Abstract

Pro 2 Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) is a central broadcast for young people's creativity. In general, Pro 2 presents information that young people love ranging from lifestyle to the latest music. The AIDDA strategy is a strategy used to maintain the interest of millennial listeners in the era of broadcasting digitalization. In the current era of broadcasting digitalization, radio is faced with the challenge of maintaining the interest of listeners, especially millennials who have many options to access information and entertainment. Pro 2 RRI Medan as one of the radios that targets millennials, needs to implement the right management strategy to maintain the interest of listeners. This study aims to recommend an efficient and effective management strategy for Pro 2 RRI Medan in maintaining the interest of millennial listeners in the era of broadcasting digitalization. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with the research subjects of informants from Jft. Pranata, broadcasts, young experts, and radio broadcasters. Based on the results of the study, it is explained that the recommendations for strategies that can be done are as follows: Designing and presenting content of broadcast programs that are relevant among millennials. Create programs that can engage listeners. Utilizing social media to promote programs that will be broadcast and to reach millennials who are more active on social media. Ensure good audio quality and Present quality and accurate information, and present information in an interactive way. Create an interesting on-air program and hold off-air activities in the pubic space. Making adjustments in the era of broadcasting digitalization, by providing opportunities for millennials to participate in broadcast programs.

Abstract

This research is very important because it will help because evaluating the actions of conventional market traders in Natal from the point of view of Islamic business ethics shows honesty, integrity and kindness in your work. In addition, this activity can help consumers and traders do business better. The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of the needs of traders from the point of view of business practices. Islam targeting traditional markets in the Natal region.The research area was traditional markets in Natal. Data were collected through descriptions, interviews, observations and documents. Verification of data validity using more power, references, and visual indicators. The research shows that traders in traditional markets in Natal conduct buying and selling trade despite not knowing the principles of Islamic trade. They use rules such as not forgetting the truth and balance, not hiding mistakes, giving customers the freedom to choose, we must follow Islamic business principles, such as keeping promises, being responsible for product quality, and providing friendly services.

Abstract

Account Officer is a person whose job is to find eligible customers according to the criteria of bank regulations. The account officer is the spearhead of the bank in marketing its products, therefore an account officer must have adequate salesmanship to market the products offered. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the account officer's decision on approval of consumer financing applications, as well as the factors that cause customer financing applications to be rejected at PT Bank Sumut KCP Syariah HM Joni. The method used in this research is qualitative. Methods that are not in the form of numbers obtained from recordings, observations, interviews or written materials. Data collection methods are literature study, interviews and observations and use primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that before providing financing to customers who wish to apply for consumptive financing at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah HM Joni, the account officer must conduct an objective assessment of various aspects related to the object of financing (5C Analysis), so as to provide confidence in all parties involved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of security and benefits of the use of digital wallets (E-wallets) on payment interest in online transactions among students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study is Proportionate Random Sampling. The respondents involved in this study were 87 people. The data analysis used in this study includes multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that security and benefits have a positive and significant effect on interest in online transactions using digital wallets (E-wallets) in students. The model built was confussed to explain the interest in transactions using digital wallets (E-wallets) by 54.8%. For further research, it is recommended to increase the scope of research and other variables that have an influence on the interest in online payment transactions using digital wallets (E-wallets) so that they are not limited to security and benefit variables only. For E-wallet service providers, they must further increase the benefits of the application so that they can compete with other E-wallet applications. Then security must also be improved because of the rampant cybercrime problem that can harm consumers.

