Abstract

The Senayan City Employee Cooperative is a cooperative that operates in the field of savings and loans and at the same time manages a shop business unit, buying and selling transactions are only recorded in Microsoft Excel format, when sales transactions are not immediately recorded so mistakes often occur. For this reason, we designed a sales and purchase information system design at the Senayan City Employee Cooperative using desktop-based java NetBeans, with the aim of creating a computerized system so that it could be used by the cooperative management. The software development methodology used in this research includes software requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and support. The results obtained from this research are the need for a cash sales accounting information system, cash receipts and sales reports that can assist cooperative managers in making decisions

Abstract

Pentingnya informasi dalam proses difusi inovasi tidak bisa diabaikan. Bagaimana informasi ini disebarluaskan melalui media tertentu akan berpengaruh pada cara masyarakat menerima dan mengadopsinya termasuk di dalam Yayasan Al Muhajirin Kota Bogor Jawa Barat. Banyaknya aktivitas yang dilakukan mulai dari sosialisasi kegiatan pendidikan sampai sosial kemanusiaan masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Tidak sedikit masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi terkait Yayasan disebabkan kurang luasnya informasi yang diberikan dan hanya orang-orang sekitar saja yang mengetahui dikarenakan penyampaian informasi melalui mulut ke mulut dan brosur serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan kompetensi pengurus dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pelatihan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membangun serta pengembangan sistem informasi dalam memanfaatkan media teknologi informasi. Metode kegiatan berupa pelatihan pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis website. Hasil yang di dapatkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat antara lain para peserta memiliki peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 85% terhadap pembuatan dan pengembangan website sebagai media komunikasi dan informasi.

Abstract

A clean environment can prevent us from disease and can increase productivity. A neat and clean room arrangement can affect health, avoiding the possibility of stress, lethargy, and depression. The room recognition process based on its neatness is carried out through a process of matching and comparing the images that are used as training and testing sets. Technological developments make it possible to detect room conditions through image. Detection uses image processing by classifying images into 2 categories, clean and messy. It has been widely used in various fields, one of which is hospitality. In determining the clean room and messy room has problems due to image quality, different lighting, and image similarity. This study aims to detect clean and messy spaces by comparing the Support Vector Machine and Neural Network methods on a dataset of 199 images. Based on the test, the highest accuracy classification value was 98.0% for the Neural Network method with an AUC of 0.999

Abstract

The high density of population in Jakarta increases mobility and community activity, causing various problems such as housing, garbage, traffic congestion and the lack of public facilities that make urban areas more and more dense. Various efforts have been made by the DKI Jakarta City Government to reduce congestion and air pollution, one of which will implement the Electronic Road Pricing system. (ERP). This leads to the pros and cons of the general public, especially on social media. Therefore, appropriate techniques are required to evaluate such opinions, so that the opinions are automatically classified into positive and negative categories. To do this, an analysis of the opinion about the ERP treatment in the Jakarta Capital Street using the Support Vector Machine algorithm was carried out. (SVM). The aim of this study is to be able to help governments in the decision-making process in ERP-related policy-making by knowing the level of public opinion, which can be seen from the sample of Twitter comment data as well as know the degree of accuracy, recall, and precision and display the emotional classification of tweets obtained. This phase begins with crawling 1000 Indonesian-language tweet data, pre-processing, labelling, implementation, validation and evaluation. Based on this study, it was concluded that the SVM algorithm had good accuracy results with a value of 87.63%, recall 98.32% and precision of 81.10%.

Abstract

To reduce the crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bogor City Government implemented an odd-even system for all vehicles in the city of Bogor at the end of the operation. Since the implementation of this policy, many opinions have been conveyed through social media. An analysis is needed to find out how effective the policy is based on public opinion. For this reason, an analysis of the sentiment application of the odd-even system for vehicles in the city of Bogor was carried out during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy, recall, and precision and calculate the amount of emotion obtained from sentiment analysis by using several algorithms for the application and application of selection features that can provide sentiment information related to the effectiveness of the software system in Bogor City. The research stages started from the selection of data, pre-processing, implementation, validation, and evaluation. Based on this research, it can be found that the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the application of Particle Swarm Optimization shows the results of the greatest assessment on the system sentiment analysis test in the city of Bogor during the pandemic with a value of 73.07%. In total, the sentiment of implementing the odd-even system to declare in Bogor City shows an expression of the joy of 45.45%.

