Abstract

Abstrak - Data warehouse berguna untuk analisis mendalam dan memperoleh informasi lebih akurat ketika pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian perancangan dan implementasi data warehouse meningkatkan proses pengambilan keputusan sebagai integrasi data dari berbagai sumber, memungkinkan analisis data lebih cepat dan akurat. Studi literatur ini mengulas berbagai pendekatan dalam perancangan dan implementasi data warehouse di berbagai bidang, termasuk penjualan produk tour, perpustakaan universitas, akademik perguruan tinggi, dan analisis kinerja perusahaan. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metodologi sistematis dan model star schema dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengolahan data. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan praktisi dalam mengembangkan data warehouse efektif, memfasilitasi akses data cepat dan tepat untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Studi Literatur, Data Warehouse, Nine Step Kimball, Star Schema. Abstract - Data warehouses are useful for in-depth analysis and obtaining more accurate information when making decisions. Data warehouse design and implementation research improves the decision-making process as the integration of data from various sources, enabling faster and more accurate data analysis. This literature review examines various approaches to data warehouse design and implementation in various fields, including product sales tours, university libraries, academic colleges, and company performance analysis. The review shows that the application of systematic methodology and star schema model can improve the efficiency and accuracy of data processing. This research can provide practitioners in developing an effective data warehouse, facilitating fast and precise data access to support better decision making. Abstract

Banks are required to conduct periodic self-assessment of their health level and take effective corrective measures using an assessment of factors including risk profile, good corporate governance (GCG), earnings, and capital, abbreviated as RGEC. The RGEC method is what banks currently use to assess the health level of banks because it is a refinement of previous methods. The degree of bank health as determined by the RGEC technique is the subject of this quantitative descriptive study, which analyzes Bank Syariah Indonesia's health for the years 2019 to 2022. The study's secondary data sources are the yearly financial reports of Islamic Commercial Banks covering the years 2019 to 2022. The following findings are derived from the debate of Bank Syariah Indonesia's Islamic banking sharia for the 2019–2022 evaluation period, The non-performing financing ratio (NPF Nett in composite position 1 may be considered to be in very good health. Conversely, Bank Syariah Indonesia's FDR ratio values in composite positions 1 and 2 might be considered highly healthy. Bank Syariah Indonesia's GCG ratio in composite position 2 may be considered healthy. The Bank Syariah Indonesia's earnings evaluation, or its capacity to turn a profit, received a composite score of 3 to 1, indicating that it is both fairly healthy and extremely healthy from 2019 to 2022. Bank Syariah Indonesia's bank capital was evaluated from 2019 to 2022, and it received a composite evaluation of 1, meaning it is in excellent condition.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is very important for the survival of the company. Because with customers who have customer loyalty, they will make purchases regularly. Customer loyalty needs to be maintained to increase profits. The method is to classify loyal customers with non-loyal ones, in order to retain loyal customers and set strategies for non-loyal customers. The method used is classification with random forest with cleaning stages that can clean data from noise or empty data or data that does not match, selection that can select some data to be processed for classification, transformation that can change data into two or three formats, classification with random forest with split validation using testing data and training data and with rapidminer software. Evaluation by checking the results of the classification with random forest in the form of accuracy, precision, recall, and AUC. The results of the classification show from the accuracy table that the prediction of loyal and true loyal customers is 129 more than the prediction of not loyal and true not loyal customers which is 32. The accuracy result is 96.41% which shows that the data is really accurate with very high results. The recall result is 98.47%, while the precision result is 96.99%.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan fisik pada anak yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam jangka waktu lama sehingga mengakibatkan masalah gizi kronis. Pencegahan stunting sebaiknya dimulai sejak dini termasuk pada remaja putri yang nantinya akan menjadi ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penyuluhan dengan media e-learning berbasis audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang stunting di SMAN 1 Kampung Rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pra eksperimen jenis One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 109 remaja putri yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor pengetahuan sebelum penyuluhan sebesar 5,88 (58,8) dan meningkat menjadi 8,50 (85) setelah dilakukan intervensi. Untuk sikap rata-rata skor awal sebesar 21,66 (54,15) meningkat menjadi 30,18 (75,45) setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Uji statistik Wilcoxon T-Test menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penyuluhan audio visual e-learning terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri tentang stunting. Oleh karena itu, metode penyuluhan audio visual e-learning dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif penyuluhan kesehatan yang efektif untuk mencegah stunting sejak remaja.

Abstract

The study aims to improve the diagnosis, management, and prevention of HIV/AIDS by using classification algorithms. The dataset used consists of 707,379 records and 89 columns. Data preprocessing includes removing irrelevant attributes, handling inconsistencies, and balancing the data using the NearMiss method, resulting in a balanced proportion of reactive and non-reactive HIV cases. Once the data is balanced, it is split into several ratios: 60:40, 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10. The classification models used in this study are Naive Bayes and SVM. The models are evaluated using the metrics Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score. The results show that the SVM model achieves the highest accuracy of 82.6% with a 90:10 data split at a 6-fold value, and 82.2% with a 60:40 data split at a 5-fold value. On the other hand, Naive Bayes achieves the highest accuracy of 61.1% with a 60:40 data split.

