Abstract

A caring attitude makes people able to help each other. If a caring attitude is used properly, humans will become more respectful to each other. Caring economics gives rise to a new outlook on economics that can build good qualities such as generosity, honesty, cooperation and mutual help. The aim of this research is to determine caring economics in the community in Samarinda. The subjects of this research are people who trade in the ijabah market and kedondong market. This type of research uses descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation and conclusions/verification. The research results show that traders in the Ijabah market and Kedondong market have implemented a caring economic attitude such as having a rational attitude in trading, being honest, generous, and contributing to each other with fellow traders out of a sense of humanity.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the low level of student learning activity in Social Sciences subjects. Therefore, the focus of research in this thesis is how teachers make efforts to improve learning activities. This research also aims to find out what efforts teachers have made to improve social studies learning activities in class VIII at SMPN 2 Telen. The type of research carried out was descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research were social studies teachers. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and interviewing social studies subject teachers. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the teacher's efforts to increase social studies learning activities in class VIII SMPN 2 Telen are reflected in his efforts as follows: (1) The teacher attracts students' attention, (2) The teacher motivates students before explaining the lesson material, (3) The teacher encourages students to be active during the learning process, (4) The teacher explains the basic competencies of the material to be discussed, (5) The teacher explains the objectives that must be achieved from the material being studied, (6) The teacher explains the competencies that students must have before starting the lesson , (7) The teacher provides an overview of the material that will be discussed, (8) The teacher tells students easy ways to understand the material, (9) The teacher uses interesting learning methods, (10) The teacher uses learning media according to the material being studied, ( 11) The teacher diligently asks students about the material studied, (12) The teacher responds to questions asked by his students, (13) The teacher conducts an evaluation at the end of the lesson and (14) The teacher concludes the lesson material. The efforts made by teachers to increase social studies learning activities for class VIII students are categorized as "maximum" with a percentage of 76.19%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential for historiopreneurship-based businesses in the old mosque area of Samarinda city. This research was conducted as a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach, with information retrieval techniques using interviews and observation, the data was processed using qualitative analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The research results show that historiopreneurship-based potential is measured by three indicators, namely, type of business, environment and human resources. The results of the research show that people have poor independent financial management skills but already have an understanding so that financial management problems can be overcome, business owner sources are also able to carry out promotions and price competition due to threats from similar businesses. It can be concluded that there is economic potential based on historiopreneurship in the old mosque area.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of social capital in improving the economic welfare of women processing salted fish in Bangun City. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interviews and observations. The informants in this study consisted of 10 people, namely, 1 person who owns a salted fish processing business, 2 fishermen who sell the fish they get and 7 women who process salted fish in Bangun City. The results of this research show that women's involvement in salted fish processing activities and the economic impact obtained from their collaboration. Women who process salted fish carry out this work to help improve the economic welfare of their families so that women who process salted fish fill their free time by working as fish processors. Satly. Social capital in the group of women processing salted fish is trust, formed from daily behavior in always being honest and not committing fraud, having social norms in the form of etiquette or polite behavior in daily life and a social network between women processing fish. salted fish with family ties between women processing salted fish, friendships and the community environment.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, and data analysis was conducted using data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing techniques. Based on the research results, it is known that Desa Bhuana Jaya's entrepreneurial potential is measured by three indicators: the businesses being run, the environment, and human resources. In terms of the types of businesses being run and have potential to be run, Desa Bhuana Jaya has a variety of businesses, ranging from culinary businesses, grocery businesses, and other businesses with a turnover that is sufficient to meet living needs and business development. Meanwhile, the physical and social environment of Desa Bhuana Jaya as a business support is very good, with existing road and lighting facilities and a clean location, although some roads are still made of earth and have not received full attention from the government. The social environment is good with no conflicts, crimes, or criminal acts. In terms of human resources, Desa Bhuana Jaya has the ability to manage businesses, including financial management, but there has been no innovation or use.

Abstract

Pasca memasuki era globalisasi, internet telah berubah menjadipenunjang aktivitas masyarakat modern sekaligus menjadikan paket data sebagaikebutuhan primer yang baru. Banyak provider internet yang saat ini eksisberlomba-lomba menawarkan keunggulan produknya dengan harga terjangkauuntuk menarik minat penggunanya. Namun, berbeda dengan fenomena yangterjadi di kalangan guru SMPN 2 Rantau Pulung, dimana para pengajar lebihmemilih menggunakan jasa layanan internet Telkomsel yang cenderung lebihmahal, padahal masih ada alternatif provider yang jauh lebih murah yang eksisdisana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui alasan apa yang melatarbelakangi keputusan para guru membeli paket data Telkomsel. Penelitian inibersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulandata dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara menargetkan guruSMPN 2 Rantau Pulung meliputi guru tetap maupun honorer. Hasil penelitian- 2 -menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian para guru sangat dipengaruhi olehbeberapa faktor. Faktor pertama mengenai aksesibilitas bertransaksikonsumennya dimana Telkomsel mampu memberikan kemudahan memperolehproduknya baik secara online maupun offline. Faktor berikutnya terkait kualitaspelayanan yang diberikan. Telkomsel menjadi satu-satunya provider denganjangkauan terluas di wilayah Rantau Pulung serta memiliki SuperApps yangmampu memberikan ragam solusi pemecahan masalah dalam satu aplikasi.Faktor terakhir yakni penawaran harga yang menurut para guru tidak termasukmahal apabila dibandingkan dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, penilaianini juga didukung dengan adanya promo paket data yang diadakan Telkomsel.