Abstract

Saat ini, pengelolaan dokumen di Kelurahan Rawa Bunga Jakarta Timur masih mengalami masalah terkait efisiensi, keandalan, dan keamanan. Tanggung jawab administrasi yang semakin kompleks membuat proses pengarsipan dan pencarian dokumen konvensional yang dilakukan secara manual tidak efektif lagi. Kelurahan Rawa Bunga mengalami peningkatan jumlah dokumen yang perlu dikelola, termasuk surat permohonan, keputusan, pemberitahuan, dan catatan lainnya.Untuk perancangan program e-arsip berbasis website di Kelurahan Rawa Bunga Jakarta Timur, model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dipilih adalah model Waterfall. Model ini merupakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sederhana dan linier yang memungkinkan pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakukan secara bertahap dan terstruktur, mulai dari perencanaan hingga pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Perancangan program dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem e-arsip pada Kelurahan Rawa Bunga Jakarta Timur yang dapat membantu proses pengelolaan arsip menjadi mudah.Program e-arsip memungkinkan penyimpanan dokumen secara digital, mengurangi ketergantungan pada ruang fisik. Fitur pencarian yang canggih mempercepat proses pencarian dokumen. Dengan menggunakan program e-arsip, Kelurahan Rawa Bunga dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas dan bahan fisik lainnya, menghemat biaya dan ruang penyimpanan. Pengguna juga mendapatkan kemudahan akses dokumen kapan pun dan di mana pun. Sistem e-arsip terorganisir dengan baik dan fitur pencarian yang efisien mengurangi waktu dan usaha dalam mencari dokumen, meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

RW.001 Kelurahan Sunter Jaya di Kota Jakarta Utara saat ini belum menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam proses pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Hal ini juga mengakibatkan masyarakat harus bolak-balik ke Kantor RW.001. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah sebuah program pengaduan masyarakat berbasis website. Dengan program pengaduan masyarakat berbasis website, masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengajukan keluhan tanpa harus datang ke Kantor RW.001. Untuk perancangan program Pengaduan Masyarakat berbasis Web ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Model ini menggambarkan pendekatan sistematis dan berurutan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak. Metode Waterfall terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu: Requirement Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. Aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk melaporkan kegiatan atau kejadian. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak RW.001 Sunter Jaya dalam menampung aduan dari masyarakat dan menjalankan tindak lanjut terhadap aduan tersebut Perancangan program pengaduan masyarakat berbasis website memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk melaporkan kegiatan atau kejadian secara online, mengurangi penggunaan kertas sebagai media pelaporan. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak berwenang dalam menampung aduan, meningkatkan transparansi penanganan aduan, dan menjaga keamanan data pengaduan. Dengan demikian, program ini memberikan solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pengaduan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the sentiment of Twitter users towards the Public Housing Savings (Tapera) policy in Indonesia using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm optimised by Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). In recent years, social media has emerged as a primary platform for individuals to express their views and opinions on public policies. The government programme, Tapera, which was designed to increase access to housing for the public, attracted considerable attention, with a range of responses, including both positive and negative sentiments. The methodology employed in this study comprised the collection of data from Twitter, the processing of text, and the application of SVM-based classification techniques, reinforced by PSO, with the objective of enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the model. The results demonstrated that the PSO-optimised SVM model exhibited an accuracy of 85%, accompanied by an Area Under Curve (AUC) value of 0.84 and a ROC curve that indicated the model's notable capacity for differentiating between positive and negative sentiments. These findings indicate the existence of certain sentiment patterns that can be utilised for the evaluation and improvement of Tapera policies. In conclusion, this research is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the public response to the Tapera policy and present an analytical model that can be applied to evaluate other policies. Further research is recommended to expand data coverage and develop algorithms to achieve more accurate results.

Abstract

Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani yang terletak di Jl. Mampang Prapatan VII adalah sebuah organisasi nonformal. Dalam mensosialisasikan kegiatan dan pendaftaran relawan Kopia, tidak sedikit masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi sehingga diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan website yang sudah mereka miliki untuk di improvisasi.Semua organisasi baik formal maupun nonformal memperoleh kemudahan sekaligus tantangan dalam menjalankan visi dan misinya agar relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, termasuk organisasi tersebut. Perlunya pemilihan software yang mudah digunakan juga menjadi faktor terpenting dalam membuat sistem informasi dengan konten yang menarik. Oleh karena itu perlunya pelatihan pengembangan sistem informasi dalam memanfaat media teknologi informasi. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa pelatihan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan ini lebih menitikberatkan pada kegiatan praktik daripada penyampaian materi secara teoritis. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara hybrid dengan bantuan media conference dengan materi yang terstruktur secara sistematis. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 85% terhadap pengembangan website sebagai media komunikasi dan informasi.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially in the digital field, has had a huge influence on the development of laptop features and specifications today. With the development of increasingly diverse features and specifications, it often makes users confused in choosing a laptop that suits user needs. Based on this, the authors are interested in creating a decision support system to assist users in choosing a laptop that fits the desired criteria using the Topsis method. The type of data used by the author is primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation of laptop users. The purpose of this study is to assist laptop users in choosing a laptop that suits their needs. There are 10 criteria obtained based on observations and interviews, namely price (C1), RAM (C2), Hard drive (C3), processor (C4), screen size (C5), VGA (C6), battery (C7), Laptop Weight (C8), and Warranty (C9). Secondary data were obtained through literature study and scientific writing related to laptop selection and the TOPSIS method. This research produces output that meets the objectives, which can assist users in choosing the laptop that best suits their needs and can facilitate users in the decision-making process so as to produce accurate, effective and efficient information.
