Abstract

Financial distress is a phase that precedes the state in which a business faces incapacity or failure, which can even lead to bankruptcy. If a company experiences a lack of funds for internal financing, a solution can be found by utilising debt as a source of external funding from other parties. Business failure and the risk of bankruptcy are often fears in a competitive business environment. Financial distress arises when a company is unable to fulfil its payment obligations or repay its debts. For internal companies, bankruptcy analysis is useful as an early warning against potential bankruptcy, providing an opportunity to maintain business continuity or sustainability. Therefore, the risk of bankruptcy can be minimised through proper analysis, allowing for a quick improvement. Some commonly used models to analyse corporate financial distress include the Altman, Springate, and Zmijewsk models. This study aims to analyse and identify the influence of fundamental factors represented by ratios, such as ROA Ratio, Current Ratio, and Firm Value, on the condition of Financial Distress in mining sector stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Current Ratio has no effect on Firm Value. ROA has no effect on Financial Distress. Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on. Financial Distress, Financial Distress has a significant positive effect on Firm Value. Financial distresscannot mediate the relationship of Profitability (ROA) to Firm Value. Financial distress cannot mediate the relationship of Liquidity (Current Ratio) to Firm Value.

Abstract

In the era of rapid digitalization, the need for a fast, easy, cheap, safe and reliable payment system is becoming increasingly important. The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), launched by Bank Indonesia, is here as an innovative solution to support non-cash transactions in various economic sectors. In its use, there are 3 (three) main aspects that are of concern to the public and business actors, namely the level of trust, the amount of transaction costs, and the convenience of QRIS users. In addition, the number of merchants, both street vendors and managed MSMEs who use and accept QRIS as a non-cash (digital) payment tool has also grown rapidly. According to data sources from Bank Indonesia (BI) until the end of the first quarter of 2025 (March 2025), QRIS consumer users reached 56.3 million people, while the number of Merchants (QRIS Receiving Merchants) was 38.1 million, most of which were MSMEs. Bank Indonesia is targeting that by the end of 2025 the number of QRIS consumer users will reach 58 million. The figures above show the large penetration and market share of QRIS in Indonesia both in terms of consumer users and merchants, this phenomenon indicates that the trust variable, transaction cost variable and convenience variable have a positive and significant effect on the increase in the number of consumers and merchants using QRIS, this proves that the adoption process of non-cash (digital) payment systems using QRIS is increasingly massive and inclusive until the end of the first quarter of 2025 (March 2025).

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to empower informal workers and learning sector facilitators by strengthening the individual potential of the Indonesian Community Association (PERMAI) Pulau Pinang with a differentiated learning approach that favors the informal sector workers themselves, as well as an effort to adapt the adjustment process to the work community which exists. With minimal levels of education and skills, these job seekers have to compete with each other. To alleviate poverty, the government implemented a program to place Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) abroad. The government's role in this program is focused on aspects of training, protection and providing various conveniences to related parties, especially TKI and Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Services Companies (PJTKI). Stage 1: Map and collect data on initial partner conditions; Stage 2, Socialization through discussions with partners regarding implementation preparations, implementation time, members involved and service topics at Partners; Stage 3: Training and empowerment of differentiated learning and learning pattern approaches that focus on increasing productivity levels; Stage 4: Assistance in implementing learning approaches to learning patterns that favor increasing productivity levels; Stage 5: monitor and evaluate all partner activities; Stage 6: Follow-up on program implementation

Abstract

Objective: The objective of this research is to evaluate and analyze the impact of effective good corporate governance and knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, this research also investigated the mediating role of job satisfaction.Methodology: This research involved the saturated sample of 179 employees. Quantitative analysis was carried out through a survey approach using questionnaires and the Smart-PLS model structural analysis method.Findings: An interesting finding in this research is that consistent and structured implementation of GCG has been able to improve organizational performance by reaching the right people through the right channels in a short time. Therefore, employee job satisfaction is no longer the dominant factor in this research. Conclusion: Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive influence on Good Corporate Governance and knowledge management. The implementation of good corporate governance and well-functioning knowledge management makes a positive contribution to the level of job satisfaction. Even though job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, job satisfaction does not act as an intermediary in the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In contrast, in the knowledge management framework, job satisfaction plays a role as a mediator that connects the influence of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior.
