Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan identik dengan terciptanya laju penyerapan tenaga kerja yang tinggi, salah satu sektor riil yang dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran adalah Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM), Kota Batam sebagai kota industri menarik minat banyak orang dari luar pulau Batam, hingga sekarang (2024) penduduk Kota Batam mencapai 1.030.528 jiwa. UKM mempunyai peranan strategis dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja, terbukti pada waktu bangsa Indonesia mengalami krisis yang terjadi beberapa waktu lalu, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) lebih tangguh dalam menghadapi realita tersebut, sedangkan usaha yang berskala besar mengalami stagnasi bahkan berhenti aktifitasnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan demikian apa yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan data secara objektif terhadap kondisi yang ada, perkembangan usaha miko kecil menengah dan perkembangan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran UMKM dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja sangatlah besar, karena dapat dilihat dari perkembangan UMKM yang terus menerus mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Jumlah Pelaku UKM di sembilan kecamatan sebanyak 1600 UMKM dengan penyebaran jumlah yang tidak merata. Dari semua UKM, ada yang berdiri sejak Tahun 1999 dan hingga sekarang masih beroperasi. Sebanyak 526 UKM tidak lagi beroperasi atau tutup tanpa kejelasan hal tersebut juga akan mempengaruhi tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat disarankan agar dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai peran UMKM terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja.

Abstract

The use of smartphone based on the operating system in Indonesia is controlled by Android. In November 2018 the Statista survey institute reported that the use of operating systems in Indonesia was dominated by Android. As many as 72.84% of smartphone users use the Android operating system, and IOS gets user numbers of 4.34% of total users in Indonesia. The method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The research design used was descriptive analysis. Tests carried out consisted of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and f-test. The population in this study was Smartphone Vivo users in Bengkong District with a total sample of 274 people. The results showed that the price variable have a positive and significant effect on Vivo Smartphone customer satisfaction. Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of Vivo smartphones. Product quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of Vivo Smartphone.

Abstract

In this era globalization the level of, company competition geeting tougher. To be able to survive and develop into a superior company, it must have strength to stay be able keep move forward and face challenges. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employed performances on PT Rapala VMC Batam. The sample that use on this research is 128 responden. The thecnic of collecting data that the researcher used on this research is questionnaire. The technic of data analysis on this research is multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of analysis by the researcher on this research, it was found that work dicipline has positive effect and significant influence to the employed performances of the employed on PT Rapala VMC Batam. The work motivation has positive effect and significant influence to the employed performance of the employed on PT Rapala VMC Batam. This research proves that work dicipline and work motivation able to increase the performance of the employed on PT Rapala VMC Batam.

Abstract

Job stress and leadership problems often occur by PT Mitra Dinamis Sejahtera. It cannot be denied that work stress and leadership is one that can improve employee performance. With improved employee performance. Authors Help Know work stress, leadership, performance of employees of PT Mitra Dinamis Sejahtera. Sampling used in this study is saturated sampling, with methods of collecting data through questionnaires. The number of samples was 135 respondents who made PT Mitra Dinamis Sejahtera employees as respondents. Furthermore, the data collected in this study were analyzed by analysis that was presented in a multiple linear manner with SPSS version 20. The results of this study relate to the results of the research t, which is related to the independent variable namely work stress that is significantly generated to improve company performance, significant relationships towards improving employee performance. The F test results amounted to 246.501> from the f table of 2.672. with a significance value of 0.00 which is smaller than the value of α 0.05, it indicates that work stress variables and leadership variables together influence employee performance.

Abstract

Researching employee work discipline is a very interesting topic because it is one of the factors that influence organizational performance. The purpose of this research is to check and verify how organization behavior and leadership style influence on employee work discipline. SPSS version 25 and a questionnaire for 101 respondents are used in this research. This research uses multiple linear regression techniques along with statistical analysis and quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis results for organization behavior (X1) of 6.440 with a significance value of 0.000 and leadership style (X2) of 3.637 with a significance value of 0.000 were produced by researchers based on SPSS data analysis. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed a significance value of 0.000 and a score of 43.854. The conclusion of this study, the first hypothesis is that organization behavior has a significant effect on employee work discipline, the second hypothesis is that leadership style has a significant effect on employee work discipline and the last hypothesis is that the two variables (organization behavior and leadership style) have a simultaneous influence on employee work discipline.
