Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan semakin banyaknya informasi yang tersedia, hal tersebut dapat mempermudah seseorang dalam melakukan penjiblakan suatu karya tulis. Perkembangan computer yang meluas dan peran computer dalam mengolah informasi dengan memiliki fasilitas copy-paste (salin-tempel) yang memudahkan dalam pengolahan data sesuai dengan kebutuhan misalnya dalam memenuhi tugas kuliah, membuat paper, membuat tugas akhir dan sebagainya. Hal ini tentunya sangat berpotensi seseorang melakukan penjiblakan dari suatu karya tulis atau sering disebut melakukkan plagiat. Plagiarism atau sering disebut plagiat adalah penjiblakan atau pengambilan karya, karangan, pendapat dan sebagainya dari orang lain dan mengakui seolah-olah karangan dan pendapatnya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pembuatan sebuah aplikasi pencarian kemiripan dokumen teks pada pengajuan topic skripsi dengan menggunakan algoritma rabin-karp yang dapat membantu pihak kampus dalam mengecek plagiarisme atau kemiripan topic yang diajukan dengan Skripsi yang sudah ada. Sistem yang dibangun memungkinkan untuk menampilkan hasil pendeteksian dari isi dokumen yang dicarikan kemiripannya. Dengan adanya aplikasi pencarian kemiripan tugas akhir ini diharapkan nantinya dapat membantu pihak STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura khususnya bagian jurusan dalam mengecek kesamaan atau kemiripan dari pengajuan topik tugas akhir mahasiswa. Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students from year to year in the department of informatics in the course of data structure affect the learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to know the difference between Student Learning Result between Using Mobile Media Learning application with Conventional Learning. Using a Quasi-Experimental Design. The sampling technique used is Cluster Purposive Sampling. Samples were divided into two groups: experimental groups taught using media mobile learning apps, and control groups taught using conventional learning. The test result data were tested using the Shapiro-Wilk test to know the data normality, F test for data homogeneity, and t-test to know the difference of learning result value with significant level (α = 0.05). Based on the data analysis result, a normality test result with the Shapiro-Wilk test obtained the value of both groups of samples is the normal distribution and the result of the F test is homogeneous. T-test result obtained by probability = 1.830 with α = 0.05 so probability value <α = 0.05 which means H0 is rejected, hence there is the difference of result of student learning between using application of Mobile learning media with conventional learning

Abstract

Cabai merah atau Capsicum Annuum L merupakan salah satu tumbuhan dari jenis buah-buahan yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus dalam pertumbuhanya. Tanaman inimembutuhkan  kelembaban  tanah  yaitu  70%  -  80%  dan  suhu  udara  yaitu  24°  -  28°Csehingga  dibutuhkan  pemantauan  kelembaban  tanah  dan  suhu  udara  secara  langsung setiap hari untuk menjaga kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara agar tetap pada yang dibutuhkan, jika kelembaban tanah suhu udara tidak sesuai maka tanaman ini tidak dapat tumbuh  dengan  baik  atau  bisa  menyebabkan  terjadi  gagal  panen.  Oleh  karena  itu, dirancang suatu sistem purwarupa Smart Farming berbasis IoT yang dapat melakukan pengendalian dan monitoring   kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh tanaman cabai merah. Sistem ini dapat menyiramkan tanaman ketika kelembaban  tanah  kurang  dari  70%,  mengendalikan  suhu  udara  menggunakan  kipas dengan metode fuzzy dan menampilkan nilai yang telah dibaca sensor pada antarmuka android.

Abstract

Improving the quality of lecturers include in Tri Darma of University, they are: teaching, research and community service. These activities are fully managed by research and community service units or institutions in each university. University of Yapis Papua has a work unit that manages these activities, it called Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3-M), where the process of managing research and community service activities is not yet fully integrated and well-documented. This study aims to create information system of activity management from P3-M unit at University of Yapis Papua. This information system will be used, the management of activities research and community service includes administrative data for submitting activity proposals, and reporting results. It hopes can be coordinated well. The methods were used waterfall as a system development method, Unifield Modeling Language (UML) for system design, and pieces method for problem analysis. The result of this study is produce a web-based information system with several menus that could help P3-M University of Yapis Papua.

