Abstract

The government of the Binjai City BKKBN Office is one of the institutions responsible for controlling population growth and family planning in Indonesia which has a long-term impact that will occur if the family planning program is not implemented properly, there will be a population explosion and will cause various problems, including declining degree of health, social welfare, economic and cultural issues. Therefore, it is important to understand about contraception which will be useful in assisting the community in regulating birth rates and improving the quality of life, how contraceptives are used in Binjai City and how the levels of their use vary by region. This study aims to identify areas that use contraceptives in Binjai City based on the type of contraceptive used and to provide useful information for the government and health organizations in making policies and programs that benefit the community. Based on the results of the research conducted using a sample of 20 data, the results obtained from the data group are 12 data with the area group of contraceptive users in Binjai City based on their type with Age (X) being 18-25 years, and for the Kelurahan group (Y) is Binjai , and the type of contraception (Z ) injection for family planning.

Abstract

Diseases caused by the environment are disease phenomena caused by the relationship between humans and environmental factors. Diseases that occur due to the environment that must be known by the public are such as ISPA, dermatitis, diarrhea, pulmonary TB, and so on. In the area of the Kecamatan Selesai, there are still many environmental conditions Not yet such as damaged roads and smoke from factories that cause air pollution, so with condition environment like This can affect public health. Puskesmas Selesai is Public health center Which located in region Kecamatan Selesai. The data of patients seeking treatment at this puskesmas are only used archives and to view the patient's medical history. The public should know about symptoms of the disease in order to get appropriate services. In data mining techniques for clustering patient disease data can be used as new information useful for puskesmas or related as material counseling to society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of the application of data mining using K-Means Clustering in grouping patient diseases based on the environment with age, village and disease diagnoses variables.

Abstract

SD Negeri 050590 Padang Cermin is one of the elementary schools that sends students every year to attend the National Science Olympiad (OSN) at the sub-district level. The selection of students who take part in the Olympics is usually carried out by the teacher / principal manually through writing and considering the academic grades of students, so it takes a long time because they select students one by one first. A decision support system is a software product developed specifically to assist in the decision-making process. By involving a method, a system will produce an appropriate decision for data selection. The Elimination And Choice Translation Reality (ELECTRE) method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the Outranking concept by using paired comparisons of alternatives based on each appropriate criterion. The ELECTRE method is used in conditions where alternatives that do not meet the criteria are eliminated, and suitable alternatives can be generated. This system uses the PHP programming language and the database uses MySQL. There are six criteria, report card value, math score, science score, skills, behavior, and attendance. Based on the results of the calculation of the ELECTRE method from 5 samples of students, the results obtained by the name of the student Dinda Malika Ayu are the students with the highest score analysis results.

Abstract

Tanah Karo is one of the mountainous areas that has very cool air, so Tanah Karo is a producer of citrus fruits that produce citrus fruits of good quality. But unfortunately the citrus farmers in the area still use conventional (manual) methods or by seeing with the human eye's eyes in selecting citrus fruits of suitable maturity and service without special knowledge and only from their experience. However, human vision has the limitation that the human eye will experience fatigue. Harvesting unripe citrus fruits results in inappropriate quality of citrus fruit being marketed and if you harvest too ripe citrus fruits, it will cause the citrus fruits to rot quickly when they are distributed to agents or buyers in the market. From the input pattern / image of citrus fruits as training data and training targets, it can identify the ripeness of citrus fruits using the backpropagation method. Based on the citrus fruit image data, it can recognize the pattern of citrus fruit that has a maturity level that matches the digital image using the backpropagation method, with the accuracy of training and testing data being 100%.

