Abstract

The educational institution, both formal and informal, is aimed at highly competent graduates. One of the tools for quality improvement is the creation of an assessment model. This research identifies and analyses the model of assessment carried out by the certification bodies, namely the TATO model. The research used bibliography and qualitative research models in which qualitative data was obtained through group discussion forums within the competence certification body and the course and training directorate, while the documents were obtained and analysed under the rubric of each competence certification body. The result shows that the TATO model could provide more comprehensive skills for participants in the field of skills. The model could also provide a better understanding for the assessors of the score participants during the test. The result of the model-based competency test would be openness, fairness, measurable and objective. This result could be a great assessment model to maintain the quality of the company and would give confidence to businesses and industries that use staff graduated from training and training institutions. The model would enhance the use of non-formal graduates to meet their human resources needs for technical positions

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan analisis SWOT yang tepat untuk PT SUMO ADVERTISINGdalam meghadapi persaingan perusahaan secara produk dan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menejemen internal.Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Teknik pelaksanaannyamenggunakan metode survey. Hasil penelitian adalah Kondisi internal PT. Abstract

When the past learning methods were carried out with traditional concepts where the teacher was the center of information, the independent curriculum offers a learner-centered learning concept. However, the quality of teachers in implementing the concept of an independent curriculum is not yet fully capable, especially by applying the concept of heutagogy. This research aims to explore the potential application of the concept of heutagogy in the context of an independent curriculum in Indonesia. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, regularly collecting, critically analyzing, and presenting data and findings from various other studies. This approach is expected to make education more inclusive, relevant, competitive and improve problem-solving skills. Another objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of heutagogy in increasing learning motivation, learner engagement, preparing individuals for complex challenges in a changing society, and academic achievement in the context of an independent curriculum. The results show that the implementation of the heutagogy concept in the independent curriculum gives learners more control over the learning process, and fosters greater independence, creativity and engagement. Thus, the concept of heutagogy is not only a valuable addition in the context of an independent curriculum, but also a strong foundation for creating a more inclusive and competitive education system in Indonesia. Through the heutagogy approach, individuals are expected to develop lifelong learning skills and become active agents of change in building a brighter and more sustainable future. Abstract

The Program Sekolah Penggerak is a transformation of the Education program to realize Pancasila students based on holistic student learning outcomes. To achieve this program, this program is supported by an independent curriculum where teachers are expected to provide more holistic. This research is aimed at seeing how the curriculum in this program is structured as well as targets for each stage. This research uses pure qualitative research by using literature and docuseries (literary research). The results of this study explain that there are several stages in the concept of independent learning, namely the planning stage and also the implementation stage where each stage has specific targets along with achievements based on the competence of students. From the results found, the concept of this independent learning curriculum has detailly described the achievements of each stage and how teachers implement them in the classroom. Given that Indonesia is so diverse, the implementation of this independent curriculum requires periodic and detailed evaluation of each region.

Abstract

Employment is such kind of a very rare opportunity for the poors unable to attend formal schoolings. This research is examining the implementation effectiveness of skills based education program designed by the government through grant and scholarship to reduce the poverty and unemployment. It also tries to compare the design and its result to find whether the program was effectivey implemented or not. This research uses qualitative method through CIPP evaluation model. The research found that in a policy layer, context and input  evaluation steps, the life skills education program is comprehensively thought and considered as it covers aspects including the regulation, the program guidance, the fund aids, the curriculla, the guide for selected institutions ,the report mechanism. While at the process and product evalauation steps, the reserach found that there were huge gaps in implementation especially at the placement at the industries. There were only less than 10% of participants entering to work fields while most of its program participants work only as a parttimers which dont provide reguler income,.So the target of decreasing the poverty and reducing the unemployment was not well measured.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students. So that it is expected to be able to produce graduates who are intelligent, qualified, competitive, noble and have noble character. The era of globalization requires high-quality teachers and is ready to compete, both at national, regional and international levels. The study aims to determine the criteria for outstanding teacher competitions in elementary schools by using a multi-site approach through schools that get national-level exceptional teachers in 2017 and 2018 in West Java, Banten and DKI Jakarta. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, documentation and observation, while data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of the study stated that the selection of outstanding elementary school teachers was intended to increase motivation, dedication, loyalty and professionalism of teachers who were expected to have a positive effect on improving performance and achievement. Criteria for selecting outstanding teachers consist of portfolio assessment, learning videos and teacher performance assessments, written tests consisting of teacher competencies and educational insights, scientific papers and scientific writing presentations.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to understand, explain and improve The Management Program based on Madrasah (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic State High School Jonggat sub-district. The results are, some weakness of programs to increase teachers human resources that are not master learning model media (cannot operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need dan low cost. The recommendation is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan teknologi di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada peran motivasi inspiratif dan stimulasi intelektual dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kreativitas karyawan. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 karyawan dari perusahaan teknologi terkemuka di Indonesia, hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemimpin yang mampu memberikan visi yang jelas, motivasi yang inspiratif, serta mendukung kreativitas dan inovasi, dapat meningkatkan semangat dan komitmen karyawan terhadap tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperkaya literatur mengenai kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan serta memberikan wawasan praktis bagi perusahaan yang beroperasi di sektor teknologi untuk mengimplementasikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional guna meningkatkan kinerja dalam era digital yang penuh tantangan.
