Abstract

Kaliploso is a village in Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency which has a lot of potential, one of which is a Horticultural Village. The existing potentials must be developed to become village-based tourist destinations in order to improve the community's economy. Village development efforts must involve many parties, one of which is the role of youth. Youth as the spearhead towards change with all the potential it has. The method used is qualitative research. The data collectors used include observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results and discussion, the existence of Karangtaruna contributes a lot to the development of Kaliploso Village as an empowered village and a tourist village. The youth together with the village government produced various creative ideas packaged in a festival agenda ranging from agriculture, animal husbandry, health, culture and religion. Kaliploso adalah sebuah desa di Kecamatan Cluring Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang memiliki banyak potensi salah satunya sebagai Desa Hortikultura. Potensi-potensi yang ada harus dikembangkan untuk menjadi destinasi wisata berbasis desa agar dapat memperbaiki ekonomi masyarakat. Upaya pengembangan desa harus melibatkan banyak pihak salah satunya peran pemuda. Pemuda sebagai ujung tombak menuju perubahan dengan segala potensi yang dimilikinya. Metode yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumplan data yang diunakan antara lain observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, keberadaan Karangtaruna banyak memberikan konstribusi bagi pengembangan Desa Kaliploso sebagai desa berdaya dan desa wisata. Dari pemuda bersama pemerintah desa menghasilkan berbagai ide kreative dikemas agenda festival mulai dari pertanian, peternakan, kesehatan, budaya dan keagamaan

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency is rich in pen-colonial legacy. Colonial remains can still be found in several parts of the city, but quite a few have changed form, even looking different from their original state. One of the buildings is the former Oesing kitchen. The research aims to explore the facade-forming and space-forming elements in the former Oesing Kitchen, Banyuwangi, and the condition of the former Oesing building after restoration. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The colonial buildings selected as study cases were carried out using purposive sampling techniques using several criteria. Data analysis was carried out inductively with greater emphasis on historical meaning and value. The results of the observations are a way to explain and conclude the two elements that form the architectural character of these colonial buildings. The research results show that the former Oesing kitchen building has an architectural character that can be determined from the windows, entrance, roof, and walls. Meanwhile, other characters can be determined from the basic plan and shape of the building. Apart from that, there are historical supporting objects such as chimneys, old tombs, nagabulan, and agricultural buildings.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan lawatan sejarah melalui historical visit museum sebagai kreasi media inovatif dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif. Komponen-komponen yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini, yaitu; 1) Memposisikan museum sebagai kreasi media inovatif Pembelajaran Sejarah, 2) Koleksi Museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi dan Museum Kebangkitan Nasional, 3) Mengemas Museum sebagai Kreasi Media Inovasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi literatur dan kajian pustaka, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Validitas data menggunakan trianggulasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, pengujian data, dan penarikan simpulan yang berinteraksi dengan pengumpulan data secara siklus. Pengintegrasian museum dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan membangkitkan minat belajar siswa. dengan memanfaatkan museum sebagai kreasi media inovatif dalam pembelajaran sejarah guru dapat menghadirkan materi sejarah secara konkret, memperkaya pengalaman belajar terhadap siswa, serta mendorong keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran sejarah.

Abstract

There are many Japanese bunkers in Banyuwangi Regency, one of which is in Blimbingsari District. Bunkers have not been recorded and used as a source for historical knowledge. Considering that the goal of this study is (1) list the Japanese bunkers in Bimbingsari, Banyuwangi Regency, and (2) explain how they are used as a history learning lab. The descriptive-analytical research methodology was employed.. Information supplied through surveys, interviews, and literature reviews. A spatial method of data analysis was used. A scientific method is used when using bunkers in the educational process. According to the findings of the research, six bunkers with the designations BLB-BM 01, BLB-BM 02, BLB-BM 03, and BLB-BM 04 that are situated in Pantai Ria, Bomo Village, Blimbingsari, and Banyuwangi. Abstract

Pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan ideologi bangsa Indonesia mempunyai peranan mendasar dalam pedoman kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara. Nilai-nilai Pancasila yang meliputi Ketuhanan, Kemanusiaan, Persatuan, Demokrasi, dan Keadilan Sosial menjadi kompas dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Namun pada era Revolusi Industri Keempat terjadi pergeseran paradigma dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila, yang mengindikasikan adanya potensi pergeseran nilai akibat derasnya gelombang digitalisasi dan globalisasi yang mengancam jati diri bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali strategi konkrit menjaga relevansi nilai-nilai Pancasila di era digital dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Kajian tersebut menyoroti perlunya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam teknologi digital untuk memastikan nilai-nilai tersebut tetap menjadi pedoman di tengah perubahan yang cepat. Dengan mengatasi tantangan misinformasi, polarisasi sosial, dan konsumsi budaya konsumtif, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya literasi digital, pendidikan adaptif, dan pemerataan akses terhadap teknologi sebagai komponen penting untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam masyarakat kontemporer. Pada akhirnya, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam kemajuan digital sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan masyarakat Indonesia yang inovatif namun berlandaskan budaya yang dapat menavigasi kompleksitas globalisasi sambil tetap menjaga identitas nasionalnya.