Abstract

Information technology is currently growing rapidly. Computers as information technology tools play an important role in solving data processing problems. Therefore, many companies are using information technology to improve enterprise data management. One of them is GAPEKSINDO Association. It is the organization of companies in construction services. In collecting data and processing business entity data, the companies will apply for Business Certificate, Gapeksindo Association in Papua have the problems, they are data collection and data processing is still using Excel. The weakness use Excel is the data storage can be accidentally deleted and search data will take a long time. Based on the problems above, information system is needed to support Papua Gapeksindo Association in collecting data and processing business data. It can provide convenience in collecting data and processing business data, ensuring security in storing data and it will be stored in database. This information system based on web by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method. The development method using the Waterfall method and the testing method using Black Box.

Abstract

Information Systems study program is one of the study program at the Yapis University of Papua. One of its academic activities, the processing of the Final Project, has not utilized technology optimally which the collection of final project documents are still in print out. This becomes problems faced by study program administrations such as limited storage space, damage and loss of documents, besides that the costs incurred by students are quite large for printing documents. The purpose of this study is to create an integrated final project management system so that it can facilitate the work of all parties that are directly related to student final project management. The analysis method used in this research is the PIECES method, the UML method as the system design, the waterfall as the development method and the Black box testing method used as testing method. For the data collection process, this research uses interview, observation and literature study techniques. The result of this research is a Final Project Management Information System which aims to make easier for students in managing their Final Projects and for facilitate the study program in managing student Final Projects

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the 2019 simultaneous village head elections in Indonesia, and how the challenges of implementing the 2019 simultaneous village head elections in Indonesia. This research uses literature research method with deriftive approach of analysis. The conclusion of this paper is the implementation of simultaneous village head elections in 2019 in Indonesia there are still differences in administrative requirements, caused by differences in the rule of law at the district level, be it the regulation of the selection of village heads in district regulations and at the technical level of regent regulations on the technical implementation of regional head elections. In addition, the challenges in the implementation of village head elections are on voter data collection, regulation of dispute resolution of village head elections, and money politics.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is an interactive information system that provides information, models and manipulates information, or helps someone make accurate and targeted decisions. So a decision support system is needed to determine the eligibility of customers to take home equity loans (HPR). In this study, the Comprehensive Assessment Method or WASPAS is used to determine the eligibility of prospective mortgage holders. Several criteria are used to make decisions, including age, income, debt, occupation, and credit rating.

Abstract

Virgana Putra Perkasa merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bagian konstruksi dalam bidang infrastuktur. Perusahaan tersebut merupakan salah satu pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap BBM. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada penelitian ini adalah sering terjadinya kehabisan stok BBM dan pengolahan data persediaan BBM dalam perusahaan tersebut selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual dan prosesnya terjadi dua kali, yaitu dimana proses pencatatan dan perhitungan data BBM yang keluar dan data BBM yang masuk masih dilakukan dengan cara dicatat dalam kartu stok, kemudian dibackup kedalam aplikasi Microsoft Excel, sehingga cenderung membuat kinerjanya menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Karena itu diperlukan Sistem Inventory Bahan Bakar Minyak Pada PT. Virgana Putra Perkasa Berbasis Android dengan menggunakan metode Reorder Point (ROP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall, metode perancangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), metode analisis sistem SWOT, sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan java, dan MYSQL sebagai database, metode Pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sistem yang memudahkan perusahaan dalam mengendalikan persediaan stok BBM yang tersedia di gudang logistik dan perusahaan tidak akan mengalami kehabisan stok karena sistem ini menggunakan metode ROP yang dapat membantu perusahaan melakukan perhitungan yang tepat untuk melakukan pemesanan BBM kembali.

Abstract

Madrasas have a crucial role in providing a strong foundation for individual development and societal progress. Madrasas have an important role in teaching critical skills and information literacy. In this digital age, information is abundant and easily accessible to anyone. Madrasas in the digital age must encourage creativity and collaboration. Optimizing learning by integrating technology is something that millennial teachers hope to implement. By utilizing information technology and integrating it in learning, it will make it easier for teachers to convey knowledge. Apart from that, learning can be more fun and interactive. In facing the challenges of the digital age, madrasas have an important role in preparing future generations and fueling the spirit of innovation. One of the main challenges facing madrasas in the digital age is the digital divide among students. Not all students have access to the necessary technology or internet connection outside the madrasah environment. This research is a library study research, by looking at literary sources, books, notes, and various reports related to the problem to be solved. This research discusses the importance of integrating technology in education, the challenges faced by madrasas in adopting technology for learning, and the importance of facing the digital age in madrasas.
