Abstract

Konsumen anak mulai aktif membeli jajanan ketika memasuki usia sekolah sehingga bagi Taman Kanak-kanak, penting untuk menanamkan pembelajaran tentang jajanan sehat sebagai bekal ketika masuk sekolah dasar. Permasalahannya adalah sekolah belum memiliki materi jajanan sehat dalam materi ajar dan program edukasi jajanan sehat yang menarik bagi anak. Mitra program adalah sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak Yayasan Kolese St. Yusuf (Kosayu) Malang. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang jajanan, kantin dan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat, konten dan metode pengajaran dalam jajanan sehat, serta alat bantu pengajaran jajanan sekolah yang interaktif dan menarik bagi siswa yakni dengan food model. Hasil pelatihan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa sekolah dan para guru telah memahami pentingnya pembelajaran jajanan sehat dalam kurikulum, mampu membuat materi, metode dan model contoh belajar interaktif untuk siswa. Tindak lanjut dari pembelajaran ini adalah bahwa materi tentang jajanan sehat diadopsi dalam konten belajar/kurikulum sekolah.Kata-kata kunci: Jajanan sehat, Taman Kanak-Kanak, Media belajar interaktif, konsumen anak, sekolah Child consumers start actively buying snacks when entering school age so for kindergartens it is important to instill learning about healthy snacks as provisions when entering elementary school. The problem is that schools do not have healthy snacks in teaching materials and healthy snacks education programs that are attractive to children. The program partners are the Kindergarten College Foundation St. Yusuf (Kosayu) Malang. The purpose of this community service program is to provide training on snacks, canteens and a healthy school environment, content and teaching methods in healthy snacks, as well as interactive and interesting teaching tools for school snacks for students using food model. The training results obtained are that schools and teachers have understood the importance of learning healthy snacks in the curriculum, able to create interactive learning materials, methods and models for students. The follow up of this lesson is that material about healthy snacks is adopted in the learning content / school curriculum. Keywords: Healthy snacks, kindergarten, interactive learning media, child consumers, school

Abstract

Abstract. Information dissemination in village is an obligation which must be done from its local government to society. Demographic data and village profile should be written well to make people being able optimizing village market potential and beyond its environment. That phenomenon also happened in Petung Sewu Village, which is locate in Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang near by Universitas Ma Chung. This village approximately located 8 km from university. Thus, in this community service activity already done analyzing and data collection process until its accompaniment and installation of the system. Eventhough the result of aplication being built is far from perfect, however, all of the target from prior proposal already reached out. Abstrak. Sebaran informasi di lingkup desa merupakan sebuah kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh pihak perangkat desa ke masyarakat. Sebaran data demografi dan profil desa seharusnya mampu menjadikan masyarakat yang akan membuka usaha dapat memahami pasar dari lingkungan sekitarnya. Fenomena tersebut juga terjadi di desa Petung Sewu kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Desa Petung Sewu yang berlokasi kurang lebih hanya 8 km dari Universitas Ma Chung. Karenanya dalam aktifitas ini dilakukan analisis dan pengumpulan data untuk sistem informasi profil desa, dan pendampingan berupa instalasi hingga pelatihan setelah sistem selesai dibuat. Meski aplikasi belum mendekati ambang sempurna, namun target dari pelaksanaan aktifitas pengabdian telah tercapai sesuai dengan proposal yang ditetapkan

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of digital marketing strategies in a traditional grocery distributor in Malang, Indonesia, operating with conventional methods. The research, conducted from June to September 2023, follows an action research methodology encompassing identification, design, implementation, and evaluation stages. The initial identification phase, through interviews and observations, highlighted the distributor's limited customer reach, necessitating a digital marketing approach for market expansion. The subsequent design phase involved creating tailored content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, including product photos, videos, and storytelling in captions. The strategy implementation stage saw these plans executed, with significant content posted across platforms and the successful integration of an e-catalogue and Google Business for enhanced online visibility. The project evaluation revealed increased customer engagement on social media, indicating effective strategy implementation. However, challenges in quantitatively assessing direct sales impact due to the distributor's traditional operation model were noted. The study suggests that while immediate sales increases were not definitively measured, the strategy laid the groundwork for future growth and market expansion. The research highlights the importance of digital marketing for traditional businesses in adapting to the digital era and underscores the necessity of establishing clear KPIs for effective strategy evaluation..

Abstract

In the highly competitive landscape of higher education, institutions must provide quality services to attract and retain students. Continuous evaluation of student perceptions and satisfaction is crucial to ensure the sustainability and competitive edge of higher education institutions. This study aims to analyze the impact of Customer Experience and Trust on Customer Satisfaction, as well as the influence of Customer Satisfaction on Word of Mouth (WOM) within a university setting. This research is explanatory, employing quantitative methods and a survey approach. Data analysis was conducted using Descriptive Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that students have positive experiences with Ma Chung and trust the services provided by the faculty and staff, contributing to their overall satisfaction. These experiences and trust significantly influence students' tendencies to share positive information about Ma Chung with others (WOM). Additionally, Customer Experience and Trust also affect WOM through the mediation of Customer Satisfaction. Students' experiences and trust in Ma Chung's services significantly enhance their satisfaction, which in turn encourages them to recommend the university to others. This study highlights the importance of improving student experiences and trust to strengthen positive WOM.

Abstract

In the current digital era, viral marketing and brand awareness have become crucial strategies for companies to increase sales and attract consumer interest. This study aims to examine the impact of viral marketing and brand awareness on the purchase intentions of Mixue beverage consumers in Malang. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through surveys using questionnaires distributed to Mixue consumers in Malang. The data analysis results show that viral marketing has a significant positive effect on the purchase intentions of Mixue consumers in Malang. The higher the intensity of viral marketing, the greater the consumers' purchase intentions. Additionally, brand awareness also has a significant positive impact on purchase intentions. Consumers with high brand awareness tend to have higher purchase intentions for Mixue products. Simultaneous analysis indicates that viral marketing and brand awareness together significantly affect consumer purchase intentions. Therefore, it is essential for Mixue in Malang to effectively enhance viral marketing and brand awareness strategies to boost consumer purchase intentions. These strategies have proven effective in increasing the sales of Mixue products in Malang.

Abstract

To substantiate the performance of Ma Chung University educators, evidence is required, this study aims to ascertain and examine the impact of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of educators employed at Ma Chung University. The study population consisted of a total of 85 personnel who were educators at Ma Chung University. The sample size in this study consisted of 46 educational personnel who were distributed throughout multiple regions. Utilising multiple linear regression for data analysis approaches. The findings indicated that both work discipline and work motivation variables had a beneficial but statistically negligible impact on the performance of employees at Ma Chung University. Partial tests have shown that work discipline has a positive but minor impact on the performance of employees at Ma Chung University. On the other hand, work motivation has a favourable and large impact on the performance of these employees.