Abstract

The problems that will be studied in this research are: (1) How are local historical sources used in history learning in high school 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi?, (2) What is the historical awareness of high school students? 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi?, (3) Is there an influence of the use of local historical sources on high school students' historical awareness? 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi? Population research is student SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi. In taking samples in the field using random sampling techniques by taking a sample of 20 students from each State High School in Banyuwangi. The variables of this research are: use of local historical sources and historical awareness of high school students 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi. Data uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Research data was analyzed using descriptive percentage techniques and regression analysis. The results of this research show that utilization local history sources, Historical Awareness in SMA 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi is included in the criteria as quite good. The results of the regression analysis show that for every increase in the use of local historical sources by 1 unit, it increases students' historical awareness was 0.51. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence The use of local historical sources on students' historical awareness is 24.1%, the remainder is influenced by other variables not included in this this research. Based on the research results, there is an influence of the use of local historical sources in Banyuwangi Regency on the historical awareness of high school students 17 August 1945, Banyuangi Regency.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya historiografi alternatif dalam pembelajaran sejarah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada kritik terhadap narasi dominan yang cenderung mengabaikan sejarah lokal dan kelompok terpinggirkan. Menggunakan pandangan Bambang Purwanto yang mengkritik historiografi Indonesiasentris dan pemikiran Peter Lee tentang literasi sejarah dan historical empathy, artikel ini menawarkan pendekatan yang lebih inklusif. Tujuan artikel ini adalah memperkenalkan historiografi alternatif yang memberikan ruang bagi sejarah lokal dan kelompok terpinggirkan, serta menciptakan penulisan sejarah yang lebih adil dan kritis. Dengan metode studi pustaka, artikel ini menganalisis dan mensintesis kritik terhadap historiografi tradisional serta menawarkan solusi dalam bentuk literasi sejarah yang lebih kritis dan inklusif. Pembahasan historiografi tradisional di Indonesia sering terjebak pada narasi dominan yang mengabaikan kompleksitas masyarakat, dengan fokus pada pandangan elit dan mengabaikan peran masyarakat lokal serta rakyat biasa. Bambang Purwanto mengkritik hal ini, sementara Peter Lee menawarkan pendekatan literasi sejarah yang inklusif melalui konsep historical empathy, yang mendorong pemahaman terhadap pengalaman kelompok terpinggirkan. Kesimpulan bahwa pendekatan ini memungkinkan siswa untuk menghargai berbagai perspektif sejarah dan pengalaman yang membentuk bangsa, menjadikan literasi sejarah dan historiografi alternatif alat efektif dalam pendidikan untuk menciptakan kesadaran sosial yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Collective memory of a nation is the result of the process of identifying the memories of historical actors in the heroic events of the physical revolution of the Indonesian Independence fighters (PKRI) who were members of the Indonesian Veteran Legion (LVRI). The number of Independence Fighters is decreasing so that historical memory needs to be saved as a historical source through the excavation of oral history. The aim of this study is to reveal the historical memory of PKRI Veterans in 1945-1949 in an effort to save local historical sources. The method used is the historical method with oral history techniques. Informants are key actors in the revolutionary events of 1945-1949. The results of the study show that the historical actors of 1945-1949 were not from the armed forces but from the people who were members of the armed forces and paramilitaries recognized by the government. In general, it started from the awareness to defend independence by choosing guerrilla warfare. The army and the people fought to defend the country. Victory in war is determined by the strength of the people who are united. Historical Memory is presented in a contemporary context so that it can foster a spirit of nationalism, build historical awareness and can be used as a source of learning history.

Abstract

This study examines the Strategy of History Teachers Based on Constructivism in the Internalization of JSN 45 to Support the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, analyzing the theories of Dewey, Bandura, and Vygotsky as the basis for meaningful learning. Veterans are involved as models and sources of inspiration to provide real experiences (Dewey), to be role models of struggle values (Bandura), and to support the gradual learning process through scaffolding (Vygotsky). The internalization of values such as nationalism, unity, and sacrifice has been proven to help shape the character of the young generation who are resilient, moral, and actively contribute to nation building.

Abstract

History education at the high school level has a strategic role in building historical awareness, national identity, and student character. This article discusses the importance of integrating local and national history as a holistic approach to history learning to create relevant, meaningful, and inclusive learning. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on literature studies, this study identifies the role of local history as a complement to the national narrative, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation, such as curriculum limitations, lack of supporting resources, and lack of teacher training. The resource-based learning model and the environmental approach as a history laboratory are effective strategies in supporting this integration. The results of the study show that the integration of local and national history can enrich history learning, strengthen students' awareness of local and national identity, and support the development of critical and historical thinking skills. This integration not only improves the quality of history learning but also contributes to the formation of a critical, caring, and responsible young generation.
