Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar telah ditetapkan oleh Mendikbud RI Nadiem Makarim sejak Desember 2019. Namun, pemerintah kurang memaksimalkan strategi penerapan kebijakan pendidikan sehingga banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami tentang konsep Merdeka Belajar. Padahal, peran pemerintah dalam melaksanakan strategi penerapan kebijakan, pemahaman dan tanggapan yang baik dari masyarakat khususnya para pelaku pendidikan seperti guru, siswa, dosen dan mahasiswa dapat mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan sebuah kebijakan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan beragam persepsi calon guru PAI tentang konsep pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik penggumpulan data berupa angket terbuka dan studi literatur. Subjek penelitian adalah para calon guru PAI dan berbagai sumber pustaka mengenai Merdeka Belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) reponden memiliki beragam persepsi mengenai konsep Merdeka Belajar, yang dapat dideskripsikan sebagai berikut: 52% (mayoritas) calon guru PAI memahami Merdeka Belajar sebagai kebijakan yang hanya berisi tentang penghapusan UN serta konsep belajar tanpa dibebani oleh capaian skor, 30% (hampir setengah) calon guru PAI memahami Merdeka Belajar sebagai konsep inovasi pendidikan yang memberi kebebasan pengembangan potensi guru serta siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar tanpa melewati rambu-rambu hukum pendidikan di Indonesia serta 18% (minoritas) calon guru PAI belum mengetahui mengenai konsep pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar; (2) Merdeka Belajar dianggap sebagai kebijakan yang baik dan perlu dicoba untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia, mereka berharap pemerintah dapat mengoptimalkan tahap sosialisasi, piloting serta desiminasi dari penerapan Merdeka Belajar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan hijau pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi biodiesel sebagai solusi atas masalah ketergantungan Indonesia pada minyak bumi dan dampak lingkungannya. Selain itu, minyak goreng sawit yang digunakan menyebabkan residu minyak jelantah berlimpah, memperburuk pencemaran lingkungan di Indonesia. Data menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kasus TBC di Indonesia yang terkait langsung dengan tingginya polusi udara, salah satunya dari emisi bahan bakar fosil. Penggunaan biodiesel dapat mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca dan partikulat, serta mengurangi polusi udara sehingga potensial untuk menurunkan kasus TBC. Memanfaatkan limbah minyak jelantah Indonesia untuk biodiesel dapat mengurangi ketergantungan pada minyak bumi serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif interpretatif ini menghasilkan solusi konkret dan mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) di Indonesia. Gagasan ini memberikan inspirasi bagi mahasiswa biologi untuk mengubah minyak jelantah menjadi biodiesel yang berpotensi menurunkan kasus TBC dan mengurangi penggunaan bahan bakar fosil. Selain itu, pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi biodiesel dapat menambah keterampilan bioentrepreneur bagi mahasiswa.

This research aims to develop a virtual laboratory Android application entitled "Bacterial Culture" as an innovative learning media in Microbiology courses. This application simulates the bacterial culture process, including media preparation, sterilization techniques, inoculation, and analysis of results. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the Borg and Gall model which was adapted into six stages. The design validation stage includes validation of media and material experts, namely microbiology lecturers and small group trials involving third semester Biology Education students at IAIN Kudus. The results of expert validation by microbiology course lecturers show that this media obtained a validity score of 91.6% (very valid), and practicality testing by 3rd semester students obtained a score of 61.6% (Special). These findings indicate that the virtual laboratory "Bacterial Culture" is a learning medium that can support students' understanding of bacterial culture practicum before carrying out practicum in the laboratory. This study contributes to the progress of technology-based education which is aligned with the Independent Campus Learning Curriculum (MBKM).

Penggunaan metode dalam suatu pembelajaran merupakan hal terpenting untuk kelancaran proses pembelajaran. Dengan metode yang tepat akan menjadikan pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan dan siswa akan memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik daripada sebelum menggunakan metode yang sesuai, dalam hal ini metode yang dipakai yaitu metode karya wisata. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ketepatan penggunaaan metode karya wisata pada mata pelajaran agama pada jenjang pendidikan MI dan bisa berkontribusi besar pada dunia pendidikan, khususnya pada MI Nahjatul Falah Bulumanis Kidul Margoyoso Pati sehingga pembelajaran akan lebih berwarna dan tidak akan menjadi jenuh karena kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu tidak hanya di dalam kelas, tetapi juga di luar kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode karyawisata dalam materi agama merupakan langkah yang paling tepat, karena dengan karyawisata siswa dapat diperkenalkan secara langsung adanya benda-benda ciptaan Allah, benda-benda buatan manusia beserta fungsinya, anak juga tahu adanya wali-wali Allah, serta tahu bahwa sebagai makhluk Allah sudah seharusnya mempunyai sikap mencintai lingkungannya dan bisa memanfaatkannya secara maksimal.Â

