Abstract

English: Law No. 33 of 2004 is a source of legal basis used as a guideline in the process of issuing regional bonds. This study discusses issues related to the issuance of regional bonds in Indonesia, particularly in the provinces of Central Java, West Sumatra, and West Kalimantan. In connection with the issuance of regional bonds, to date there are now regions that issue regional bonds including of Central Java, West Sumatra, and West Kalimantan. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the problems that form the basis of the issue of bonds in the region. Researchers use descriptive analysis method that can indicate the level of income and finance of the provinces of Central Java, West Sumatra, West Kalimantan where the region has met the requirements to issue regional bonds. While the SWOT analysis conducted in the area, each region still has many obstacles in the process of issuing regional bonds, one of which is the problem in human resources (SDM). Keywords: Regional Bonds, Regional Development, SWOT. Indonesia: Undang-undang No. 33 tahun 2004 merupakan sumber dasar hukum yang dijadikan pedoman dalam proses penerbitan obligasi daerah. Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan terkait penerbitan obligasi daerah di Indonesia, khususnya pada provinsi Jawa Tengah, Sumatra Barat, dan Kalimantan Barat. Berkaitan dengan penerbitan obligasi daerah, sampai saat ini belum ada daerah yang menerbitkan obligasi daerah termasuk Jawa Tengah, Sumatra Barat, dan Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut permasalahan yang menjadi dasar tidak terbitnya obligasi didaerah tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif yang dapat menunjukan tingkat pendapatan dan keuangan provinsi Jawa Tengah, Sumatra Barat, Kalimantan Barat dimana daerah tersebut sudah memenuhi syarat untuk melakukan penerbitan obligasi daerah. Sedangkan analisis SWOT yang dilakukan pada daerah tersebut, masing-masing daerah masih memiliki banyak kendala dalam proses penerbitan obligasi daerah salah satunya yaitu permasalahan pada sumber daya manusianya (SDM). Kata Kunci: Obligasi Daerah, Perkembangan Daerah, SWOT.

Abstract

With today's economic developments, Brilink has emerged as an initiative to provide more efficient and flexible services to the community. Brilink represents a collaboration between Bank BRI and its customers. Within its system, once a partnership is established and officially incorporated into a single corporation, it facilitates ease of transactions both within the same bank and across different banks. This service benefits customers and other parties wishing to conduct transactions without the cumbersome process of visiting a bank directly. This paper aims to elaborate on fund transfers via Brilink and analyze transactions in the context of the wakalah bil ujrah contract. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the study’s findings indicate that fund transfer transactions through Brilink do not constitute riba or usury from an Islamic perspective. This is primarily because the contract is based on mutual consent, involves no coercion, and is mutually beneficial. It also ensures transparency, wherein the customer pays a fee to the agent for the transactional services provided. This payment represents voluntary assistance or a form of mutual aid

Abstract

UMKM merupakan suatu bentuk usaha kecil masyarakat yang pendiriannya berdasarkan inisiatif seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana cara membuat UMKM naik kelas dengan pengembangan melalui digital marketing dan sikap kewirausahaan Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan umlah informan sebanyak 3 informan yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Jekulo, Kabupaten Kudus dengan waktu observasi sekitar 30 menit. Teknik sampling yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan media digital telah meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan menghasilkan lebih banyak penjualan. Sikap kewirausahaan Islam dan etika berkaitan karena etika mengungkapkan tingkat tanggung jawab seseorang. Dalam berwirausaha harus menerapkan tekad yang kuat, sikap rajin dan cekatan serta kejujuran. Sikap yang lebih baik akan menghasilkan lebih banyak pendapatan. Maka dari itu harus dilakukan pengembangan terhadap UMKM di Kecamatan Jekulo, Kabupaten Kudus. Pengembangan UMKM tersebut  dapat dilakukan melalui digital marketing dan juga diikuti dengan menerapkan sikap kewirausahaan Islam.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine financial incentives, employee performance, and work engagement; the influence of financial incentives on employee performance; the influence of financial incentives on work engagement; the influence of work engagement on employee performance; and to find out whether work engagement mediates financial incentives on the performance of BMT Usaha Artha Sejahtera Pamotan employees. This research is quantitative. The sample used in this research was employees at BMT Usaha Artha Sejahtera Pamotan. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software program version 26. Financial incentive variable is in the good category, employee performance is in the high category, and work engagement is in the very high category. The results of this research show that financial incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Financial incentives have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work engagement can mediate the effect of financial incentives on employee performance. This research makes a new contribution by emphasizing the importance of work as a mediating variable in the context of providing financial incentives, an approach that has rarely been researched in depth in the microfinance sector. Thus, these findings are relevant for the development of more effective human resource management strategies, especially in the cooperative sector and microfinance institutions.