Abstract

Early in the twenty-first century, a new phenomena known as "digitalization" emerged, linking technology and civilization while providing clever and practical advantages to humankind. One way to manage zakat money collecting and distribution is for zakat organizations to implement the blockchain idea. The purpose of this study is to present an overview of the potentials, capabilities, and prospects associated with the application of blockchain technology in zakat organizations, particularly in Indonesia. The approach is a literature review, which involves reading a variety of pertinent works and balancing them with similar research on occurrences in other nations. An extensive literature survey on the digitalization of zakat using the blockchain technology was done for this research, which is a descriptive qualitative study. The zakat ecosystem may be further enhanced by the dynamic growth of technology, particularly with the rise of blockchain technology. Blockchain provides the idea of permanent, real-time, safe, and transparent decentralized data.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate Bank Muamalat Indonesia's performance from 2016 to 2020 using the ANGELS approach. The data sources for the quantitative descriptive technique are from Bank Muamalat Indonesia's annual report. The study's findings revealed that The amanah management area of the bank is accessible through the bank's annual report and, as previously said, displays a healthy category. The implementation of corporate governance is ensured by the bank's yearly report. It would be reasonable to conclude that Bank Muamalat Indonesia is in good condition despite the calculation results of Bank Muamalat Indonesia were predicated on less trustworthy. This shows that the company can maintain its performance in the long term or in the event of liquidation. The availability of a bank's capital facilitates operations to a certain degree. The analysis results show that, even if the quantity of productive assets has increased, Bank Muamalat Indonesia's KAP development is still smaller than the yearly increase in APYD. Examining the data reveals that Bank Muamalat Indonesia has an excellent basis. The distribution of funds is handled by the organization responsible for allocating charity and zakat funds by the direction of the Supervisory Board.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Bank Muamalat Indonesia tahun 2016-2020 menggunakan pendekatan ANGELS. Penelitian menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sumber data berasal dari laporan tahunan Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Area manajemen amanah bank dapat diakses melalui laporan tahunan bank dan menunjukkan kategori yang sehat. Penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab dipastikan oleh laporan tahunan bank. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bank Muamalat Indonesia berada dalam kondisi sehat walaupun ada perbedaan dengan hasil perhitungan Bank Muamalat Indonesia yang berpredikat kurang dapat dipercaya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya dalam jangka panjang atau saat terjadi likuidasi. Ketersediaan modal bank memfasilitasi operasi sampai tingkat tertentu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan meskipun secara kuantitas aktiva produktif mengalami peningkatan, perkembangan KAP Bank Muamalat Indonesia menunjukkan masih lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan peningkatan APYD setiap tahunnya. Menelaah data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Bank Muamalat Indonesia memiliki dasar yang sangat baik. Penyaluran dana ditangani oleh organisasi yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengalokasikan dana sosial dan zakat sesuai dengan arahan Dewan Pengawas

Abstract

Taekwondo Erasta Club Menghadapi berbagai masalah dalam manajemen club,seperti promosi yang kurang efektif,pendaftaran yang harus dilakukan di lokasi,dan keterbatasan penyebaran informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web bagi Taekwondo Erasta Club. Sitem ini di rancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen club dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai fungsi seperti pendaftaran anggota, promosi kegiatan, dan penyebaran informasi terkait prestasi dan aktivitas klub. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah Agile Software Development. Metode ini melibatkan alur kerja berulang di mana tim berkolaborasi untuk menerapkan aturan dan solusi yang terorganisir dan terstruktur. Tahapan dalam metode ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, dan penyebaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah proses pendaftaran anggota secara online, mengurangi kesalahan administrasi, serta meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi klub kepada masyarakat luas. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah anggota, memperluas jangkauan promosi, dan efisiensi operasional klub secara keseluruhan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, Taekwondo Erasta Club dapat lebih fokus pada pengembangan atlet dan program pelatihan, serta memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada anggotanya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan sistem informasi serupa di organisasi olahraga lainnya.

Abstract

Indonesia has a large number of internet users, which at the very least indicates its enormous digital potential. Banks and other financial institutions are benefiting from improved digital offerings. This study strengthens literacy and inclusion as an effective strategy for strengthening the effects of the integrated UTAUT2 construct model with user satisfaction using Islamic mobile banking applications. Quantitative research type, with a research sample of 206 respondents as the primary data source using a questionnaire survey. Data analysis using partial regression analysis (PLS-SEM). The results prove that several factors have a positive and significant effect, namely the variables of behavioral intention, facilitating conditions, habit on user behavior and habit, hedonic motivation, and user satisfaction on behavioral intention. On the other hand, some variables do not affect, namely the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, price value, and social influence on behavioral intention.
