Abstract

Performance plays an important role for improving progress or change in a better direction to achieve the company's goals thus in essence performance is a result of work achieved by a person or group in an organization in accordance with the authority with their respective responsibilities in order to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study: to know the influence of discipline on performance at PT PLN (Persero) To know the influence of motivation on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) to know the influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero). There is an influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP. Sumatran power plant. There is a motivational influence on employee performance on the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP. Sumatran power plant. There is a disciplinary influence on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) In this study in the use of associative approaches.approach and quantitative Discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance means that the more improved discipline then kinerj will increase and if the motivation is given better then the performance will also improve significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of ability and motivation on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Medan Red Cross Branch. The sample in this study were 40 respondents who were employees of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Medan Red Cross Branch. The results of this study were collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using Multiple Regression. The sampling method in this study used the saturated sampling method. The data quality test used is a validity test using Corrected Item Total and a reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. To test the hypothesis in this study. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing consisting of t test, and F test and perform a determination test. That there is a positive effect of the ability variable on the employee's work performance variable, there is a positive influence of the motivational variable on the employee's work performance variable for ability and motivation to have a significant influence on the work performance of PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Medan Red Cross Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and motivation on work performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Medan Branch. This study uses an association approach. The population of this survey includes all employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Medan with a sample of 95 people. Based on the test results, it is possible to get the effect of competence on the work carried out. The results of the t-test 2,444 > ttable 1,661, then H0 is rejected, this indicates that there is a compensation effect on work performance. Based on the partial test results, motivation has an effect on work performance, obtained tcount 2.451 > ttable 1.661. The results of the f test obtained the calculated F value of 13.922 and Ftable 3, 094 which shows that H0 is rejected means that compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) together have an effect on work performance (Y) with a significant 0.000 <0.05. R Square value of 0.232 > or 23.2% shows that 23.2 work performance variables (Y) are affected by compensation (X1) and motivation (X2), the remaining 76.8% is explained by other variables that are not known in this study. Due to the small population size, the entire population is         add sample.

Abstract

The compensation given to teachers is still relatively low so it will have an impact on teacher performance which is not as expected. This research aims to answer the problem, namely, how to develop human resources, competitive advantage and compensation carried out by the Al Washliyah 3 Medan teacher school, Madrasah Aliyah SMK Business Management in improving performance teachers. This research is qualitative research with a case study type. The analysis technique in this research uses SWOT analysis to produce strategies that must be implemented by the three schools. The results of this research show that the human resource development carried out by the three schools has gone quite well but still has several shortcomings and requires improvement for future development. The compensation system established by the school is analyzed into a SWOT matrix which produces many things that need to be improved, such as improving the quality of the workforce, increasing the minimum education level of bachelor’s degree, increasing the number of certified teachers, improving facilities and infrastructure, mastering IT, improving learning methods, and increasing nominal income, that the teacher will accept.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership and work discipline on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Department of North Sumatra Province . This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach to determine the relationship or influence between one variable and another. Quantitative data is data expressed in the form of numbers. This research was conducted to examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership and work discipline on employee performance and test hypotheses with a sample size of 91 employees at the Youth and Sports Department of North Sumatra Province. The results of this research show that the Organizational Culture Variable (X1) is known to have a Sig value. 0.001 0.05 and calculated t value = 7.345 t table = 1.663. So it can be stated that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable, the Leadership Variable (X2) is known to have a Sig value. 0.013 0.05 and calculated t value = 5.601 t table = 1.663. So it can be stated that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable, the Work Discipline Variable (X3) is known to have a Sig value. 0.000 0.05 and calculated t value = 6.244 t table = 1.663. So it can be stated that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable and the Organizational Culture, Leadership and Work Discipline variables. It is known to have a Sig value. 0.000 0.05 and the calculated F value is 7.342. So it can be stated that Organizational Culture, Leadership and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable.

Abstract

The purpose of the study aims to analyze several things, namely: The Influence of Country Of Origin on Purchase Decisions, Brand Image on Purchase Decisions and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions, Effect of Country Of Origin, Brand Image and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions. In this study using 91 respondents who are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business management who use the grab application at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Data collection techniques using a list of statements such as online questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) to test the four hypotheses proposed in this study. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: Country Of Origin partially positive and significant effect on food purchase decisions on the Grab application at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Brand Image partially negative but not significant effect on food purchase decisions on the Grab application at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on food purchasing decisions on the Grab application at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Country Of Origin, Brand Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on food purchasing decisions on the Grab application at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara during the Covid 19 Pandemic.