Abstract

The presence of digital banks currently provides new challenges for conventional banks. Bank operations are required to adapt to technological developments. If the customer cannot follow it, the bank will be abandoned by the customer. The purpose of this study is to explore the innovations made by Indonesian Sharia Banks in dealing with digital bank attacks. Digital services through Additive models and transformational models have been carried out, but the results are not optimal. This study uses interview data sourced from managers and frontliners of Indonesian Sharia Banks. This research approach uses a qualitative method with a case study strategy. The results of this study indicate that in optimizing branchless banking, Indonesian Sharia Banks provides account opening services through mobile banking. Another finding is that Indonesian Islamic Banks use the Gardening Strategy. The recommendation from this research is to improve branchless banking services through BSI Smart.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of sharia compliance and service quality on customer loyalty, with a focus on the mediating role of digital banking services. A quantitative research approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) for data analysis. Data were collected from 206 valid respondents, Generation Z users of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Mobile, out of 300 distributed questionnaires. The findings reveal that sharia compliance does not have a direct impact on customer loyalty but exerts an indirect influence through the use of BSI Mobile services. This is supported by the dominant response indicating that BSI Mobile facilitates the distribution of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh. However, other findings show that many respondents remain uncertain about BSI’s business activities, leading to doubts about its adherence to halal practices and avoidance of usury (riba). In terms of service quality, BSI has delivered services as promised, and digital banking has enhanced customer convenience by enabling remote interaction with the bank. The study concludes that sharia compliance, in the absence of tangible evidence, does not directly influence customer loyalty. It is recommended that Sharia-compliant banks increase public education and outreach regarding the benefits of their business operations and ensure that sharia principles are more visibly implemented through digital banking services.

Abstract

Abstrak Di era digital yang semakin berkembang, perbankan syariah pun turut bertransformasi dengan menghadirkan layanan mobile banking berbasis aplikasi. Salah satunya adalah Byond dari Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), yang tidak hanya menawarkan fitur keuangan, tetapi juga sosial dan spiritual dalam satu platform. Namun, seberapa besar minat generasi muda untuk menggunakannya masih menjadi pertanyaan penting. Penelitian ini mencoba menjawab hal tersebut dengan mengkaji bagaimana persepsi terhadap manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi Byond memengaruhi minat pengguna untuk menggunakannya. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), data dikumpulkan dari 80 responden Generasi Z di wilayah Kudus, Pati, Jepara, dan Demak. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik persepsi manfaat maupun persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan aplikasi ini, dengan kemudahan sebagai faktor yang paling dominan. Temuan ini menjadi cermin bahwa generasi muda lebih tertarik pada teknologi yang praktis, mudah digunakan, dan tetap relevan dengan nilai-nilai syariah. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan fitur aplikasi harus terus diarahkan pada kebutuhan nyata pengguna, terutama dalam hal kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan. Kata kunci: Byond BSI, persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, minat, TAM Abstract In today’s digital era, Islamic banking is also evolving by offering mobile banking services through modern applications. One of them is Byond by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), a superapp that blends financial, social, and spiritual features into a single platform. Yet, a key question remains: how interested are young people in actually using it? This study explores how perceived usefulness and ease of use influence user interest in the Byond app. Using a quantitative method and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, data were gathered from 80 Generation Z respondents across Kudus, Pati, Jepara, and Demak. The analysis reveals that both perceived usefulness and ease of use significantly impact users' interest, with ease of use emerging as the stronger factor. These findings highlight that young users are drawn to technology that is simple, accessible, and aligned with Islamic values. As such, the development of digital banking services must stay user-centered ensuring practicality and purpose in every feature offered. Abstract

The increasing use of digital transactions among students encourages more practical financial patterns, but is prone to triggering consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, financial literacy that has not been fully implemented is an obstacle in controlling the urge to digital consumption. This study aims to analyze the effect of cashless society and financial literacy on consumptive behavior with self-control as an intervening variable. The quantitative descriptive associative research approach using SEM-PLS on FEBI UIN Sunan Kudus Students. The results of the study indicate that cashless society has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, while financial literacy does not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Cashless society also does not affect self-control, but financial literacy has a positive effect on self-control. Self-control has a positive effect on consumptive behavior and mediates the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior, but does not mediate the effect of cashless society on consumptive behavior. Further research is recommended to expand the scope of the population and respondent area, use a mixed methods approach, and add other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust and service quality on the loyalty of BSI Mobile Banking users, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on IAIN Kudus students as active users of BSI Mobile. The associative quantitative method was used in this study, with data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS software. The results showed that trust had a significant effect on loyalty, while service quality did not have a significant effect. Customer satisfaction as an intervening variable also did not have a significant effect on user loyalty. This study provides new insights for the development of mobile banking applications based on trust and quality service in the context of Islamic banking.