Pembelajaran sangat membutuhkan lesson plan, terutama untuk materi yang sulit dan abstrak seperti pada materi hereditas. Padahal materi tersebut sangat dekat dengan kehidupan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan lesson plan yang praktis pada materi hereditas di tingkat SMA/MA. Penelitian ini adalah jenis RnD dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Lokasi penelitian di MAN Demak dengan subjek penelitian guru biologi dan siswa. Sampel diambil dari siswa kelas XII IPA-1. Data penelitian berasal dari pengamatan di lokasi dengan menganalisis keterlaksanaan lesson plan dan kelengkapan lesson plan dengan form analisis kelayakan RPP. Analisis data menggunakan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis kelengkapan lesson plan sebesar 100% dan langkah-langkah dalam lesson plan terlaksana dengan persentase 78,26%. Sehingga lesson plan berbasis model example non example pada materi hereditas adalah layak untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan guru dalam mengembangkan lesson plan berbasis model example non example yang layak.

Limited laboratory facilities and suboptimal practical activities are problems in biology education, particularly in biotechnology classes in high schools. To address these issues, this study aims to develop an educational medium in the form of a virtual laboratory based on Islamic values for biotechnology material in high schools. This research and development (R&D) employed the 4D development model, which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that the feasibility level, as assessed by the media validation test, reached 88%, the material expert validation test reached 90%, and the Islamic values expert validation test reached 92%, each falling into the “highly valid/highly feasible” category. The practicality test by teachers scored 84%, and the practicality test by students scored 80.3%, both categorized as “practical/feasible.” These findings indicate that the virtual laboratory based on Islamic values in biotechnology material at the high school level is considered practical and feasible for use in learning. It is expected that this virtual laboratory can serve as an innovative learning medium for teachers and students.

One of the waste that is often found is organic waste. The existence of this waste needs to be handled so that it does not pollute the environment and has more use value. Through proper processing, organic waste can be used as organic fertilizer and biogas. One of the techniques used for this processing is to use the submarine bioreactor technique. This study aims to explore the processing of organic waste in Ngemplak Kidul Margoyoso Pati Village using the submarine bioreactor technique. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach and then analyzed descriptively. The stages of processing organic waste with the submarine bioreactor technique are enumeration, then the stage of producing decomposers, the stage of producing fertilizer and the stage of producing biogas. The advantage of this submarine bioreactor technique is that if a leak occurs it can be detected and can distribute gas over long distances and is safe in its use. Even though it takes a long time and costs a lot, this bioreactor is proven to be able to produce effective fertilizer and biogas for large quantities of plants. After this research, it is hoped that it will provide an overview of waste processing using the submarine bioreactor technique and can become a reference for village governments or other institutions to implement in their area as a solution for organic waste processing.

Fauna in the soil is a bioindicator that has a sensitive response to land management and climate. Good correlation between fauna and soil properties allows ecologists to explain land management with good productivity and health. The aim of the study was to determine the types of soil macrofauna, ecological parameters, species diversity index, and species evenness index found in cassava plantation areas. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted on 13-15 May 2023 using the Pit Fall Trap method. The results showed that there were several types of soil macrofauna found, namely Anoplolepis gracilipes, Gryllus campetis, Onthophagus trancapicus, Onthophagus trituber, Pachycondyla, Toxorhynchites, and Achatina fulica. Soil macrofauna ecological parameters are: (1) Density ranges from 0.008 ind/m² - 0.834 ind/m². (2) The frequency ranges from 0.82 – 8.34. (3) The Important Value Index (INP) of soil macrofauna in the cassava plantation area is Anoplolepis gracilipes 84.3% which is the highest. The Shannon-Wiener species diversity index (H') is in the low species diversity category with a value of 0.695547. High soil pH test results mean that the soil is classified as fertile soil. The conclusion of this study is that the diversity index of soil macrofauna found in cassava plantation areas is very influential with soil pH.

Boiling water waste from meat is often considered as useless waste, whereas it can be utilized as a potential source to support plant growth. The aim of this research is to identify the potential of meat boiling water waste as a nutrient source for plants, as well as to evaluate its impact on plant growth and soil quality. This study was conducted using a systematic literature review method, which involved the collection and analysis of various previous studies relevant to the researched topic. Through this literature review, it was found that meat boiling water contains essential nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients that can enhance soil fertility and support plant growth. The research results indicate that the use of meat boiling water can contribute to plant growth, although there are potential negative impacts such as microbial contamination, nutrient excess or fat deposition if not managed properly. This research is expected to serve as an alternative organic fertilizer that can support sustainable agriculture, provided that it is managed correctly and considers risk factors. These findings provide new insights into waste management in the agricultural sector, with the hope of reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers and providing environmentally friendly solutions. In conclusion, meat boiling water waste has the potential to be a useful nutrient source for plants; however, careful management is required to minimize its negative impacts. Further research is needed to optimize the use of this waste in sustainable agriculture.