Abstract

Kidney disease is a condition in which the kidneys cannot function properly. Kidney disease is one of the diseases that can cause death and disability. Ignorance and lack of information about kidney disease causes the death rate of people with kidney disease to increase every year. Limited special kidney facilities in Indonesia are one of the factors slowing treatment. To distinguish what type of kidney disease sufferers of symptoms need to bring in an expert or specialist in internal medicine for a consultation. However, there are some problems with an expert such as an expert who is not always in place, the cost of consulting an expert is quite expensive, and still limited. Unhealthy lifestyle is also a factor in the increase in kidney disease sufferers. With these problems it can be concluded that it is necessary to create a system that can diagnose diseases without having to consult an expert with an expert system. An expert system is a system that can store expert information in a computer. In the Fuzzy Logic method, the existing data will be inferred by creating a rule in the form of IF_THEN and using the AND operation, then the minimum value (MIN) of several existing variables will be selected. From the results of trials conducted in this study it was found that based on the symptoms that occur the patient suffers from Acute Renal Failure.

Abstract

An Internet of Thing-based automatic light control system using the MQTT protocol is an efficient solution for controlling lights on or off. This study aims to design and implement an IOT-based automatic light control system that can be accessed and controlled via the internet network. This system uses the MQTT protocol to communicate between the hardware and software connected to the MQTT Broker. This system also consists of several main components, namely a light sensor, NodeMCU ESP8266, and a user application. The light sensor is used to detect the intensity of surrounding light, NodeMCU ESP8266 to connect to Wi-Fi networks and broker MQTT. The MQTT broker serves as a communication center between publishers and subscribers. MQTT Dash is a user application that provides an interface for manually controlling the user's lights or setting the automatic mode.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi pada saat ini sangat berkembang seiring dengan pekembangan zaman, sehingga masih banyak generasi muda yang perlu mendapatkan pengajaran yang layak. Pelajaran bisa diperoleh dari apa yang telah diajarkan orang tua dilingkungan rumah dan Dosen di Perguruan Tinggi. Terlepas dari tanggung jawab orang tua di rumah, kita sebagai generasi muda juga wajib untuk menuntut ilmu di bangku sekolah sampai perguruan tinggi guna mencapai cita-cita kita. Banyak terdapat perguruan tinggi yang bonafit bahkan biaya kuliahnya pun bervariasi, akan tetapi perguruan tinggi yang mempunyai biaya mahal tidak bisa dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur bahwa perguruan tinggi berkompeten, baik dari tenaga pengajar maupun peraturan akademik dalam perguruan tinggi tersebut. Perguruan tinggi yang berkompeten adalah perguruan tinggi yang memiliki tenaga pengajar yang berkompeten. Dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar di Perguruan Tinggi, dosen mempunyai peran penting dalam keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam menguasai materi yang diberikan. Penilaian terhadap kinerja dosen diniai melalui 3 (tiga) variabel yaitu : Variabel Materi, Variabel Disiplin dan Variabel Sikap. Dengan Nilai parameter : Sangat Rendah (SR), Rendah (R), Cukup (C), Baik (B) dan Sangat Baik (SB), dari paramater tersebut akan diketahui hasil Penilaian Kinerja Dosen. Maka perlu dibangun aplikasi untuk menilai kinerja dosen menggunakan Fuzzy dengan Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), agar penilaian Kinerja Dosen dapat di nilai dengan Cepat.

Abstract

An exam is a test conducted to see and determine a person's ability in terms of competence,knowledge and experience. By conducting an exam, an educational institution can determinewhether a student can continue to the next class or not, while in a work environment, theinstitution can determine whether a person is entitled to be accepted as a worker or can get apromotion. Based on the journal Andilala, Gunawan (2018) about the implementation of thelinear congruent method for randomizing questions in an android-based arithmetic calculationgame. Said that "The linear congruent method is used as a means for randomizing thearithmetic calculation questions so that users who play will not find the same questions asother users". In conducting exams or tests for employees, SIP Sempoa still uses the manualmethod where all employees take exams with the same paper and number of questions. Theimplementation of the exam with the same number of questions is considered ineffective fordetermining employee competence. To avoid this problem, the author will utilize technologyby using the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) to generate a random number of questions sothat each employee has a question with a different number and process. exams are moreeffective. Based on the explanation above, the author takes the title "Application of the LinearCongruent Method Algorithm in Randomization of Employee Level Increase Problems at LKPAbacus SIP Binjai".
