Abstract

Definition of Financial Management according to J.L. Massie Financial management is an operational activity that is responsible for obtaining and using the funds needed for effective and efficient operations. The application of financial management in the scope of community life is also very necessary for the development of the community's economy. However, there are still many people who have obstacles to their economic development due to a lack of understanding and knowledge about good and correct financial management. Therefore, our Unived Management lecturer and student service team provides knowledge and understanding of the Financial Management System which aims to overcome obstacles to community economic development. The method we use is socialization in the form of discussions, and delivering material to several local residents as representatives of the community where we carry out our service. The results of our service have very helpful benefits for the community who are the object of our socialization

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer behavior in virtual goods purchasing decisions for online gamers in Bengkulu City. The focus of this study is to determine whether the factors of impulsive buying, irrational buying and wastefulness in virtual goods purchasing decisions for online gamers in Bengkulu City. The method used is a quantitative method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 online game users in Bengkulu City. The results of the analysis show that impulsive buying, irrational buying and wastefulness factors have a significant influence on online gamers' interest in virtual goods purchasing decisions in Bengkulu City, with the results of multiple linear regression tests Y = 1.599 + 0.430 X1 + 0.625 X2 + 0.053 X3. The t-test for the impulsive buying variable (X1) shows a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, irrational buying (X2) of 0.000 < 0.05, and waste (X3) of 0.023 < 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected for the third variable. In addition, the f-test result of 0.000 < 0.05 shows that simultaneously the variables X1, X2, and X3 have a significant effect on Y.

Abstract

Introducing understanding and education to teachers and students of SMKN 3 Seluma begins by explaining the material about the Introduction of Digital Business for the Young Generation in Fostering the Spirit of Entrepreneurship in Students by downloading the Profit Anywhere application, this activity is also a forum for lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Dehasen University to implement learning or theories that have been taught in lectures because in the world of work to come, students are required to be smart in choosing the type of entrepreneurship or can choose to become entrepreneurs who can create their own jobs instead of relying on jobs that are open to the public and many competitors. In this activity, students are also given an understanding of how to become a young entrepreneur who can provide benefits to many people.

Abstract

One of the retail businesses that serve basic needs and daily needs is minimarket. The minimarket business is one of the businesses classified as a retail business that has great potential. The presence of a minimarket business offers an alternative for consumers who need products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of services between Indomaret and Alfamart in Tais, Seluma District. This type of research uses quantitative comparative nature. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 100 people from Indomaret and 100 respondents from Alfamart Muara in Tais, Seluma Sub-District. The results showed that the first hypothesis showed that the results of data processing showed that the original sample value was 0.162 (positive), the value t-count was 1.850 (>1.96) and the values of p met the requirements, namely 0.035 <0.05. So that H1 in this study is accepted. It can be concluded that the services of Indomaret Muara Dalam Seluma has a positive and significant effect. The second hypothesis shows that the results of data processing show that the original sample value is 0.666 (positive), the value t count is 7.759 (> 1.96) and p values meet the requirements, namely 0.000 < 0.05. So that H2 in this study is accepted. It can be concluded that the services of Alfamart Muara Dalam Seluma has a positive and significant effect. Based on the results of the calculation obtained F count 179.748>F table 2.65 which means that the variables Indomaret (X1), Alfamart (X2) and Service Quality (Y) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect in Tais, Seluma Sub-District.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the first step for mothers to develop their own abilities to help the family economy, with the entrepreneurial spirit of the residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT.12 RW. 04. The Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City has a very broad positive impact, including being able to channel the talents that exist in each of them, being able to find out what kind of products the market wants, and being able to find out a good market share for the products that are produced both in terms of appearance. from the place and the way of marketing. With this entrepreneurship socialization, it can solve the problems faced by women residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT.12 RW. 04. Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City, to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit in each of them, and to be able to practice what skills are possessed by mothers. In this case, the ability possessed by the majority of mothers is in making tat cakes. Entrepreneurship socialization carried out in this service is carried out in several stages, the first stage is awareness, the second stage is capacity building and the last stage is the empowerment stage. 04. Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City and can be received with quite high enthusiasm. After the entrepreneurship socialization was carried out, the mothers immediately put it into practice together. The most important thing in this case is the emergence of the soul of the mothers to be able to develop themselves together in this case, making cakes and selling to the market and following current technological advances. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to assist business actors in promoting SME products in Kungkai Baru Village. This method of community service activities begins with the preparation and field survey stages. This survey phase begins with direct discussions with the Head of Kungkai Baru village, Seluma sub-district, this aims to identify the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by SME business actors. Then, the socialization and training stages are carried out by the team. At this stage there are five things that the service team does, namely (1) explaining how to make attractive products, (2) finding strategic locations for business actors (3) creating promotional content that is easy for customers to remember (4). And how to distribute the product so that it can reach the customer. (5). Online marketing. The results of this community service activity are as follows: The knowledge of the participants in this case the residents in the Paninggilan Utara Ciledug Village regarding marketing strategies before the PKM activities were mostly in the category of not understanding. After the PKM activity was carried out and the presentation of the material was delivered, it was found that the participants' knowledge of marketing strategies after being delivered was increasing. Abstract

Building food security for Bali cattle farming is very important for the sustainability of their livestock, but many breeders do not understand this, therefore I chose the South Seluma area of Rimbu Tavern Village to be my place of service because there are cattle farms that experience this problem, and breeders besides their lack of understanding regarding food development they also have difficulty when the dry season arrives to feed their cows and finally sell, and I finally did PKM there to provide knowledge and creative innovation for cattle food when the dry season arrives by means of counseling to cattle breeders.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price, taste and location on purchasing decisions at the Warmindo Support Business in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 100 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 21,967 + 0.141X1 + 0.312X2 + 0.129X3 + 3,943. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables Price (X1), Taste (X2) Location (X3), the value is 0 (zero), Purchase Decision (Y) in the Warmindo Support business in Bengkulu City. The price test results (XI) show tcount 2,350 > ttable 1,984 and significance 0.021 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. The results of the taste test (X2) show tcount 5.086 > ttable 1.984 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that taste has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. The results of the location test (X3) show tcount 2.143> ttable 1.984 and significance 0.035 <0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 13,821 > 2.47, so it is concluded that accepting the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between price (XI), taste (X2), location (X3) on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Tofu and tempeh are traditional food products that are very popular in Indonesia. However, in order to remain competitive in the increasingly tight local market, tofu and tempeh producers need to implement innovative marketing strategies. The aim of community service is to identify innovative marketing strategies that can be implemented by tofu and tempeh factory owners, improve the skills of tofu and tempeh factory owners in marketing their products effectively and increase the competitiveness of tofu and tempeh products in the local market through various innovative marketing initiatives. The research method for community service uses in-depth interviews and field observations.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of finding and selecting the right candidate to fill a certain position in an organization or company. This is done to ensure that the organization has a qualified workforce that suits the needs of the company, so that it can contribute to achieving the set business goals. The recruitment process includes searching for candidates, selecting and placing employees according to predetermined qualifications, competencies and criteria. In addition, recruitment is also carried out to obtain variety in terms of background and work experience of candidates, so that the organization can have diverse employees and can provide added value to the company. Employees are an important resource for the company, because they have the mind, talent, energy, desire, knowledge, feelings and creativity that are needed by the company to achieve the company's vision and mission (Mangkunegara, 2009). The success or failure of a company or organization and operational targets cannot be separated from the role of competent employees. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive exploratory approach.