Abstract

The System of Rice Intensification (SRI) method has become a popular approach in rice cultivation aimed at increasing rice crop productivity and farmers' welfare. This study aims to analyse the implementation of the SRI method in efforts to increase rice production and improve the welfare of the farmer in Subdistrict Sakti. The study employs a qualitative method. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews with rice farmers who apply the SRI method in Subdistrict Sakti. The results of the study show that the implementation of the SRI method in Subdistrict Sakti has a positive impact on rice production. The average rice production of farmers who apply the SRI method significantly increased compared to those using conventional methods. The SRI method is able to enhance crop productivity by utilizing efficient management related to the use of quality seeds, appropriate fertilization, effective water management, and good weed control. The income of farmers applying the SRI method has increased, directly contributing to their improved welfare. Furthermore, the SRI method also helps reduce farmers' dependency on external inputs such as chemical fertilizers, reducing production costs and positively impacting environmental sustainability. Therefore, it is recommended that local governments and relevant institutions provide policy support and technical assistance to farmers in widely implementing the SRI method.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the development strategies carried out by small businesses at Kopi Kesayangan. To attract potential consumers by using intensive marketing strategies and prioritizing product identity and taste quality so that the public better knows them. A qualitative approach was used through data collection using literature studies, observations, and interviews. The research data analysis technique uses Ansoff Matrix analysis in development strategies to increase company income and attract potential new consumers. Kopi Kesayangan provides innovative tea variant products such as Thai tea. It also develops markets other than the campus area. It has outlets with their characteristics, with different characteristics being an attraction so that potential consumers are interested in buying and maintaining product quality to retain existing consumers.

Abstract

IntroductionThe Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program is a vital government project designed to mitigate poverty and enhance the well-being of low-income households in Indonesia. The BLT program has been launched in Rawa Bening Village, Bandar Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency to offer prompt financial assistance to communities that are at risk.ObjectivesThe objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of the BLT program in Rawa Bening Village by analyzing important factors such as comprehension of the program, precise targeting, promptness, achievement of objectives, and tangible outcomes. Furthermore, it examines the utilization of Islamic economic ideas in the execution of the program.MethodThe research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, which entailed conducting interviews with village officials and aid beneficiaries, as well as making observations and documenting the findings. The data analysis adhered to the methodologies provided by Miles and Huberman, which involved the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The program's success was assessed utilizing the Reference Ratio provided by the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs.ResultsThe analysis revealed that the BLT program had a quite effective impact on the living conditions of 78.4% of the residents in Rawa Bening Village. Although the program had a high level of efficiency in terms of being timely and accurately addressing its objectives, it only achieved modest success in terms of program comprehension and producing tangible results.ImplicationsThe results emphasize the capacity of direct financial support programs to offer immediate relief and contribute to long-term socio-economic progress. The study emphasizes the significance of improving communication tactics and integrating ongoing feedback systems for policymakers. The utilization of Islamic economic principles, including justice, honesty, welfare, and responsibility, offers a sturdy framework for assessing and enhancing social welfare programs.Originality/NoveltyThis study provides a distinctive viewpoint by incorporating Islamic economic ideas into the assessment of a government assistance program. It adds to the overall comprehension of how cultural and religious factors can improve the efficiency of efforts to reduce poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Product Quality and Product Design on Purchasing Decisions for Erspo jersey products for the Indonesian national football team with Fanaticism as mediation. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who buy the jersey, this research was analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has no effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product Design has no effect on Purchasing Decisions, Fanaticism has an effect on Purchasing Decisions, Fanaticism cannot mediate the impact of Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions, Fanaticism cannot mediate the impact of Product Design on Purchasing Decisions. Which means that consumers do not care about the Product Quality and Product Design, consumers only follow their Fanaticism in supporting the National Team to buy Erspo Jersey products for the Indonesian National Soccer Team.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the ways in which Islamic philanthropy-based money usage activities contribute to community empowerment. Additionally, describe the paradigm of community empowerment that is being used.This study employed a qualitative research approach. The research is located in Rumah Yatim Medan. Data analysis procedures contain three steps: (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusion drawing or verification. The data for this study was gathered by documentation, interviews, and observation using descriptive qualitative research.The study's findings demonstrate that Rumah Yatim Ar-Rahman Medan's use of Islamic philanthropy-based funding for educational, socioeconomic, da'wah, and productive economy initiatives has been successful and beneficial. Rumah Yatim Ar-Rahman Medan's community empowerment concept has been successfully used in all spheres of education, socioeconomics, da'wah, and the productive economy. However, the productive economy sector should receive greater attention due to its unquestionably sustainable worth.
