Abstract

This study focuses on developing a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist culinary business owners in selecting optimal business locations. The research integrates the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods into the decision support system. AHP is used to objectively determine the weights of several criteria through pairwise comparisons, while TOPSIS is employed to evaluate location alternatives based on their proximity to the ideal solution. The AHP and TOPSIS calculations reveal that criterion K3 (Distance from transportation facilities) has the highest weight of 0.3053, followed by K1 (Distance from residential areas) with a weight of 0.2698, highlighting that accessibility to residential areas and public transportation are important factors in business location selection. Integrating the DSS with a Map API further aids users in making location-related business decisions.

Abstract

Accuracy and suitability in the division of employee tasks have an important role in the division of employee tasks, in order to obtain a list of criteria that are in accordance with the abilities of employees in one division. PT. Assist Software Indonesia Pratama is currently still in manual division of tasks, namely by sorting out tasks based on features, applications, divisions, and employees who usually do the work. So that it takes a long time in the process of dividing employee tasks, one of the factors is HRD must sort out tasks based on features, applications in order to determine the division and employees who work on the task. The purpose of the research is to facilitate the division of tasks to employees in order to get a list of criteria that are in accordance with the abilities of employees in one division using the Naive Bayes method. So we need a system that can help HRD in distributing employee tasks in accordance with the division and employee capabilities. In this task distribution system using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes Classifier method as a determinant of employee task distribution. The division of employee tasks is based on the tasks that have been done by the previous employee, so that the system can perform the appropriate task division. The system can see the similarities between tasks using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes method as a consideration for determining the divisions and employees who work with the percentage accuracy of 92.5% and 82.5%.

Abstract

Stock control is a process of keeping track of owned items, their location, and their movements in and out of storage. It helps businesses to manage their inventory efficiently and meet consumer demand while reducing the cost of storing goods. However, online shops like Omah Mode often struggle to meet the demand of consumers due to the lack of a stock control system, resulting in penalties from the marketplace. To solve this problem, a web-based stock control application was designed using the reorder point method. This method determines the minimum stock of goods that should be in the warehouse and the right time to order goods with low stock from suppliers. The purpose of this research is to develop an inventory control system that displays the minimum stock of goods needed in the warehouse. The study used the SDLC Prototype method, consisting of needs analysis, prototype making, prototype evaluation, system coding, system testing, system evaluation, and system use. The results showed that the system created has an 85.71% accuracy rate based on a comparison of manual calculations and system calculations of 28 sample items.

Abstract

This study discusses an application of fuzzy logic in educational game. This game requires a fast player response. We made this game in order to raise children awareness to encounter strangers. In this game, strangers are enemies in the form of hand drawings. The main characters in this game are boy and girl. The player can choose a character as desired. Each selected character has a different level. At each level, there is a level of difficulty based on the ease of passing enemies to reach the goal. The player would win the game once he/she manages to escape from strangers and arrives at home. Each level of the game has an enemy who tries to approach the player. If the enemy caught by the player, it will get consequences according to the fuzzy rules that applied to the game. The application of fuzzy logic in this game is to regulate the form of reward that will receive by the player. The basis for determining reward is the living conditions, time, and scores obtained by the player. In this research, we use fuzzy Sugeno logic for giving rewards. We conclude that fuzzy logic applies to our educational game.

Abstract

Ayat is a sentence in the Qur'an, the verse is known as tauqifi (with the nash of the Messenger of Allah saw.), not qiasi (analogy). Since it counts (Alif Lam Mim) and (Alif Lam Mim Shod Nun) each as one verse but does not count (Alif Lam Mim) and (Kha Mim), (Alif Lam Mim Ra) and (Ya Syin) each count as one verse, but not so with (Tho Syin Mim), Ayat (Madahaa Mannaan) is one word, according to the agreement, invalid prayer by reading only half of the verse. In a verse some words make up a sentence, so to search for a desired sentence you have to look up 1 by 1 in the verse. Because the guidance of the life of Muslims is the holy book of the Qur'an, in which there are several letters and in the letter there are verses. From these conditions, in this study, a verse search engine was created to facilitate the search process using the cosine similarity method. The purpose of this study is to be able to help the search process quickly and easily, readers in the search for verses in the holy book of the Qur'an .

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located between three tectonic plates, namely Eurasia, the Pacific and Indo-Australia, which is one of the active plates, so that there is the potential for earthquakes, which are sometimes followed by tsunami disasters. The latest accurate, precise, and trusted earthquake information is needed by all parties. For this reason, a system is needed to inform the latest earthquake so that the impact can be minimized. Departing from open data published by BMKG, which is an earthquake in real time, a push notification system for earthquake information was designed to the Android application using Google Firebase. Push notifications are adjusted for specific areas based on user wishes. When the user is in the vicinity of an earthquake-affected or surrounding area, or the location of an earthquake is in a city that is monitored by the user, the notifications that appear can be alerts. Whereas when the user is in a location that is not affected by an earthquake, the notification that appears is only as information that there is an earthquake in a certain area. After analyzing, designing, implementing and testing using the black box testing method, push notification system functionally produces results that are as expected.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a campus introduction website interface for STIKI Malang by implementing Motion UI to enhance information delivery effectiveness and user experience. Currently, the STIKI website uses a multi-page structure that requires visitors to open sub-menus separately to access information, resulting in significant resource consumption and long loading times. By transforming the website structure into a single-page application (SPA) and integrating dynamic animation elements through Motion UI, it is expected to increase engagement and conversion rates. Qualitative analysis results show significant improvements in user engagement and information comprehension, with page loading times drastically reduced to an average of 2.6 seconds. Evaluation using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) also demonstrates significant improvements in attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, and stimulation aspects. This research concludes that implementing Motion UI on STIKI's single-page website successfully enhances user experience, access speed, and information delivery effectiveness. The results of this research can serve as a reference for developing interface design strategies for other educational institution websites

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the tourism industry, yet challenges remain in developing comprehensive and accessible tourism web applications. This research aims to develop a multi-platform tourism web application that addresses the fragmentation of information services and trip planning, as well as accessibility limitations in destinations with limited connectivity. The research methodology includes system design using an agile approach with Scrum methodology, implementation of key features such as trip planning and article writing, and comprehensive testing through functional and acceptance testing. Implementation of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Trusted Web Activities (TWA) technologies is integrated to enhance accessibility and user experience. Test results show a success rate of nearly 100% in various usage scenarios, including offline conditions. The main conclusion demonstrates that the developed application successfully creates a digital ecosystem supporting holistic travel experiences, transforming how travelers plan, experience, and share their journeys. This research paves the way for innovation in leveraging web technology to improve accessibility of tourist destinations, support local economies, and promote sustainable tourism, with significant potential to transform the landscape of the digital tourism industry.

Abstract

The community service program conducted in Watugede Village, Singosari, aims to enhance environmental security through the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The rapid population and economic growth in the Banjararum View housing area has posed serious security challenges, such as theft and robbery. To address these issues, the IoT Guard system was introduced, which integrates an ESP32 WiFi-based automatic barrier gate and CCTV cameras for real-time monitoring. This system allows for remote access control via a mobile application and accurate activity log recording. The program was implemented through several stages, including socialization to the residents, training on system usage, technology implementation, and impact evaluation. The results of this activity indicate a significant improvement in environmental security, a decrease in crime rates, and increased community involvement in maintaining security. The sustainability of the program is designed by involving the community in the management and maintenance of the applied technology. Thus, this model is expected to be replicable in other environments to create safer and more controlled areas, providing long-term benefits for the community.
