Abstract

One of the stages for forming a family within the Police environment, is that each prospective bride and groom will undergo a marriage coaching session. At the Bengkulu Regional Police level, this official marriage trial is under the auspices of the Human Resources Bureau (HR). Currently, the management of files and scheduling of service marriage sessions within the Bengkulu Police is still being done manually by physically collecting the required files and processing them by the admin. The purpose of this practical work is to design and build a system that can assist in the process of applying for official marriage hearings for members of the Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall model. Process design on the system using DFD (Data Flow Diagram), database design using ERD (Entity Relation Diagram) and database design using MySQL.The result of this research is an information system and application for official marriage hearings for members of the National Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police which can assist in the process of filing for official marriage hearings. Abstract

Focus Komputer Store is one of the computer shops in Bengkulu City which is the destination for consumers in looking for computer-related goods and providing computer service services. Every day the sales transaction data in stores continues to grow and causes a very large data storage. Most sales transaction data are only used as archives without being put to good use. The process of selecting goods is carried out by taking into account the pattern of purchases in the previous month so that a list of items that must be provided is more extensive to meet current consumer needs. The problem is market interest or consumer needs are always changing depending on uncertain conditions. The process of selecting goods to fill stock is a very complicated process and takes a long time because you have to read the sales archives that were made the previous month. For this reason, it is necessary to have an application that can provide recommendations on what items are currently in demand by consumers based on last month's sales data. Applications that can be used for the process of extracting previous data are data mining applications. Data mining is an analysis of reviewing data sets to find unexpected relationships and summarize data in different ways that are understandable and useful to the data owner. To be able to get results that are more relevant to needs, applications must use suitable algorithms, one of which is the Apriori algorithm. The a priori algorithm is an algorithm that searches for frequent itemsets using the association rule technique. The application can be used as a sales cashier application at the Computer Focus store and can display the results of a priori algorithm calculations based on sales data that has been input into the application. The application that the author has built still has many shortcomings, especially in terms of appearance and data. The author hopes that there are criticisms and suggestions that can help in developing applications so that they are even better.

Abstract

Currently, many shops or furniture companies in Bengkulu, in terms of promoting their products to consumers and buyers, still use conventional methods, starting from offering products directly or using 2D image catalogues, one of which is Muria Jaya. Muria Jaya already has an augmented reality application for its marketing media, but the application only displays 3D models, zooms in and out on products, rotates products without any information about the product. From the augmented reality application that already exists at Muria Jaya, the application will be developed by adding voice explanations for a product, changing the color of the product in the application which makes the product more lively and attractive. This makes it easier for buyers to see the product and also determine the color when making a decision to buy a product.

Abstract

Shrimp is one of the high-value fishery commodities. Apart from being used to meet domestic needs, shrimp are also produced for export purposes. As a leading commodity in the fisheries sector, market dynamics are often unstable, so fluctuations in prices cannot be avoided, including the shrimp ponds in Linau Village, Kaur Regency. The current problem is that the process of determining the selling price in the shrimp ponds of Linau Village, Kaur Regency is still done manually which has the potential to trigger errors in determining the selling price which can be detrimental to the company. Fuzzy logic is a control system methodology for solving problems in systems, ranging from simple systems to complex or complex systems. In the Tsukamoto method, each rule is represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function called fuzzification. As a result, the output of each rule is in the form of a crisp value based on the α-predicate or the minimum value of each rule and the z value. The final result is obtained by performing a weighted average defuzzification. research has succeeded in making a shrimp pricing system by applying the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method in the analysis and calculation process.

Abstract

Taxation is the main state data, to make it easier for people to pay taxes, an integrated application called coretax is used. However, there are many differences because it has many problems in its use. Therefore, the study was conducted to find out public sentiment towards the coretax application using a naïve Bayes algorithm. The methods used range from data collection, data cleaning, data pre-processing, classification with textblob to classification and evaluation with naïve Bayes algorithms. Of the total 2858 total data used, the results were 782 positive sentiment data, 479 negative sentiments and 1597 neutral sentiments. The results showed that the accuracy of the model could reach 81% with an f1-score value of 80%, as well as a precision and recall value of 81%. This shows that the naïve bayes algorithm is quite good at classifying public sentiment towards the coretax application.

Abstract

In order to improve the Indonesian economy, the government launched Danantara, a Sovereign Wealth Fund that serves to manage data owned in investment instruments such as stocks, bonds or property where the profits from this are returned to the state into the APBN, besides that Danantara aims to stabilize the economy and drive national development. However, with the huge amount of money being managed and its vital purpose, the existence of danantara has been the subject of much debate. Some people support the existence of danantara because it can help raise the Indonesian economy, but others reject the existence of danantara because they are afraid of being a place for corruption if there is mismanagement of large funds and can disrupt the current Indonesian economy. For this reason, the research aims to analyze public sentiment using the Evolutionary Fuzzy Rule-Based Classification System which has an approach to fuzzy rules that can overcome the level of ambiguity in sentiment analysis. The stages carried out in this research start from data collection using the webscraping method on platform x, data cleaning, data pre-processing, data labeling, classification of Evolutionary Fuzzy Rule-Based Classification System and at the end of the evaluation stage. The results obtained in this study are the accuracy and recall rates of 69%, then precision 72% and f1-score 70%. This shows that the Evolutionary Fuzzy Rule-Based Classification System model is less suitable in analyzing and classifying public sentiment regarding the existence of danantara.
