. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan energi lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the strategies that can be used by the City Government of Magelang in implementing SPM (Minimum Service Standards) as an effort to fulfill basic services for the citizens of the city of Magelang, covering education, health, public works and spatial planning, public housing and residential areas, peace, public order, and community protection, and social affairs. The analytical method in this research is a qualitative case study. The data used is primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation which includes the efforts, constraints and strategies of the City Government of Magelang in achieving 100% of the SPM implementation target. The research findings show that there are several efforts as a strategy that can be carried out by the City Government of Magelang in targeting the implementation of SPM. These efforts include establishing the Mayor's Policy on SPM Fulfillment, establishing the Mayor's and Head of Service's Performance Agreement, conducting SPM Target Formulation Consultations with the Technical Ministries, conducting database validation, setting plans for SPM fulfillment in the RPJMD, formulating Action Plans, Cross-Sectoral Coordination, outreach and educating related parties, strengthening supervision, making routine real time evaluation applications, enforcing sanctions and establishing channels for complaints.

Abstract

This research aims to fill the research gap, which shows that there are challenges faced in the development of SMEs, so it is necessary to develop a model from an entrepreneurial perspective by integrating the role of entrepreneurial literacy as a mediator of digital literacy and internal locus of control. This research uses an SEM. The total sample was 125 respondent entrepreneurs in Kendal Regency. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. However, the results of this research also show that one hypothesis, namely internal locus of control, does not influence the development of SMEs. Entrepreneurial literacy is only able to mediate digital literacy in the development of SMEs, while internal locus of control does not mediate. So, the variables used in the model are pretty suitable for SME development efforts, especially those related to digital literacy and entrepreneurial literacy.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study to verify the research model, Adding to the variable the ability to make courteous sales presentations so that the results of this study can solve the research gap. This research unit is the Rural Bank, and the respondents are the sales force of the Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City with 72 people. This research used a purposive sampling technique. Data processing using SmartPls version 2.0. This study succeeded in proving the role of courteous sales presentations in improving the performance of salesforce. Practical implications -This study provides input on the importance of courteous sales presentation.

Abstract

Ada berbagai aspek yang harus diperhitungkan ketika mengembangkan strategi, salah satunya menilai lingkungan eksternal usaha adalah salah satu pilar perumusan strategi yang sukses. Penelitian ini merupakan studi mengenai “Strategi UMKM Sektor Usaha Minuman Mencapai Keunggulan Bersaing”. Studi dilakukan pada Usaha Es Teh di kecamatan Bojong Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan berlandaskan teori Resource Base View (RBV) yaitu mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang dimiliki dibandingkan dengan para pesaing untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulann data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing pelaku usaha perlu menyusun rencana melalui analisa pasar yang dilakukan sebelum melakukan usaha dan saat mengimplementasikan strategi yang telah di buat pelaku usaha perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi antara lain sumber modal usaha, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi alasan perusahaan belum bisa masuk 3 (tiga) besar dan menganalisis serta membangun strategi kompetitif dalam menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dalam bisnis konstruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa alasan belum masuk 3 (tiga) besar adalah karena keterlambatan dalam bersaing secara kompetitif dengan kompetitor, kemudian dalam membangun strategi kompetitif setelah melihat kondisi internal dan eksternal dilakukan analisis daya tarik pasar serta daya saing perusahaan menunjukan bahwa sektor sumber daya air adalah sektor yang paling potensial. Pada analisis persaingan Porter menunjukan semua faktor tinggi, kecuali ancaman produk pengganti yang rendah. Pada analisis SWOT perusahaan berada pada kuadran 1 (satu) strategi growth. Kesimpulannya strategi keunggulan bersaing yang tercipta adalah penetrasi pasar segmen besar, pengembangan produk/ diversifikasi bisnis, meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas, meningkatkan estimating proyek, transformasi digital teknologi, membangun sistem digital terintegrasi supply chain, meningkatkan kapasitas keuangan, peningkatan produktifitas SDM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi Warehouse Management System (WMS) pada proses pengiriman tepung terigu di PT. Sriboga Flour Mill Semarang, khususnya pada sub-departemen finish good product storage (FPS) divisi supply chain. Sebelumnya perusahaan menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual yang kurang efisien, kemudian beralih ke WMS untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan pencapaian target pengiriman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari manajer, kepala FPS, supervisor, operator forklift, serta tallyman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan WMS berpengaruh positif terhadap efisiensi sumber daya manusia, peningkatan akurasi pencatatan, kemudahan monitoring produk, dan percepatan proses distribusi. Meski masih terdapat kendala adaptasi karyawan, WMS terbukti mendukung perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas supply chain dan pemenuhan target pengiriman.
