Abstract

This research aims to understand stock management, namely optimizing the combination of quality of goods, costs, and time, in this case, the availability of goods. House of Risk model risk management. Analyze and select a sequence of risks and determine mitigation strategies. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes objective conditions in the field. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Conclusion The analysis is used as a basis for the stock management mitigation strategy that will be taken. Determination of mitigation priorities is carried out to manage the allocation of required resources and control the emergence of risks. If existing mitigation efforts cannot solve the existing problem, the new company must change its mitigation strategy. A total of 34 risk events and 35 risk agents were identified when observing business processes. HOR-1 and the Pareto approach have been proven to be used to determine which risk agents should be prioritized for handling. Preventive actions are identified to reduce the negative impact of existing risks. HOR-2 succeeded in determining the ranking of preventive actions to be used to determine the mitigation strategy to be chosen.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Formulation of Competitive Strategy, Competitive Matching Stage Strategy, Competitive Decision Stage Strategy. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach that describes events in the research field. Data collection techniques: direct in-depth interviews with resource persons, observation through observing phenomena at the research location. Study documentation through archives in the education and training office, official records of the results of plenary meetings. Conclusions through analysis are carried out through stages, namely the data input stage with the IFE, EFE, CPM matrices, then the matching stage with the IE, Grand Strategy, SWOT matrices, then the decision stage using the Quality Strategy Planning matrix. Once the selected strategy is known, its implementation is carried out by creating a short-term and long-term logical framework. The conclusion from the strategic analysis carried out is that the company's position is in quadrant I with an aggressive strategy with the chosen strategy being market penetration by carrying out intensive and wider promotions by optimally utilizing information and communication technology.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah pengetahuan dan praktikum tentang kabel serat optic masihsangat minim bagi siswa SMK. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) PelatihanPengenalan dan pengkabelan kabel serat optic sebagai media transmisi komunikasi data bagi siswaSMK melibatkan mitra yaitu SMK Nasional Media Center (NMC). Sesuai hasil wawancara denganmitra didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang kabel serat optic masih perlu ditingkatkan sebagaibahan praktikum. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan para siswa dalamteori dan praktek untuk memanfaatkan kabel serat optik sebagai media transmisi komunikasi data.Manfaat yang diperoleh yaitu siswa mempunyai kompetensi dalam pembelajaran pengkabelan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the legal protection of workers' rights based on the Job Creation Law and the legal protection of the rights of workers of retirement age who remain employed. This research method uses normative juridical matters such as primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The conclusion is that constitutional legal protection for workers is contained in Article 27 paragraph (2), Article 28D paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), Article 28H paragraph (3), and Article 28I (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Concerning legal protection for workers work in International Covenants on Civil and Political Rights, as well as on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. In the Job Creation Law, legal protection for workers is reflected in strategic policies in the employment sector, namely protecting and promoting the welfare of workers. Second, the absence of strict regulations regarding the retirement age limit in the Job Creation Law has an impact on the rights of workers who are still employed at retirement age, so there is no legal protection for those who are still employed at retirement age. As stated in the standard Employment Agreement, it does not fulfill the principle of freedom of contract and the principle of complete balance between Workers and Employers by the legal provisions of the agreement.

Abstract

Teknologi dapat di terapkan di bidang elektronik khususnya menghidupkan dan mematikan lampu dengan smartphone, Agar memudahkan aktifitas sehari-hari Memang kemajuan di period saat ini bisa dikatakan semakin mengalami peningkatan banyak penemuan – penemuan baru yang diciptakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Dalam penelitian ini komponen utama yang digunakan adalah Arduino Uno, Hand-off, Bluetooth HC-05, Cara kerjanya alat ini nantinya jika kita di dalam ruangan bisa menggunakan through bluetooth dengan cara membuka aplikasi di smartphone. Tujuan dari pembuatan alat ini adalah diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat memudahkan aktifitas di dalam rumah Dengan adanya alat ini, dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mengontrol lampu pada tiap ruangan dengan mengguakan Smartphone. Melalui penelitian ini dapat mengetahui jarak maksimum yang diakses oleh modul Bluetooth HC-05 untuk terhubung ke sebuah perangkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi dan dinamika proses Rancangan Undang-Undang (RUU) masyarakat hukum adat di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis isi. Sumber data utama yang digunakan meliputi dokumen RUU, naskah akademik, laporan hasil pembahasan DPR, serta literatur ilmiah relevan lainnya. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada penelaahan mendalam terhadap dinamika panjang yang terjadi dalam pembahasan RUU Masyarakat Hukum Adat, serta bagaimana urgensinya, sehingga menjembatani kekosongan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengesahan RUU Masyarakat Hukum Adat sangat penting untuk melindungi hak-hak masyarakat adat, terutama terkait dengan tanah dan sumber daya alam yang mereka kelola. RUU ini dapat mengatasi konflik antara hukum adat dan hukum negara, memberikan kepastian hukum, serta mendukung keberlanjutan budaya dan ekosistem melalui pengakuan kearifan lokal. Meskipun telah ada upaya dari berbagai pihak, proses legislasi RUU ini terhambat oleh kurangnya koordinasi dan hambatan politik, seperti keterlambatan pengajuan Daftar Inventarisasi Masalah (DIM). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan koordinasi yang lebih baik antara DPR, pemerintah, dan masyarakat adat untuk mempercepat pengesahan dan memastikan perlindungan hak-hak masyarakat adat secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of green competency development in enhancing market competitiveness among employees in the ecotourism industry. Green competencies have become increasingly important in the era of the green economy, particularly in the ecotourism sector, which heavily relies on environmental sustainability. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study reviews and synthesizes various relevant studies on green competency development, market competitiveness, employee behavior, and ecotourism. Data were obtained from scholarly journals and other publications published within the last decade, with search criteria encompassing topics related to green competencies and competitiveness in sustainability-focused sectors. The findings suggest that the development of employees' green competencies, including an understanding of environmentally friendly practices and sustainable skills, can positively contribute to a company's market competitiveness in the ecotourism industry. The results also reveal that green competencies enhance the company's value and reputation, thus attracting environmentally conscious consumers. This study suggests that ecotourism managers should prioritize green training programs to strengthen the company's competitiveness in an increasingly sustainability-oriented market.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak setiap warga negara Indonesia. Artikel ini hendak mengulas perihal pemberian hak-hak pendidikan kepada masyarakat di wilayah Kabupaten Murung Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengkomparasikan capaian pendidikan di tahun 2017 dan tahun 2019 dan pendekatan teoretis menggunakan teori strukturasi Anthony Giddens. Berdasarkan kajian, ditemukan bahwa perangkat daerah menjadi agen perubahan dengan melakukan inisiatif di luar koridor kebijakan untuk melaksanakan program berupa pendekatan kultural ke masyarakat. Dari sisi sosiologi pemerintahan, sifat kebijakan yang formal diupayakan untuk memiliki kesan nonformal dan lekat dengan masyarakat melalui pencantuman nomenklatur lokal.
