Abstract

Sheep feed sources can be provided in the form of forage and tofu dregs, and the most important thing is feed that meets the needs of protein, carbohydrates, fat, and vitamins and minerals. This study aims to determine the effect of feeding between forage and tofu dregs on rectal temperature, respiratory rate and heart rate. This study was conducted from October to November 2024. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The results of the study can be concluded that the effect of providing different forage and tofu dregs showed no significant difference (P 0.05) on rectal temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate of sheep. The highest average rectal temperature was seen in treatment D, which was 37.740C and the lowest average was in treatment B, which was 37.640C. The highest average heart rate was seen in treatment D, which was 64.84 times/minute and the lowest average was in treatment B, which was 58.04 times/minute. The highest average respiratory frequency was seen in treatment D, namely 71.93 times/minute and the lowest average was seen in treatment A, namely 66.49 times/minute.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaku Usaha Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Lubuk Pakam-Deli Serdang dalam memilih pembiayaan syariah atau konvensional. UMKM sering dihadapkan pada kendala permodalan, dan pilihan pembiayaan yang tepat menjadi kunci dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor seperti pemahaman terhadap sistem pembiayaan, persepsi risiko, literasi keuangan, serta aspek religiusitas yang memengaruhi preferensi pembiayaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 200 pelaku UMKM menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif serta uji beda (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi UMKM (Pemahaman Tentang Pengetahuan, Persepsi Manfaat, Kemudahan Akses dan Pembiayaan dan Risiko dan Stabilitas) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Pemilihan Pembiayaan syariah dan konvensional pada pelaku usaha yang ada di UMKM Mikro Deli Serdang. Hipotesis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya faktor pemahaman tentang pengetahuan yang menjadi dasar keputusan, adanya persepsi manfaat dari setiap jenis pembiayaan, adanya kemudahan untuk akses pada proses dan pembiayaa dan risiko dan stabilitas dari masing-masing jenis pembiayaan, baik itu syariah maupun konvensional memiliki pengaruh yang baik terhadap pelaku usaha untuk melakukan pemilihan pembiayaan syariah dan konvensional yang ada di UMKM Mikro Deli Serdang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transaction services and usage on the perceptions of employees and Tribe Fit members at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan. The subjects of this study were employees and Tribe Fit members consisting of customer service staff, cleaning service staff, technical staff, and members totaling 100 people, of which 36 respondents were tested using the probability sampling method. The results of primary data processing using regression analysis show that there is a significant and positive relationship between the variables of service and usage on the perceptions of employees and members regarding Bank Syariah Indonesia transactions in Medan. Of the three independent variables, it appears that the service variable is the main variable that contributes the most to the perceptions of employees and members regarding Bank Syariah Indonesia transactions in Medan.

Abstract

Wilayah Kecamatan Blang Mangat merupakan salah satu Kecamatan di Kota Lhokseumawe  yang terdiri dari 22 desa. Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) saat ini sedang banyak melanda ternak di Indonesia termasuk Provinsi Aceh. Penyakit PMK disebabkan oleh infeksi virus yang dapat terjadi karena adanya kontaminasi virus pada petugas, kendaraan, pakan ternak dan produk ternak berupa susu, daging, jeroan, tulang, darah, semen, embrio dan feses dari hewan sakit. Pemahaman masyarakat tentang perawatan hewan ternak masih kurang, terutama dalam kondisi penyebaran virius PMK yang sedang marak terjadi di Indonesia dan khususnya di Kecamatan Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesadaran dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat peternak sapi di Kecamatan Blang Mangat akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan hewan ternak terhadap insfeksi virus PMK dan upaya pencegahannya serta pemberian eartag pada sapi untuk mempermudah pendataan kesehatan hewan ternak. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat di Kecamatan Blang Mangat ini diperoleh hasil pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat tentang cara menjaga kebersihan kandang sapi miliknya sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan infeksi virus PMK, masyarakat dapat memahami tentang pentingnya memberikan vaksinasi PMK sebagai upaya memberikan kekebalan ternak sapi terhadap infeksi virus PMK dan masyarakat mengetahui pentingnya pemberian tanda pengenal Eartag pada sapi untuk mempermudah mengontrol pertumbuhan dan kesehatan ternak sapinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematika antara siswa yang menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model think-pair-share dengan yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model Think-Pair-Share di SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang dengan sampel siswa kelas VIII5 dan VIII6. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi antara siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model Think-Pair-Share dengan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai t0 yang diperoleh yaitu 2,085 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel yaitu 1,99. Didukung juga oleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen yaitu 66,375 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol yaitu 53,875

Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of BMT Raudhah in promoting economic growth and the welfare of the local community. BMT Raudhah is one of the business units owned by the Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School Cooperative in Medan. This study employs a qualitative method to explore the role of BMT Raudhah in fostering economic growth and community welfare. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with several BMT Raudhah administrators. The results indicate that BMT Raudhah significantly contributes to the economic development of its members by providing business capital, entrepreneurship training, and other support. Additionally, BMT Raudhah empowers the community by offering sharia-based services and products such as savings and deposits, which can help individuals achieve their welfare. Through its products based on Islamic values, BMT Raudhah is able to assist its members in driving economic growth and enhancing community wellbeing. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of BMTs, particularly in increasing their contributions to promoting economic growth and the welfare of local communities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of E-Wallet, Credit Cards and Spending Behavior on Student Consumption Levels at Islamic University North Sumatra Country. The studyare primary data by distributing questionnaires taken from UINSU students with a sample size of 100 people. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling type, then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that E-Wallet and Spending Behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on level consumption. That is, an increase in E- Wallet and Spending Behavior will also increase consumption spending significantly. While credit cards do not have a positive effect and significantly to the level of student consumption.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how labor absorption is influenced by variables from the tourism industry in hotels such as the number of tourists, number of hotel rooms and wage levels in the tourism industry sector in Medan City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research that uses secondary data with the data source coming from the Medan City Central Statistics Agency. In this research, the time period used ranges from 2017-2021. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the research state that The variable Number of Tourists has a significant positive influence on labor absorption in the tourism industry in Medan City. The variable number of hotel rooms has a significant positive influence on labor absorption in the tourism industry in Medan City. The wage level variable for working in the tourism sector has a significant positive influence on labor absorption in the tourism industry in Medan City with a significant value.
