Abstract

One of the efforts in the physical education learning process to improve students' abilities is through volleyball learning by learning basic passing techniques. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the application of the STAD and Jigsaw cooperative learning models in improving volleyball passing abilities in class VIII students of SMPN 3 Darangdan Purwakarta. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an experimental design. The results of the analysis showed an increase in posttest scores in the class with the STAD learning model, with an average N-Gain score of 0.760 (> 0.7) and an N-Gain percentage of 76.02%, which is classified as effective. Meanwhile, the class with the Jigsaw learning model obtained an average N-Gain score of 0.437 (< 0.7) and an N-Gain percentage of 43.69%, which is included in the fairly effective category. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that both learning models have an effect on improving volleyball passing abilities, with the effectiveness of the STAD model being higher than the Jigsaw model.

Abstract

The people of Waringinkarya village still do not understand how to properly implement physical fitness, and they also engage in irregular and unstructured physical activities, resulting in many mistakes in applying habits in fitness activities. This community service programme provides understanding and guidance on how to properly and correctly implement physical fitness activities. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge and insight related to understanding how to carry out proper and correct physical fitness activities. The participants of this activity are residents of Waringinkarya village, with a total of 30 participants. The methods used in this activity include interviews, socialisation, and training. Data collection was carried out by distributing activity questionnaires. This activity increased the knowledge of the women's exercise group about physical fitness in performing physical fitness activities. This community service activity ran well and there was an increase in participants' understanding of how to perform good and proper physical fitness activities, as experienced by the participants, namely before participating in the activity with a pre-test score of 10.9 and after participating in the activity with a post-test score of 17.3. There was a 32% increase in understanding of physical fitness activities. The implementation of this community service activity has helped to raise awareness of the importance of maintaining health and fitness and has encouraged the community to engage in physical fitness activities.   Masyarakat Desa Waringinkarya masih belum memahami tentang pelaksanaan kebugaran jasmani dengan baik, dan juga masyarakatnya dalam melakukan aktivitas gerak tidak teratur dan terstruktur sehingga masih banyak yang salah dalam menerapkan pola pembiasaan dalam aktivitas kebugaran. Program pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman dan bagaimana pelaksanaan melakukan aktivitas kebugaran jasmani yang baik dan benar. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan terkait pemahaman dalam melaksanakan aktivitas kebugaran jasmani yang baik dan benar. Peserta kegiatan merupakan masyarakat desa Waringinkarya dengan jumlah peserta 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi wawancara, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket/kuesioner kegiatan. Kegiatan ini menambah pengetahuan kelompok ibu-ibu senam tentang kebugaan jasmani dalam melakukan aktivitas kebugaran jasmani. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan dengan baik dan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai bagaimana melakukan aktivitas kebugaran yang baik dan benar yang dialami peserta yaitu sebelum mengikuti kegiatan dengan hasil pre test 10,9 dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan setelah post test 17.3. Terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman aktivitas kebugaran jasmani sebesar 32%. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran diri pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan kebugaran dan adanya kesungguhan pada masyarakat untuk melaksanakan aktivitas kebugaran jasmani.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the skills of playing volleyball in the selection participants of the regional student sports week (POPDA). Descriptive quantitative research approach. This research method is a survey with a volleyball playing skills test. The population of all POPDA selection participants amounted to 172 people. The sample was taken with simple random sampling technique, totaling 120 people consisting of setter 30, libero 16, middle block 34, opposite 16, and outside hitter 34. The results of the study of volleyball playing skills of POPDA selection participants were in the "good enough" category as much as 45%. The skill of playing the setter position is in the "not good" category as much as 50%. The playing skills of the libero position are in the "good" and "good enough" categories as much as 38%. The skill of playing the middle block position is in the "good enough" category as much as 41%. The skill of playing the opposite position is in the "good enough" category as much as 38%. The skill of playing the outside hitter position is in the "good enough" category as much as 35%. The conclusion is that playing skills are a combination of basic techniques, tactics, and strategies, participants must improve basic techniques and also tactics and strategies need to be honed again.

