Abstract

The spinal cord is a canal of the brain that runs from the neck to the coccyx. This nerve plays an important role in the process of sending signals from the brain to the rest of the body and vice versa. If this nerve is damaged, there will be interference with some body functions, such as the loss of the ability to move or feel things. Spinal cord patients should be treated immediately by a specialist doctor who deals with problems in neurological diseases. If treatment is not done immediately, the patient may need a longer recovery period. In addition, the possibility of worsening the condition or the appearance of complications will also be greater and some patients who experience diseases of the spinal nerves must undergo treatment or consultation with a doctor to follow up on the causes and symptoms they feel continuously. From the above problems, the authors want to create an application that can help patients to obtain information and make a temporary diagnosis through the application to be built. This application is useful to know the disease of the spinal cord in patients. From the research that has been done, the results of CF calculation with the highest value of 0.9857 or 98.57%, the system identifies that the patient is suffering from ischalgia.

Abstract

In Law no. 1 of 1974, article 7 paragraph (1) states that marriage is only permitted if the man has reached the age of 19 and the woman has reached the age of 16. Nationally, early marriage to the age of under 16 is 26.95%. In fact, based on the findings of Bappenas in 2008, it was stated that 34.5% of the 2,049,000 marriages in 2008 until now were child marriages which were increasing rapidly (Rifiani, 2011: 126). The influence of foreign culture is also one of the causes of the large number of underage marriages, foreign cultures which are very famous for freedom of dating, are the views of today's youth to have relations outside of legal marriage. Not only culture, information technology in the 4.0 era has greatly influenced the occurrence of underage marriages, adult video sites that are easily accessible via the internet. For this reason, the K-means clustering method is used as the right solution for the problem of underage marriage data by grouping the data based on age, gender, and occupation to get definite data, so that data grouping using the applicationmatlab andrapid miner can produce output from data mining that can be used in making decisions in the future.

Abstract

Soka crabs (soft cell crabs) are crabs in the molting phase or soft shell crabs. Crabs in this phase can be used as a whole so that this is an advantage of soka crabs (Sayuti, 2018). To get the maximum benefit, soka crab cultivation should not be done on the side or just a subsistence activity. Soka crabs can live in high stocking densities. Therefore, soka crab cultivation will provide more benefits if done intensively. But there are also problems that arise in soka crabs. The problem is the failure of this crab rearing activities. One of the causes of failure of this activity is due to disease factors. The emergence of disease disorders in crabs is a risk that must always be anticipated. Therefore, the authors will create an application system that can diagnose diseases that attack the soka crab. In the application, users only need to answer questions given by the application to be able to find out the disease that is attacking the soka crab. With the creation of this application people know about how to deal with the problem of disease in soka crabs, for that with this application the problem of lack of experts can be resolved. From the results of the analysis performed manually obtained the value of the certainty factor from the input of symptoms leading to Aeromonas spp is 73.1264%.

Abstract

This study is to solve the problem Cryptographic techniques used to protect and maintain the confidentiality of audio messages by changing audio messages into audio messages that cannot be played by doing the encryption process and can be played back after the audio message is decrypted. To protect audio messages, it is used in the process of encrypting and decrypting audio messages using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) method. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) uses symmetric key block passwords with varying key sizes of 128 bits, 192 bits, and 256 bits. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) method used is 128 bit key size and there are 10 rounds in the process of encryption and decryption. Audio messages that have been encrypted using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) method cannot be played by parties who do not know the key to encrypt and decrypt the audio message. Audio messages are protected and protected from irresponsible parties who want to damage or just listen to the audio message.

