Abstract

Dental disease is one of the many health problems Complained of by the people of Indonesia. Dental health is a reflection of human health. Lack of knowledge and limited sources of information on oral health have the caused public awareness to maintain oral and dental health is still low .. The development of one of the fields of information technology namely artificial intelligence has been Widely applied in various fields of life. In this study, the dental and oral disease expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method to control inferences that Contain thought patterns and reasoning mechanisms used by experts in solving problems.

Abstract

Employee performance is the level of achievement of an employee of a particular task that is influenced by internal and external factors of the company where the employee works. Employee performance is influenced by many factors including competency, attendance, loyalty and length of work. The purpose of this study is to create and design a Decision Support System (SPK) for evaluating employee performance using the TOPSIS method and applying the method to employee performance evaluation SPK. TOPSIS is a decision-making method that has multiple criteria or criteria. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method that presents methods and research objects based on numbers. The study population was 42 employees at PT Catur Karya Sentosa and used as many as 4 employees as research samples and data were collected by interview method. The results showed that the calculation of employee performance using the TOPSIS algorithm runs well and efficiently and can be done every month so as to minimize or even eliminate the employee performance appraisal method subjectively. Ranking taken from the results of this method is the final result after the calculation of positive and negative ideal solutions as consideration of the final decision making by the board of directors.

Abstract

Pemilihan karir merupakan langkah penting dalam kehidupan seseorang yang dapat memengaruhi kesuksesan dan kebahagiaannya di masa depan. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi para remaja dalam menentukan karir adalah sulitnya memahami minat dan bakat apa yang dimiliki. Sehingga para remaja cenderung ikut – ikutan dalam menentukan apakah harus melanjutkan ke rencana studi dan karier di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pakar yang dapat membantu siswa dalam memilih karir berdasarkan kepribadian mereka. Sistem pakar ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Algoritma Genetika. Hasil dari penelitian yang dibuat nantinya diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi karir yang lebih akurat dan sesuai dengan kepribadian siswa.

Abstract

The success of the government is determined by essential aspects of the village and has increased every day and has changed into a town that has independence in carrying out activities and survival by each of its residents, to support and improve the quality of government villages which motivate for villages to compete to become the best village through a series of costs to improve the quality of the town. The process of determining the best village starts from the sub-district. The winner will be smart at the city district level up to the national level, in the process of determining the best town according to government regulations in sending villages with five aspects and each aspect that has specified specifications and through validation from the government In the process of the government in the form of a committee conducting visits and conducting assessments based on the completeness of the data with the team for each aspect and giving to the committee based on individual orders, the value submitted will do the calculation by determining the final cost of the process of finding an average value -average overall and do the division of the total aspects. To assist the procedure in choosing the best village, the researcher wants to develop an online decision support system application with features that will be equipped in the developed application by uploading documents according to conditions in the field and documentation carried out by the team towards the village, so that the order process is open. It can be witnessed by all concerned, while in the Calculation and analysis Process using the OWA (ORDERED WEIGHTED AVERAGE) combination operator to determine the average value calculation and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method as part of the ranking of several existing villages

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menuntut guru untuk memiliki kompetensi digital yang memadai, terutama dalam mengelola pembelajaran berbasis daring. Namun, di SMA Dharma Bakti Lubuk Pakam, sebagian besar guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis cloud seperti Google Workspace. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru melalui pelatihan penggunaan Google Workspace, meliputi Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Forms, dan Google Classroom. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari observasi awal, penyusunan modul, pelatihan langsung, dan evaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan fitur-fitur Google Workspace dalam pembelajaran. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru dan mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi cloud dalam pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi, unit pelayanan mahasiswa merupakan salah satu faktor pelayanan yang sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar mengajar yang baik. Untuk itu diperlukan pengukuran kinerja unit pelayanan mahasiswa guna mengetahui seberapa baik pelayanan yang diberikan dari pihak kampus kepada mahasiswa. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pengukuran kinerja unit pelayanan mahasiswa masih bersifat subjektif dan tidak transparan. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut maka diterapkan sebuah metode CPI (Composite Performance Index). Dalam metode CPI terdapat beberapa tahapan penyelesaian yaitu dengan normalisasi data, pembobotan, serta perhitungan CPI untuk menghasilkan indeks kinerja unit pelayanan mahasiswa. Sistem pendukung keputusan kemudian dibangun menggunakan pendekatan SDLC dan diimplementasikan pada empat unit layanan mahasiswa yaitu Biro/Bagian Akademik, Biro/Bagian Kemahasiswaan, Unit Layanan Informasi Teknologi (ICT Center) dan Unit Layanan Perpustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unit kemahasiswaan memiliki nilai indeks tertinggi, mencerminkan kinerja layanan yang sangat baik. Sistem yang dirancang dinilai efektif karena mampu memproses data secara real-time dan memberikan hasil akurat dengan tingkat keandalan mencapai 99%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa CPI merupakan metode yang tepat dan adaptif dalam mengevaluasi kinerja UPM secara holistik, serta dapat dijadikan dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis berbasis data oleh manajemen perguruan tinggi.
