Abstract

ABSTRAK Masa tumbuh kembang merupakan periode yang penting pada balita. Media Permainan Edukatif merupakan alat permainan yang dapat memberikan fungsi permainan secara optimal dan perkembangan anak, dimana melalui alat permainan ini anak akan selalu dapat mengembangkan kemampuan fisiknya, bahasa, kemampuan kognitifnya, dan adaptasi sosialnya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk Memberikan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan kader dalam stimulasi tumbuh kembang Balita dan Pembuatan Media Permainan Edukatif Sederhana Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan pemberian materi oleh narasumber, pemberian pelatihan stimulasi tumbuh kembang dan pembuatan media permainan edukatif sederhana kepada 40 kader di Puskesmas wilayah Bulak Banteng Surabaya. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang dan pembuatan alat permainan edukatif sederhana peserta pelatihan, semua peserta pelatihan sebanyak 40 orang (100%) telah membuat alat permainan edukatif sederhana dan semua peserta pelatihan sebanyak 40 orang (100%) berkreasi dengan bahan kerdus bekas dalam membuat alat permainan edukatif sederhana pada kegiatan stimulasi tumbuh kembang Balita di wilayah Puskesmas Bulak Banteng Surabaya. Pelatihan pada kader dapat meningkatkan stimulasi tumbuh kembang dan peningkatan pembuatan media permainan edukatif sederhana pada Balita di Puskesmas Bulak Banteng Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Stimulasi Tumbuh Kembang, Media Permainan Edukatif  ABSTRACT The growth and development period is an important period for toddlers. Educational Game Tools (APE) are game tools that can provide optimal game functions and child development, where through these game tools children will always be able to develop their physical abilities, language, cognitive abilities and social adaptation. The aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and improve the skills of cadres in stimulating the growth and development of toddlers and making simple educational game media. The method in this community service activity is by providing material by resource persons, providing growth and development stimulation training and making educational game media simply to 40 cadres at the Bulak Banteng Surabaya regional health center. There was an increase in knowledge about stimulating growth and development and making simple educational game tools for training participants, all 40 training participants (100%) had made simple educational game tools and all 40 training participants (100%) were creative with used cardboard materials in making simple educational game tools for activities to stimulate the growth and development of toddlers in the Bulak Banteng Community Health Center area, Surabaya. Training for cadres can increases stimulation of growth and development and increase creativity of simple educational media to todler in Bulak Banteng health centre. Keywords: Training, Stimulation of Growth and Development, Simple Media Educational

Abstract

Anemia remains a global public health problem and continues to pose a significant burden in many developing countries. Several national and regional studies have reported that the prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls ranges from 14% to 50%, depending on location and survey methods, with many studies showing rates exceeding 30% in certain populations. Female students (santriwati) living in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) are particularly vulnerable to anemia. Common contributing factors include inadequate iron intake, irregular communal eating practices, limited nutritional knowledge, excessive menstrual bleeding, and restricted access to health services. The implementation of the community engagement program consisted of three main stages: (1) Socialization and initial hemoglobin (Hb) screening to obtain a preliminary overview of anemia status; (2) Health education and interactive discussions delivered through lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and educational video presentations; and (3) Evaluation and post-activity monitoring through joint reflections involving both the boarding school administrators and the participants. The combination of Hb screening, interactive counseling sessions, leaflet-based educational media, and institutional support from the boarding schools proved effective in creating a conducive environment for promoting healthy behaviors. However, challenges such as limited availability of Hb testing equipment and negative perceptions toward iron supplementation still need to be addressed through continuous approaches and cross-sectoral collaboration.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting is an issue that needs to be considered because it has an impact on nutritional problems in Indonesia that affect the physical and functional of the child's body and the increasing number of illnesses in children. Maternal behavior from before and during pregnancy can have an effect on stunting prevention efforts. Explain the influence of behavior on pregnant women with a cognitive social theory approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the behavior of pregnant women in stunting prevention with a Social Cognitive Theory approach. This study is a quantitative research with an observational analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study is pregnant women at the Mojo Health Center in Surabaya. With a sample of 120 people. The sampling technique was by purposive sampling. The results of this study on the variables of Husband/Family Trust and Support for stunting prevention behavior showed a p value of 0.000 < α 0.05. which each means that these variables have a significant influence on stunting prevention behavior. Meanwhile, the variable Health Service Availability shows a p value of 0.581 > α 0.05 which means that there is no relationship between these variables and stunting prevention behavior. The conclusion of this  study is that there is an influence of trust in pregnant women and husband/family support on stunting prevention behavior. There was no effect on the availability of health services for pregnant women on stunting prevention behavior. Keywords: The Behavior Of Pregnant Women, Stunting Prevention Behavior, Social Cognitive Theory.  ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan isu yang perlu diperhatikan karena berdampak pada permasalahan gizi di Indonesia yang mempengaruhi fisik dan fungsional dari tubuh anak serta meningkatnya angka kesakitan pada anak. Perilaku ibu sedari sebelum dan masa kehamilan dapat berpengaruh dalam Upaya pencegahan stunting. Menjelaskan pengaruh perilaku pada ibu hamil dengan pendekatan teori sosial kognitif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku ibu hamil dalam pencegahan stunting Dengan Pendekatan Social Kognitive Theory. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan desain observational analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil di Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya. Dengan jumlah sampel 120 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada variabel Kepercayaan dan Dukungan Suami/ Keluarga terhadap perilaku pencegahan stunting yang menunjukan nilai p value 0.000 < α 0.05. yang masing masing berarti variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku pencegahan stunting. Sedangkan pada variabel Ketersediaan layanan Kesehatan menunjukan nilai p value 0.581 > α 0.05 yang berarti tidak ada hubungan pada variabel tersebut terhadap perilaku pencegahan stunting.Adapun Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan ibu hamil dan dukungan suami/keluarga terhadap perilaku pencegahan stunting. Tidak terdapat pengaruh ketersediaan layanan kesehatan ibu hamil terhadap perilaku pencegahan stunting. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Ibu Hamil, Perilaku Pencegahan Stunting, Teori Sosial Kognitif.