Abstract

The problem of the phenomenon of dropping out of school for students at the Senior High School or Vocational Education level is increasingly widespread. In fact, education is a very important field to develop the quality of Human Resources (HR) for the country. Ayu et al said that one of the important sectors that directly contributes the most in developing the quality of Human Resources (HR) is the education sector. Meanwhile, SMK Tunas Pelita Binjai is one of the vocational high schools in Binjai City that also faces the problem of dropping out of school. Based on internal school data, in 2023 there are 32 students or around 5% of the total students at SMK Tunas Pelita Binjai who cannot complete their education until the end. This figure is quite high and is a serious concern for the school. Some of the factors such as students' interest in learning have decreased so much that they make students inactive or often alpha, parents with low levels of education tend to lack understanding and appreciation for the importance of formal education for their children's future, they may not have high aspirations for the achievement of children's education, economic impacts that are very binding on the family so that children prefer to work to help the family economy. Seeing the very complex problem of dropping out of school, a comprehensive and systematic approach is needed to analyze what factors are the causes. The application of the Decision Tree method in identifying the factors that cause school dropouts at SMK Tunas Pelita Binjai, is expected to produce new information that can be used as a basis for schools to design more effective strategies and interventions in preventing and reducing school dropout rates. The author uses the help of RapidMiner software to see the factors that cause students to drop out of school by using the C4.5 Decision Tree method to create a decision tree from existing student data. So that from the RapidMiner calculation process, it can be concluded that what are the factors that cause the student to drop out of school.

Abstract

The development of medical technology requires hospitals to be more efficient in providing services, especially in terms of handling diseases that are often complained about by patients. This study aims to identify disease patterns that often appear in Raskita Hospital and provide appropriate treatment priorities based on patient characteristics. Using the Rough Set method, patient data such as age, disease type, and severity are analyzed to find relationships between attributes and determine treatment priorities. This study uses data on diseases that are often complained about by patients at Raskita Hospital in 2023-2024. Diseases such as Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI), and Gastroenteritis are identified as diseases that often appear in different age groups, with toddlers and the elderly tending to get higher priority in treatment. By applying the Rough Set method, the decision-making process becomes more effective, especially in determining patient priorities and simplifying complex medical data.  The results of the study show that the grouping of attributes based on age range, type of disease, and severity can improve the quality of hospital services. Raskita Hospital can optimize medical resources and provide more appropriate and efficient treatment for patients, especially in dealing with diseases that are often complained about.

Abstract

Expert system is a computer program designed to emulate the abilities of an expert in solving problems in a particular field. This system can assist in making a decision and provide a solution based on the data that has been obtained. Delia General Hospital (RSU) is a hospital in Langkat district that provides health services to the community to cure diseases, one of which is cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fatty substance contained in the blood and produced by the body. Cholesterol has an important role in helping to produce hormones and form cells. However, if the level of cholesterol in the blood is too high, it can cause health problems such as atherosclerosis, stroke, and heart disease. Increased cholesterol levels occur in adolescents due to unhealthy lifestyles and consuming foods high in fat. Certainty factor is a method in artificial intelligence that is used to determine whether a fact is certain or uncertain and provides accurate results by calculating the weight of symptoms determined by an expert and can produce answers to uncertain questions.

Abstract

Population data is structured individual or individual data through population registration, civil registration and population census activities. It is important to know population data because in making policies and planning regional or state development, population data is needed to describe the condition of an area. Population data include births, deaths, transfers or migration, population composition, population density and so on. This grouping is done so that population data that is already in the archives will be input into an application that will be designed to make it easier for parties who need data without having to look at the data that is still manual. The problems that exist are such as the increase in the number of residents in a city, village or even a district which is increasing while the population that has been recorded still does not have a job, such as status in the family, namely the head of the family is still there who does not work in terms of recent education can still be considered to get a job that matches the last type of education. From the research process conducted on 20 data, 3 groups were obtained, Cluster 1 contained 16 data, Cluster 2 contained 1 data, and Cluster 3 contained 3 data. And the most group obtained is cluster 1, there is education last high school, has a type of work that has not worked and status in the family of the head of the family.

Abstract

The number of diabetics worldwide is projected to increase by 204 million (48%), from 425 million in 2017 to 629 million in 2045. Indonesia ranks sixth out of ten countries with the most number of diabetics in the world or 10 million people. The majority of people with diabetes are between 20 and 64 years old, or 327 million people, compared to 123 million people between 65 and 99 years old. The incidence of diabetes increases by about 4.8% at the age of 55-64 years, and women (1.7%) suffer from diabetes more than men (1.4%). Therefore, the authors will create a program to determine the patient's diabetes. One approach is to use machine learning as a data mining classification technique. The author will do a classification comparison with the two methods, namely the KNN and CNN methods to provide the best results of the two methods for testing. So that the accuracy of the data from the diagnosis and photo images of the disease can be known to provide early treatment before the severity of the disease.
