Abstract

Setiap atlet futsal pasti mengalami gejolak mental pada saat menjelang pertandingan. Mental yang biasanya muncul pada diri atlet adalah kecemasan, kepercayaan diri dan motivasi yang biasanya muncul pada saat menjelang pertandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan, kepercayaan diri dan motivasi pada atlet futsal saat menjelang pertandingan. Sasaran penelitian adalah 14 atlet laki-laki futsal Childroom. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrument yang digunakan berupa angket. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase secara manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa tingkat kecemasan atlet futsal Childroom saat menjelang pertandingan sebesar 54,09% dengan kategori sedang, tingkat kepercayaan diri sebesar 66,75 dengan kategori tinggi dan motivasi sebesar 85,16 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Abstract

Gotong royong merupakan ciri khas masyarakat pedesaan yang tidak terlepas dari eksistensi masyarakat sendiri sebagai individu dan mahluk sosial. Hampir setiap masyarakat adat mempunyai istilah yang mempunyai padanan dengan kelembagaan “gotong royong”. Terdapat dua jenis gotong royong yang dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia; gotong royong tolong menolong dan gotong royong kerja bakti. Kegiatan gotong royong tolong menolong terjadi pada aktivitas pertanian, kegiatan sekitar rumah tangga, kegiatan pesta, kegiatan perayaan, dan pada peristiwa bencana atau kematian. Sedangkan kegiatan gotong royong kerja bakti biasanya dilakukan untuk mengerjakan sesuatu hal yang sifatnya untuk kepentingan umum, yang dibedakan antara gotong royong atas inisiatif warga dengan gotong royong yang dipaksakan. Sikap Gotong royong pemuda Banyusokah terhadap pendirian RUSA (Rumah Sayur) yang diadakan oleh Tim dan Pemuda Banyusokah meningkatkan nilai gotong royong yang memang sudah ada di desa tersebut.

Abstract

This research examines the role of muhafadzoh in improving the intellectuality of students at the Zainul Hasanain Islamic Boarding School. The Islamic boarding school is not only focused as a place for religious learning, but also as a center for intellectual development. The research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the muhafadzoh's role has a significant impact in guiding classical learning, implementing literacy strengthening strategies, and collaborating with education authorities. Good collaboration between muhafadzoh and education not only increases students' religious knowledge, but also enriches their insight into science. These findings indicate that the role of muhafadzoh has a central role in creating a holistic educational environment that supports the overall intellectual development of students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the obstacles that are factors in the lack of profit sharing financing at BMT UGT Nusantara. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to examine the process of determining financing schemes, implementing profit sharing financing and identifying the causes of the lack of profit sharing financing at BMT UGT Nusantara. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with informants such as financial managers, business managers, branch heads, account officers and members of BMT UGT Nusantara. Apart from that, field observations and analysis of financing documents were also carried out to obtain a comprehensive picture.  Data analysis was carried out using three analytical steps suggested by Miles and Huberman (2007), namely data reduction, data exposure and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this research indicate that determining the financing scheme is the internal authority of BMT UGT Nusantara with the knowledge and approval of members. Financing with a profit sharing scheme is only used for companies that are already established, while small businesses use non-profit sharing financing. The lack of financing with a profit sharing scheme is due to several obstacles such as high risk, quality of human resources, asymmetric information, moral hazard, minimal understanding of members and member preferences.

Abstract

Curriculum development in Islamic junior high schools (madrasah) frequently encounters gaps between graduate competency demands, modern educational needs, and institutional religious identity. This issue is also identified in MTs Zainul Hasan (ZAHA) 1 Genggong, Probolinggo, an accredited “A” madrasah committed to maintaining high-quality graduate outcomes while preserving Islamic educational distinctiveness. This study aims to examine the actual curriculum development model that is considered ideal in strengthening graduate quality, with a specific emphasis on teacher competency reinforcement as the core determinant of educational output. The method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and classroom learning observations. Research findings reveal that ZAHA 1 Genggong implements three dominant curriculum strengthening strategies: (1) academic qualification improvement through structured scholarship support for teachers’ continuing education, (2) continuous professional development via training workshops and teacher certification programs, and (3) periodic academic supervision to ensure instructional quality and compliance with learning standards. The research results highlight that the actual curriculum model applied integrates academic achievement, Islamic character internalization, and research-based learning innovation. This curriculum approach contributes to sustained graduate quality, alignment with 21st-century competencies, and improved teacher academic culture. The study concludes that an ideal actual curriculum in madrasah institutions must be adaptive, research-driven, and centered on continuous teacher capacity building to produce graduates who are competitive, highly competent, and rooted in Islamic values in accordance with the institutional vision.

Abstract

Peran Perlindungan Masyarakat (Linmas) memiliki urgensi strategis dalam upaya menjaga stabilitas keamanan dan ketertiban di lingkungan desa. Namun, pada praktiknya Linmas di Desa Rombuh, Kecamatan Palengaan masih menghadapi keterbatasan kemampuan dalam mengidentifikasi serta mencegah potensi gangguan keamanan masyarakat, baik yang bersifat fisik maupun sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas Linmas dalam pencegahan dini gangguan masyarakat melalui penguatan pemahaman tugas dan fungsi, teknik deteksi dini, serta koordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Metode yang digunakan ialah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan Linmas sebagai subjek aktif dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari pemetaan masalah, perencanaan aksi, implementasi pelatihan, hingga refleksi hasil. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan teknik dasar keamanan lingkungan, simulasi lapangan, serta evaluasi bersama. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Linmas terkait pencegahan potensi gangguan keamanan, serta terbentuknya komitmen kerja sama yang lebih solid antara Linmas dan perangkat desa dalam menjaga keamanan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu berkontribusi pada terciptanya sistem keamanan masyarakat yang lebih responsif dan berkelanjutan di Desa Rombuh.
