Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement. This research was conducted in class XII students majoring in Social Sciences at SMAN 2 Mandau, SMAN 8 Mandau, and SMAN 9Mandau, Riau. The population consisted of 505 students and it was sampled as many as 224 students. This study was a descriptive quantitative study. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression method. The results of the study showed the learning motivation of class XII students at the Mandau District Public High School was included in the medium category. This was seen from the desire and willing of student to succeed in learning, the encouragement and need in learning, the hopes and ideals of the future, the appreciation of learning, the existence of interesting activities in learning and the existence of a conducive environment. Learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in Sosa District. This study used an evaluation research model, namely the Evaluation Countenance Stake model with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 153 students who received the Smart Indonesia Program for Senior High Schools in Sosa District, and the sample was taken using Isaac Michael's table totaling 105 people with an error rate of 5%. The data were obtained using questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed descriptively by statistical means. The results of this study indicate that in general the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in Sosa sub-district has been carried out well. Furthermore, when viewed from several aspects related to the implementation of this program, the antecedent aspect is in the very good category, the Transaction aspect is in the good category, and the output aspect is in the good category. Thus, it can be stated that the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in Sosa sub-district has been carried out effectively, however, to be even more effective in implementing this program, it is hoped that the program implementers involved will be more selective in the process of submitting prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia program, providing socialization to students and parents regarding the distribution of the Indonesia Pinta Program, and forming a monitoring team on the use of funds for the Smart Indonesia Program.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) to increase student motivation in accounting material for class X Accounting 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru majoring in Accounting and Financial Institutions. This development research uses the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation . Data collection techniques used interviews, LKPD validation instruments and materials, learning motivation instruments and student response instruments. Data analysis techniques used LKPD expert validation sheets and material experts. The results showed that the feasibility value of LKPD experts got an average score of 97 in the very decent category. As for the feasibility value of material experts, it gets an average score of 92 with a very decent category. Student responses showed 80.5 in the very useful category and the teacher's opinion stated that it was useful. This is also shown from the learning motivation of students increased with significance = 0.000 less than the 0.05 significance level. Based on expert assessments and student learning motivation after using the liveworksheets site-assisted LKPD it can be shown that the liveworksheets site-assisted LKPD that has been developed in general can be declared feasible to use.