Abstract

The problem with this research is that physical conditions are very low and there are differences in the physical conditions of students participating in volleyball extracurriculars. The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical condition and differences in the physical condition of female students who take part in extracurricular volleyball. The method in this research is a quantitative approach. Population 30 students of Man 3 and 22 SMAN 1. Determination of non-probability sampling using purpose sampling technique. The research instruments used in this research were tests and measurements of physical condition. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests. The research results showed that there was an average (mean) of 75.54 for MAN 3 and 78.23 for SMAN 1, with a difference of 2.72, and there was no significant difference between the physical conditions of female students who took part in extracurricular volleyball based on the results of data analysis. and test prerequisites. Having an average frequency distribution value with a class interval of 76-80 totaling 11 in the high category for MAN 3 Karawang and SMAN 1 Cabangbungin having an average frequency distribution value with a class interval of 73-78 totaling 8 in the low category. It was concluded that there was no significant difference between the physical conditions of female students who took part in volleyball extracurriculars.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the physical condition of students who take part in extracurricular volleyball at Pasundan Cilamaya Middle School. To answer the problem formulation that has been formulated, the author uses descriptive quantitative research, the method used in this research is parameter tests. This research was conducted at Pasundan Middle School by taking all the volleyball extracurricular athletes at Pasundan Middle School from classes VII, VIII and IX, totaling 24 people. The instrument used is a parameter test. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the physical condition of students who take part in extracurricular volleyball at Pasundan Cilamaya Middle School, the average results obtained from all students are, namely 2 people in the very low category, 4 people in the low category, 13 people in the medium category, 4 people in the high category, 1 person in the very high category. It can be concluded that the level of physical condition of students who take part in extracurricular volleyball at Pasundan Cilamaya Middle School is in the "Medium" category. Because students have just started training again and training at school and individually was stopped by the Covid pandemic, students experienced a drastic decline in their physical condition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap kemampuan passing bola voli pada peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Telagasari. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X SMAN 1 Telagasari. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling sehingga terdapat 1 kelas dengan jumlah peserta didik 35. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan instrumen tes Bready Wall Volley Test, Brumbach Froreams Pass Wall Volley Test dan juga penilaian gerak passing. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 2.6, ada 4 tahap analisis data, pertama deskriptif satatistik, uji normalitas dengan saphiro-wilks, uji homogenitas, dan terakhir uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired simpel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh penggunaan model discovery learning terhadap kemampuan passing bola voli pada peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Telagasari. Hasil tersebut ditunjukan dengan adanya hasil uji hipotesis dengan hasil sig.sebesar 0,000 yang menyatakan bahwa 0,000<0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dibuktikan bahwa model discovery learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing bola voli pada peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Telagasari

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap keterampilan tendangan samping (T) pada materi pembelajaran pencak silat di SMAN 2 Karawang. Dengan populasi seluruh siswa- siswi kelas 10 di SMAN 2 Karawang, dengan sampling yang di gunakan adalah kelas 10.7 dengan teknik pengambilan samplingnya yaitu dengan metode claster sampling dengan jumlah sampling sebanyak 35 siswa/i. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one grup pretest posttets. Instrumen yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu instrumen keterampilan tendangan samping(T) pencak silat. Analisis dari penelitian ini di bantu dengan menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS versi 26, dengan 4 tahapan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji nirmalitas dengan saphiro-wilks, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan metode uji berpasangan sederhana t-test. Dari data yang di ambil mendapatkan hasil adanya pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap peningkatan keterampilan tendangan samping(T) pencak silat pada peserta didik kelas 10.7 di SMAN 2 Karawang. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan adanya hasil uji hipoteis dengan sig. sebsar 0,000 yang menujukan bahwa hasil tersebut lebih kecil daro 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat bukti bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat berpengaruh terhadap eterampilan tendangan samping(T) pencak silat pada peserta didik kelas 10.7 di SMAN 2 karawang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran TGT terhadap motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran atletik lari jarak pendek. Penelitian ini bersifat pre-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest posttest design. Sampel ini dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan dengan pertemuan pertama (pretest) responden mengisi angket terkait motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran atletik lari jarak pendek, setelah itu melakukan pembelajaran atletik lari jarak pendek selama 6 kali pertemuan dengan treatment menggunakan model TGT terhadap pembelajaran tersebut, dan setelah itu pertemuan terakhir (posttest) responden mengisi angket yang sama terkait motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran atletik nomor  lari jarak pendek. Hasil pretest dan posttest analisis data dilakukan dengan uji hipotesis Paired Sampel T-test. Nilai motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran atletik lari jarak pendek setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT adanya peningkatan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah diperoleh hasil nilai posttest dari masing-masing isntrumen test memiliki hasil nilai uji Paired Sampel T-test dengan output œTest Statistic dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.005) maka kesimpulan yang diambil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari hasil pemberian perlakuan (treatment) berupa model pembelajaran TGT terhadap motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran atletik lari jarak pendek yang dilakukan di SMPN 1 Cikancung.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the difficulty in the ability of basic soccer techniques and the lack of motivation of students' enthusiasm for learning because of boring learning. This study aims to determine how much the influence of fundamental tournament models in improving the ability of basic soccer techniques of class XI students of SMAN 1 Tambun Utara in carrying out PE learning. This research is a quantitative study, using the quasi-experimental method or called a pseudo-experiment with a research instrument in the form of a test. The population of this study was 144 students. While the sample taken in this study using cluster random sampling, the sample size taken in this study amounted to 36 students in one class. Data collection using tests, with the instrument used in the form of a sports skills test sourced from Dr. M.E. Winarno, M.Pd (2012). Because the research data was not normally distributed, this data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study obtained the following conclusions: It is known, the results of the data analysis test using the wilcoxon test get positive ranks with mean rank = 18.50 and sum of ranks = 666.00 so there is a positive increase from pretest to posttest. Which means that there is a positive influence after applying the fundamental tournament learning model on basic techniques in learning soccer games at SMAN 1 Tambun Utara.
